She was a little confused as to why he had this confident air around him as he told them to back down. She wasn't going to question it for now. The White Fang, however, were still aiming their weapons at the five. The captain of the group had then spoke up. "Sorry kid but these orders come from a different boss. I'm afraid I can't let you go any further." The captain crossed his arms as a smug grin crossed his face. The other White Fang members chuckled a bit before putting their weapons up again. Noire got her sickles up immediately before talking to Arian. "Don't know what you're game plan was but doesn't look like it worked." The captain took out a steel club and prepared himself for the fight impending. "Alright guys, let's get this job done quickly. It might impress the boss...Now..Attack!!!!!" The members nodded their heads before launching themselves at the group of five. Before the team had a chance to run, several grimm had appeared in front of them. They launched themselves into battle against the team. It appears that they were trying to stop them from advancing any further toward the temple. Illiana was a little taken back as Taran ran past her dragging her behind him. "H-hey!" The trio continued running until they had reached a dead end. What was in front of them was a circular pit that led to a closed off room. "Thallasa, I know you're a master and all but you need a better sense of direction." Taran had then looked over to Thallasa speaking with concern in his voice. "We have to turn around! Maybe there's another way out!" Thallasa put a finger on her chin, looking a little too calm. "Taran...get back right now..." Illiana placed an arm in front of him, pushing him back behind her. Thallasa's appearance had started to change until the person standing before them now was a man who had taken off his hat, giving them a small bow. "I almost want to say that was impressive but it just felt a little too cliche." The man had then spoke up once again. "I do believe I put on quite an impressive performance, don't you say?" Iliiana saw the man's hand raise up and immediately got in fron of Taran. The man had then knocked the two back into the pit with a wave of darkness. They had landed on the ground harshly. "AGH!!" Illiana opened her eyes slightly as she tried to get up and strike back. "Ugghh....N-n-no..." However, her body had disobeyed her mind, leaving her unconscious. After what seemed like an eternity, Illiana opened her eyes slightly. She looked around the room, holding her head a bit. "W-Where in the world?..." Illiana looked around until her eyes laid onto Taran's unconscious body. Her eyes widen a bit as she remembered how they had gotten here. She slid over to Taran, looking for any external injuries on him. Fortunately, he looked like he was okay externally. "Hey! Wake up!" Illiana shook him a bit before lightly tapping n his face. "C'mon get up! Get up Taran!" No response. "Dammit...." Illiana summoned her keyblade and raised it slightly, casting a healing spell over him. A small green light lit up his body. She put down her blade before trying to wake him up again. "Wake up Taran! This is not time to be napping!!" There was still no response. Illiana backed up a bit, giving his body space. Hopefully that small spell would be able to do the trick. "Now it's just a matter of playing the waiting game...."
Luna continued looking at the waterfall until she looked over at John as he gave chase to something in the falls. "John! Wait!!" Before Luna could go after him, several men with bows in their hands came out from the bushes. Luna stopped in her tracks. She was a little concerned and a bit startled. However, she tried to remain calm and collected as one of the men, who had appeared to be the leader of their group, walked toward them. "My name is Kocoum. Why have you people come here?!" His men had pulled back their arrows, readying to aim. The leader named Kocoum spoke once more. "If you wish to live, you will answer me!" Luna put her hands up into air, showing that she had no weapons in her hand. "We mean you no harm. We come in peace. We were just walking by and we were amazed at the beauty of these waterfalls." Luna paused for a moment to collect her thoughts. She then continued. "My name is Lunala. You guys can also call me Luna if you'd like. We truly and honestly mean you and your men no harm." Luna smiled as she tried to diffuse the situation.
