Noire had dodged some of the attacks the White Fang had launched. She then found herself behind two members of the White Fang. She looked around her and saw their numbers had dramatically dwindled, leaving three left in their squad. Noire held up her guns, aiming for the two member in front of her. She got closer to the two while remaining undetected. Once she got close enough, she spoke to the two, making her presence known. "Nighty night." With that, she shot the two and immediately turned around as they crumpled to the ground. Noire looked over at the rest of the group until she noticed something was off. "Hey....Where's Lloyd?" She looked around for the boy until she heard a sinister laugh roaring from behind her. Noire and the rest of the team turned to where the laughter was originating from. The last White Fang member of his squad had an unconscious Lloyd in his right arm. "Lloyd!!" Noire started to run over to the two until the man backed away with Lloyd. "If my squad is going to fail, might as well bring Tavor a little present!!" Suddenly the sound of a helicopter flew overhead and a ladder had emerged and landed next to the man. "Your little friend is already drawing his last couple of breaths so might as well give it to him as a little gift." "No!!!" The man grabbed onto the ladder with Lloyd as the ladder grew further and further away from the four. Noire tried to aim her guns but she didn't want to risk hurting Lloyd. "Dammit!!!" After the helicopter leaves the area, Noire looked at her scroll and looked over the map to the temple. She took a deep breath. "We need to keep moving..." Noire started walking ahead while she spoke up to the other three. "The faster we get to the temples, the faster we'll be able to him and the rest of Remnant. Let's go...."
Illiana waited for a reply from Thallasa. "Oh? Yes, of course." She warmed her hands up by the fire until she patted the spot next to her on the log. Illiana nodded her head as she walked over to her and sat down. Taran, Fflam, and Eilonwy had just went into their tents for the night. Once they went into their tents, Thallasa then spoke, "What's on your mind Illiana?" The young lady took a deep breath and started to put her thoughts together. What would she ask about first? Thallasa's disappearance? What happened to her students? Why become a keyblade master? So many questions, yet she couldn't keep silent forever. Before she could ask her first question, Thallasa had pushed herself up from the log. "Excuse me for one moment, Illiana. I apologize. I will return and you may speak your mind when I do. Stay by the fire for a while. The warmth is quite nice." Illiana looked over to see Thallasa pull Qamar away from Aria's tent. She shook her head as she rolled her eyes at Qamar's ridiculous little stunt. Once Thallasa returned, Qamar had then sat on the opposite side of the fire. Thallasa had returned back to her spot. As long as Qamar wasn't in her personal space, Illiana would be fine. She didn't mind having Qamar around while she talks to Thallasa. "I have quite a few questions for you. Considering, I know next to nothing about you. A little background info would help." Illiana had reformed her umbrella before reaching into it. After a few moments of searching, she pulled out a cup and a small pouch of what appeared to be a frozen cherry margarita. She poured some of its content into her cup. She sealed the pouch and put it back into her umbrella. Illiana took a sip of her drink before turning to Thallasa. "How about starting with: Why were you in hiding for so long?" Illiana took another sip as she waited for Thallasa's answer.
Evie could barely even lift a finger as the others continued their strike against the Golems. Before she knew it, two of the three golems were eliminated. Just as Evie was finally able to move again, she felt her feet leave the ground she was standing on. "Wha?!" She turned her head to see that Rex had lifted her and immediately moved her away from the spot she was standing on earlier. Evie looked over to see pieces of the golems collapse onto the very earth she was just standing on. She was a little shocked. Evie looked over and had finally realized what was happening. "Ahh!!" She jumped out of Rex's arms and immediately ran behind Gale. After a few moments, Evie gasped a little before apologizing. "Sorry!! It just caught me off guard. Sorry about this Gale." Evie scratched her head a bit as a small shade of pink tinting her cheeks. Evie looked over to see the last golem, looking very weak and as if it was waiting for the final strike. She didn't know why but she wanted to spare its life or whatever life it had left. She looked over Gale's shoulder and spoke. "I think we should spare it. Maybe it could help us. Maybe tell us if there is a town nearby or something." Evie looked to the others as she gave her suggestion.
