I think Makaze is a threat because of his strong personality and his potential ability to influence the Town because of his experiences with Mafia compared to the rest of us. Since we don't really know who the actual threats are, I felt like it would be best to target seemingly potential threats. But it is a double-edged blade, since if he does turn out to be Town, Mafia pretty much gained the upper-hand with that loss. So, I guess I've realized that maybe he shouldn't be the one to chase. At least not yet. Keep an eye on him like everyone else, but maybe there's something to benefit from his survival. Unvote: Makaze

I'm not saying it isn't, but it's just a drop in the stream and getting one off early on isn't much help and it would only be useful if we can connect that person to others. Well, Mak has a strong personality and that could be used to influence us into bandwagoning pretty easily. Regardless of whether or not he intends to, that could screw us over pretty easily if he has us chasing ghosts. Also I don't have much reason to change my vote at this point, nobody else is really threatening quite as much as Mak is. Also, I was just explaining the situation, you're saying I should have said something with a different tone or different word choice. I'm not exactly a cryptobox here for you to decode. I'm just making my points, you're reading way to deeply into my post. And sure it is one less Mafiosa to worry about, but they're still a collective, and they could still drag it out for a long time if they're good, regardless if one member is gone or not.
The issue with Mak is he is potentially both our greatest asset and our greatest threat. He knows his way around the game like a lab rat in a maze compared to the rest of us newbies. Right now, I'm keeping my vote for him because I'd rather not get no-lynch during the first around. Even if we do end up lynching a townie, at least it eliminates guess work later on. The result is pretty much the same if we do miraculously lynch a mafia member on day one, but we'd still be just as lost because we wouldn't have any connections between them and the rest of the mafia. So day two would end up looking a lot like a day one. Although I guess we do have all these posts and behaviors to look at and read, so we might have some leads, just not strong connections. Also, @h y u g e , I don't think we have reason to fear the Vigilante, because if they were smart, they would wait to pick off people until they have strong reason to believe are mafia, otherwise, they're just thinning their numbers.
Thanks everyone, I guess the changes are mostly gameplay-oriented, but I was hoping to get the Legacy Collection, so Twin Snakes is out of the question in that regard. BUT ON THAT NOTE where can i get the Legacy Collection pretty cheaply? i can't really buy it now, and 50 bucks ain't bad for 8 games, but i guess just for future reference in case i am able to buy it in the future?
I've been meaning to get into MGS myself as well. What exactly are the differences between the PS and Gamecube versions? I know Twin Snakes is a remake by Silicone Knights, I just don't really understand the changes that were made, but I heard it's a solid game in and of itself.