Illiana rolled her eyes as Taran continued his attempts to escape. "You don't have to carry me!!" Illiana could faintly hear dogs barking along with the sounds of footsteps. "...Not good..." Taran had then spoke up again. "You're going to have to put me down if you're going to fight!" Illiana knew he was right though she still wanted to find another way out of their situation. "Dammit..." Illiana had then put down Taran and immediately took out her keyblade. She raised an arm in front of Taran as if to keep the enemies away from him. As the bandits grew closer and closer, Illiana was trying her hardest to think of a plan. All of a sudden, an explosion of fire had eliminated the bandits. She looked around to find the source of that fire. She looked over to see Master Thallasa. "And here I thought I might need to start praying." She shrugged her shoulders as the Master ran over to the two. "Thank goodness you two are alright. I had to circle around after causing a distraction. Hurry! We need to get to Glyde! He's in deep trouble! We need to get moving now!" Thallasa had brushed the fire off her hands as she spoke to the two. Illiana nodded her head as Thallasa explained the situation. She turned her head to Taran and grabbed his hand. "If you don't want to be carried then start running!!" Illiana started running after Thallasa, dragging Taran behind her.
As the group arrived at the water fall, the smile on Luna's face grew even more. John had then exclaimed toward the group. "You see this is why I love the adventure so much. It is so rewarding! So beautiful! Aren't you glad you came with me?" Luna immediately nodded her head as she kept looking at the waterfall. "It's sights like these that are worth the adventure!! It's like I'm looking at a photo of it or something." Her eyes kept lighting up over the breath taking sight. "Truly breath-taking..." Luna smiled as she lifted a hand toward the water, feeling the water run over her hands. She turned around toward the group, giving them one of her brightest smiles. Luna: 20 Kel: 20 Aislinn: 20
Luna looked over at John as he had begun clarifying. As he spoke, Luna could kind of tell that he didn't want to harm anyone. It was more of a defensive stance than it was an offensive. He seemed like he was truly a good guy. John had then explained why he kept calling the Indians: 'Savages'. It had appeared to be ingrained in his head than him genuinely calling them that. "Ahh. That makes sense now." Luna nodded her head as she was finally understanding it. Aislinn had then pointed out a something ahead. Before looking up, the sounds of a fall were getting closer and closer. Luna looked up and saw a breath-taking waterfall. Her eyes lit up as a smile lit up her face. "Wow!!" Luna followed Aislinn as they began making their way toward the water falls. "This is amazing!!" Luna's smile continued to light up with joy over the sight in front of her. Luna: 19 Kel: 20 Aislinn: 19
Luna walked along with the group as they continued the conversation. Kel had then asked John about this 'Virginia Company'. John had explained what exactly it was. Apparently, this company had hired John and his men to come to this land and acquire some gold. Luna nodded her head as she listened to his explanation. Aislinn had then brought up an interesting question. "Why does the so called Savages have to be involved?" Luna was actually a little curious. If all they were doing was looking for gold, why involve the Indians? They have nothing to do with their job. She was a little concerned. Kel had also brought up another interesting question. "This seems more like you're hunting them. If they stay out of the way to mind their own business, why not do the same and look for gold?" Luna nodded as she looked at John. She wanted to know why John was more concerned about them and not the gold they were sent to find. "It'll be easier on you and your men and it will be just as easy on the Indians. There's no reason to get them involved and start a fight with them." Luna held her arm as she spoke to him. Luna: 18 Kel: 19 Aislinn: 18

Luna looked over to Kel as he spoke to her. She smiled as he was starting to understand what Luna has been saying about nature. John had then opened up his mouth to speak up again. "But you have got it right little lady, nothing beats being out in nature like this, adventuring, finding new lands, and new treasures, fighting the savages." Luna was still a little uneasy about the whole 'savages' thing. She didn't want to call them that until she had seen them with her own eyes. "M-maybe we might not have to fight them. Maybe they're kinder than what you've seen. Never judge a book by its cover, as they say." Luna was hoping John would be able to keep an open mind about them until they have seen one or a few. She kept walking around with the others as they continued their conversation. Luna: 17 Kel: 17 Aislinn: 17
Onyx looked at the small girl as her face became filled with shock. It had taken some time for her to process it. "What?" Onyx scratched his head before extending his hand out. Auburn had looked like she had finally processed what was going on. She opened her mouth once again. "You adopted me? Why?" Onyx smiled as he knelt down to her eye level. "Because no child should grow up all by themselves. I want you to have a better life and an even brighter future." Tears gathered in her eyes, her face had still looked like she was still in disbelief. Auburn spoke again. "You really want me?" Onyx nodded his head with a wide smile on his face. He was a little nervous about what she would say but she was sure that she would say 'Yes'. "I want you to become part of my family. I would be honored to have you as my daughter." He petted her head as he tried to dry her tears.