Illiana kept walking along with the group as they made their way out of the castle. She had then felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned her head and found that the hand had belong to Thallasa. Illiana immediately turned her head away, not wanting to talk about any of the events that she had just been told about. As soon as the group was far away enough from the castle, Thallasa had decided that they should set up camp. Illiana shrugged her shoulders while Thallasa had set up the tents and their camping space for the night. As Taran and Fflam were amazed over the whole thing, Illiana looked over only to see a banana flying right toward her. She caught it in her hand immediately. Illiana walked away as Qamar was explaining why she threw it. She inspected the banana for a moment before beginning to eat it. Once she finished her banana, she immediately reduced the peel to ashes. She looked over to Thallasa for a few moments. It had dawned on her that Illiana had knew little to nothing about this master. The only thing she knew was that she is a Master and that's it. It was as if the curious cat within her was screaming to find out more about Thallasa. Illiana walked over to her and spoke. "Got a minute?" She waited for Thallasa's answer, hoping she could gain any knowledge from their conversation.
Luna skated around the other enemies as her teammates went into battle. One by one the swarm of heartless were growing smaller and smaller by the minute. Luna stopped in her tracks and looked over the battlefield for a moment for her next move. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw some heartless run over to a mother and her child. "No!" The key wielder had made another path of ice for herself. She raced over as fast as she could. Before the heartless could attack, Luna surrounded her body with crystal barriers, dashing into the heartless and immediately eliminating it. Three more heartless ran toward her. She readied her blade and charged toward them. She held her blade up against her and mines had then surrounded her. The heartless had continued their charge, unaware of the trap she had set. With one step, the mines around her had set off, turning the heartless into nothing but dust. Luna raced back to the mother and child and looked over them to make sure there were no injuries. She then led them to a safe place before returning to the battlefield. Hi again!! Sorry for the inactivity! I know it's been awhile. ~Last updated in January 2018~ o-o Okay...It's been a long while. I am very sorry about that!! I've been dealing with some outside stuff and then I've been getting a bad case of art block but I did manage to finish a piece I had been working on for a few months now and I just recently finished. Illiana looked over to Thallasa as she gave out her orders. She shrugged her shoulders before following after Thallasa. Before Illiana could move further, Qamar had decided to open her mouth. "I don't think we need to just pretend Illiana didn't just ask for us to fill things in. But I guess I'll have to be the one to speak." Illiana looked back at her with a hand on her hip. "What now Weepers? We have more pressing matters at hand. We can talk about this later." Qamar had immediately frown as she spoke her next words. "I didn't follow her orders and so I followed Aria. Thus, you were left with Taran and appeared to manage. I'm sorry I left you alone, Illiana. But I know you can take care of yourself, right?" Illiana rolled her eyes as Qamar tried to explain herself. Honestly, Illiana couldn't care two bits about what her excuses were or how sorry she was. She basically didn't really give a crap about Qamar. The girl continued to inform Illiana about prior events. Illiana had sort of zoned out as Qamar kept talking until something had piqued her interest. "A man in a long coat with a flower patterned scarf approached us. He called himself Ardyn Izunia. He claimed he found a communicator like Master Thallasa's broken one, but...I doubt that." "Oh Flowdora man? Ardyn Izunia...Interesting. Nevertheless, that old man is the reason me and Taran are here with Eilonwy. Definitely gave me some peace and quiet from some certain people but I digress." Illiana shrugged before crossing her arms. However, Qamar's next words had immediately silenced Illiana "He left after and well...we found Glyde's keyblade and his cloak. Glyde is gone." Illiana's eyes widen as she looked over. She then shook her head before laughing a bit. "That's such a bad lie. He isn't gone. The kid can hold his own." She looked at Qamar and saw her face was not lying one bit. Illiana went silent as she lowered her arms. Qamar continued. "Glyde's light was JUST floating off as we found him. There's no way he wasn't killed just before we arrived....Believe me, I know this is true. Ardyn had to have done it. There's no one else." Illiana turned around and started to walk away. "Just shut up and keep walking. We're wasting time. And don't start that 'it'll be fine with friendship and time' crap. It's annoying and it's stupid." With that, Illiana followed after Thallasa. Another one falls.....Dammit....It's too late to run now....Glyde...He was only a kid. He had his whole life ahead of him...This is ridiculous...Illiana continued walking toward Thallasa, hoping she had a plan thought out already. Quick little shoutout to Arch for helping with the banner!
