Ok, this may sound REALLY ******ed, but when you start wheezing, after it calms down a little, does your chest or chin get itchy? but when you scratch it it doesn't go away? that's why mine does. If it is Asthma, then when your running, try to conserve your energy, until you can see a doctor about it. Yes, steam helps a lot with this kind of stuff. What i like to do when i start wheezing is get a washcloth, soak it in hot water, lay down, and just set it on my face. It helps a lot for me. It might have the same effect on you. Hope this helps. And as someone else was saying sorry didn't read name (._.) you might have the swine flu. Which is HIGHLY dangerous, especially if your healthy, because then it tears you to shreds. If this is the case, you must see a doctor immediatley. EDIT:Fadedphantom brought up the swine flu.
