Well if you think about it that way you HAVE to account Org. XIII into it. Most all their powers were realted to elements. So now if SE's going to involve KH with elements and turn it into some kind of FF game then we're dealing with all of the Org.

I think it makes more sence having X being O and viceversa. Cuz usually in America we X out of programs hence we use the X button to go back in menus. But it's mixed up. I actually find it annoying cuz i play my DS and use the A and B buttons alot and now their meanings in KH are switched XD!! I had a hard time going back.

They might be different voice actors that sound the same. You can see some things in the Roxas battle that are different voicings too but that's probibly not Roxas Jessy McCarthney (How ever the hell you spell his name)
Let's just go with video game terms: Xehanort was their leader and he was stronger so he got a body. The others were weaker so they just became strong heartless.

I usually skip all the non important Disney cutscenes cuz if you've seen the movie you're just fine. However, I almost always watch the plot-significant cutscenes.
To really answer the question of if it's Xehanort lies in the text translation of the ES after you beat him. He says something like "I can give you nothing more but impress upon you my hatred for Xehanort. So either it's not him or the E.S. has a serious self-esteme problem. But as for why the hair is the same, has anyone considered how similar the hair is to Saix? And the eyes changing colors when he draws power from the moon? ... This is also a matter of the time period. If it's any previous character's other it would have to be pre-KH1. This really depends on the image of Mickey: is the keyblade he's using from the past during his training or has he visited Yen Sid recently? Too many factors to decide really.
I hate to be the one to be sour, but when I look at most of them there's a sence of mechanicalism to them. Meaning most of them look too processed and not blended enough. Also, your font usage was a bit too bland and when you used different fonts you had a problem insted with color usage in the actual picture. You have good starts and ideas for wallpapers, you just need to tweek them up and blend. Again I'm not trying to put you down, please don't think of this that way.