Illiana watched on as the Horned King had entered the room. Hen Wen had then been dragged into the room. Before Illiana could think about her next move, Taran had immediately charged for Hen Wen. She sighed as she watched the others spring into action. "And this is why we come up with plans..." Illiana looked on as the rest went in after Taran. Thallasa had then faced her and Qamar. "Get Taran out of here! I'll try to hold them off for you!" She shrugged her shoulders before speaking. "You're the master...No need to tell me twice." Illiana jumped from the ledge the group was on and landed next to Taran. "Alrighty kid, you're coming with me." Illiana picked up Taran over her shoulder. Once Taran was secured, Illiana had begun to run off with the boy. Taran began to struggle. "Hey!! Easy back there! Stop struggling or you're gonna have to take an early nap." Illiana continued to run off with Taran as the others continued to hold off the Horned King's soldiers.

Luna listened to the conversation between John, Aislinn, and Kel. He continued to ask about the three. "You came all this way from a civilized country to new lands and you don't have a sense of adventure? You can't tell me you are like that stiff backed Radcliffe, can you. Always in it for the gold. He thinks there is so much to be had on this new world, but I think there is so much more. Adventure and exploration, nothing to hold me down and definitely no stiff neck parties to attend." Luna listened as John gave his two cents on Radcliffe. She kept silent for a bit as they were walking. John had then leaped onto a rock. He had spoke of what he was sailing for, passion burning in his eyes. He seemed really passionate about what he wanted to do with his life. She smiled a bit as he spoke. "That sounds like fun. If that is what you want to do, then you should do it!" Luna clapped her hands together as she spoke to the man. Aislinn had then spoke up. "I guess the adventure is always fun. You are lucky when you can. I don't think my sister would be able to do anything like this ever again, not with two little ones. And while I long to see them again, I am not tied to home to care for them. I should just enjoy my time here." Aislinn had smiled as she spoke her words. Luna smiled as well before speaking. "Sometimes nature can make us forget about the problems that weigh down on our shoulder and I think that's wonderful. Though I feel like with places such as this, it makes me kind of reassure myself of my goals and helps me find myself again." She smiled as she looked up into the trees. Luna: 16 Kel: 16 Aislinn: 16
Luna continued to follow along with the group. As John and Aislinn continue their conversation, Luna continued looking around her for any markings that could be around them. John had then asked the group what they were all doing here. Luna gave herself a few moments to think about what exactly she was going to say to him. "Well....We were just floating down the river. No set course really. Though, if you don't mind..." Luna paused before continuing. "Do you mind putting away that umm...that weapon? I don't feel too comfortable with it so out in the open. We're not in danger so..." Luna awkwardly scratched her arm as she asked her question. She still kept her eyes peeled out for any marks. Luna: 15 Kel: 14 Aislinn: 14
Luna stopped her search and regrouped with the others. Aislinn had then walked over to her and Kel and began to talk quietly. Aislinn was quite concerned about whether or not to continue toward this 'Indian' village, if there was one. "Look at his weapon, he could do serious damage to someone with that, and if he plans to use it just because they don't live the same way? I am not saying turn on John Smith or anything, we don't know enough for that yet, but part of me hopes that we don't run into these Indians. Perhaps... maybe we can lead him away from them if that is okay with you two? Just if we find more symbols, go the opposite direction instead." She had a point. Luna herself was a bit concerned about John's weapon. His weapon could probably do more harm than it appears. She nodded along as Aislinn spoke. Kel had then spoke up in response. "what if he decides not to follow us, they, well Ratchilffe, already doubts us. I don't know, its not like we can just scare him away." He also brought up a good point. It was definitely quite the conundrum. To continue on the search for this village or to lead him away from it? Aislinn had then suggested that they try to lead him away by saying she had found another mark. Luna walked along with Aislinn, hoping John Smith would follow them as well. Luna: 14 Kel: 14 Aislinn: 13
