About Larxene, she actually says in one cutscene that someone whit out a heart is useless -to Vexen, actually- so it seems that she really care about those things... She actually gets annoyed when Vexen told her she didn't have a heart either...
Just an idea but... Marluxia couldn't possible felt ambition or nothing alike (it's a Nobodie, after all) so maybe by acting like he could he deceive himself by believing he could actually feel something... I mean, must of nobodies do that... Like Demyx how was in denial about don't having a heart... IMO.
