i don't feel like Coded is a KH1 rehash so long as the story brings something fresh and new.
well such a big deal is made about Xehanort discovering and/or creating the Heartless which happanewd because his curiosity drove him to continue the experiments Ansem the Wise started. Xemnas even goes so far as to call Ansem the Source of all Heartless. retconning this major plot point would seem rather dumb in my oppinion. It would make Xehanort seem like a puppet which is lame.
man this is too intense. if that trailer doesn't reach the internet soon i'm going to have to be commited to an assylum!
so where the hell did the idea that it was being ported to PS2 come from in the first place?
well if DS made the Heartless then you'd have to go with the DS=Xehanort theory. at which case he'd no longer be the DS- he'd be Xehanort. so in iorder for thst theory to work than you would have to have a ressurected Xehanort for the next game (which people have also theorized).
lol, engrish much? what translator did you use? nontheless, replaying bosses again sounds like a great idea.
all right I'll try to enlighten you: It is Journal I they are entering. you see the "thank Namine" entry at the beginning. since the Journal is empty Mickey orders Chip and Dale to make a machine that could analyze the Journal since apparently the Journal still holds the memory data even though the actual entries are gone. the appearance of the Bugs keeps them from doing this which is why VS (Virtual Sora) was made so that he could take care of the Bugs from the inside. I find it possable that Castle Oblivion might be a world in the later part of the game. I don't know if the Journal is at all connected with Sora's memories. Namine had to erase the journal in Castle Oblivion so that Sora couldn't check it and remember stuff. so Sora might or might not regain his memories. also I'm sure Riku would have ensured Sora that Zexion and Lexaeus are dead, not to mention they're entries in Journal II confirmed their deaths.
I'll only consider KH commercialized when they start releasing hastily made gimmick games just to make a quick buck (coughcoughDirgeofCerberuscoughcough). until then it's just expansion. so long as the writers do a good job explaining and connecting everything it wont feel like it's too big
I have a feeling that the game will be delayed but I can hope. either way we have to wait a few months so no christmas for me. (at least in terms of KH)
^ ummmm you realise that was MY post right?
....d'oh >.<
well Melificent aint just any old Disney Villain. she's beyond world specific and is easily the series' secondary villain. (second only to Xehanort and his illegitamate offsprings). also just because Master Xehanort wouldn't be AS central to one campaign as opposed to another doesn't mean he isn't the main antagonist look at Chain of memories: 2 campaigns each with a different central enemy why can't BBS be the same?
we are quickly getting to the point where people are trying too hard to prove this theory.
11 forms? just whip out the big guns from the getgo kick some ass and have a nice day
KHI and COM were recorded in the same journal although all of I's entry's were erased. CoM's entries were erased at the end of CoM when Namine fixed Sora, Donald, Goofy and Jiminy's memories. so the only entry in journal 1 was "thank Namine." this isn't including the phantom entry obviously. then Journal 2 was a completley new journal that recorded KHII
I watch the playthrough because it's so far the best way for me to experience it. however the narrator in the playthrough is pretty annoying.
1. as far as we know Heartless and Nobodies aren't around yet. 2. Riku is a 5 year old kid I personally think it's Braig but we'll see.
amazing how some people can turn something so simple into something so complicated
oh don't you even START that. it took long enough to wipe away all the Ven=Sora's brother and Ven=Sora's father theories.
I've been watching those. his channel is probably the best way for us non-chosen-ones (who live outside of Japan) to experience the game.