Luna was still a little lost in thoughts until she realized the group had stopped. She turned around and looked over as Kel had pointed out a strange marking. She looked at it for a little bit while the others were trying to decipher just what it was. Strange...Yet very intriguing...Luna was very curious about the marking. The others had thrown around ideas about it. Perhaps it was sign that it was hunting grounds or perhaps it was marker for whoever made to find their way back home? Who knows? Maybe it was a warning sign? No one could say. Luna started to walk around the area to find anymore markings. "There might be more markings like that around. I could be wrong though. But it wouldn't hurt to look around." Luna continued to look around to see if that same marking was on any other trees. There weren't anymore as Luna was looking, perhaps it was in plain sight or perhaps she missed a spot. Luna: 13 Kel: 12 Aislinn: 11
Luna looked over to see Kel run over to her. "Wait up." Once he caught up to her, he spoke once again. "Not a good idea to be going off on by yourself right now." Luna nodded her head as she continued walking. She looked up into the sea of trees as she tried to clear her mind. She was still a little concerned about just how she allow herself to not come to reason. It still rattled her brain. She let out a small sigh before taking a deep breath. She continued walking alongside Kel, Aislinn, and John. Hopefully they would be able to find what these Indians before the sun went down. Luna: 12 Kel: 10 Aislinn: 10
Luna stopped what she was doing as Aislinn whispered to her. "Luna. Look, someone killed it. They are probably going to come back for it. It might be someone's food, I am sorry but I don't think we can bury it. That wouldn't be right to take away someone else's food. Maybe the person just went to get someone to help them bring the deer back." Luna took a step back before looking back at the deer. After a few moments of thinking and reflecting, she tried to cleaning her hands from the dirt. After a few moments, she looked back at Aislinn before opening her mouth. "You're right. I-I don't know what I was thinking. I-I'm sorry. Let's get going before the hunters come back." Luna started to walk off ahead. She honestly didn't know what came over her. She had been camping plenty of times and she knew her father would be hunting for dinner so it shouldn't have had a impact on her. Though why did it have such a huge impact now? Maybe it's been so long since the family's last camping trip? She didn't know nor could she know. Luna: 11 Kel: 9 Aislinn: 9
Luna looked up to see Kel, Aislinn, and John arrive. They must have heard her scream. She felt a hand on her shoulder. She had been a little startles before looking up to see the hand belong to Aislinn. "A-Aislinn...Kel..." Aislinn had then spoke to her. "Is this why you screamed? You know this is part of the circle of life right?" The girl nodded her head before standing up. Aislinn had then spoke once more. "We should keep going. There is nothing we can do about it now after all." Kel had then responded soon after she spoke. "Aislinn is right, we can't do anything for it now." Luna nodded before going over and begin digging a little bit. "Even so....I-I kind of feel bad for it. Even knowing that. I kind of at least want to bury it. I at least want to give this deer that respect instead of just leaving it like this. I'm sorry. You guys can go on ahead. I just want to give this deer a burial place." Luna continued digging out a hole to place the deer in. Luna: 10 Kel: 9 Aislinn: 8
Velvet looked over to see a eagle now appear near her. She decided not to address it for now. She grabbed her rapier and decided to attack the other hound nearby her and the eagle. She went in for an attack and unfortunately missed. Spoiler: Truly MVP Rolls (6)+4=10
