{I apologeize if this needs to be moved.} With my present semester winding down to crunchtime, I'd like to hear some methods of how you deal with stress. Search didn't come up with anything like this so I thought I'd start one. For me when I feel stressed, I like to take a couple of deep breathes to calm myself before writing what is making me stressed. Then I put the sheet of paper through a shredder. Now it's your turn.