Luna walked back along with the group to the camp. Once they had gotten back to the camp, what they had encountered was definitely unexpected. Hearltess had invaded the camp. "Oh no..." Luna looked over to Pocahontas and the look on her face had concerned the girl. She walked over to her and tried to reassure her. "Don't worry Pocahontas. Just leave this to us. Make sure you get yourself to safety, alright?" Luna looked to the other two and nodded her head. She then turned to John and spoke. "Keep Pocahontas safe, okay?" Luna turned back to the Heartless before casting a road of ice before her. She casted a small spell below her shoes. She jumped onto the ice and skated down to where the heartless had been waiting for her. Luna summoned her keyblade and jumped up into the air. She sliced through two Aerial Knockers and before she landed back onto the ground, she aimed at three more Aerial Knockers. Lightning had begun gathering around the tip of her keyblade. She shot out her spell and had electrocuted the three airborn heartless. Luna landed back onto the ice and looked over to the rest of the heartless. Illiana is going to be taking one HP boost and one AP boost! HP: 60 -> 65 AP: 60 -> 62 She will be also learning MP Haste! As for her keyblade transformation, she will have her keyblade transform into a whip with thorns coming out from it!
Illiana had successfully dodged out of the way of the thug's attack. As she got back up she felt another healing light over her again. She looked over to see Thallasa finishing a spell. She nodded over to the Master. The girl took out her fans and a blue light had been emitting from the twin fans. "I'm getting pretty fed up. You guys need to be removed immediately." Illiana lifted her fans immediately, causing ice to rise from the ground from under two thugs. She turned around and closed her fans, shattering the ice and eliminating the two. Illiana immediately jumped, avoiding the last two thugs. She opened up her fans again and sent them flying toward the two. The fans flew their course and sliced through the last two thugs. Illiana landed back on her feet turning over to Thallasa. "I suggest we leave now unless you're prepared to continue fighting. In the meantime, maybe you can fill me in on anything I missed?" Illiana closed her fans and clipped them on to her belt. Illiana used Blizzara twice! Illiana took out two thugs! HP: 60/60 MP: 0/30 AP: 20/60 DP: 3/3 MISSION COMPLETE!
Illiana had gotten knocked back by a few thugs. She stood bavk up but she wasn't exactly feeling so hot again. She looked back to see Taran cut down a thug. "Good he's holding his own." She smiled a bit before turning back. The young lady took a deep breath before raising her blade. "Alright. This'll have to do for now. I call you here!" She closed her eyes bring a fist to her heart. In an instant, it was if she had felt Atmos right beside her. Illiana opened her eyes and felt a bit of her spirit rejuvenate. Five thugs had then started running toward her. She held onto her keyblade with both arms. "Five is just a mob but two is a definite party!" Her blade started to glow as she pulled it apart. Her blade had separated and shaped shifted itself into two identical fans. Fire had started to burn on top of her fan. She spun around with her fans causing for the fire to split into five. with one flick of her fan, she sent the balls of fire speeding down to each of the five thugs. "Still cold? A greedy bunch aren't we?" Five more fireballs appeared before her. Using one fluid motion from both fans, she sent the other five toward the thugs. Once the fireballs had hit its target, Illiana went in for the kill. She threw both her fans at the thugs. Once the fans had cut through the thugs, they returned to her hand as Illiana swung both fans down for one more strike, killing the thug that had hid behind the other five. She immediately back-sprung to avoid yet another incoming attack that was heading her way. Illiana had then put up her guard for any other foes that might be headed her way. Illiana activated Atmos' D-Link! Illiana used Fira! Illiana used Fira again! Illiana has taken out 6 thugs! Illiana used Dodge Roll! Illiana is now guarding! HP: 19/60 MP: 14/30 AP: 15/60 DP: 3/3
Yukyo flashed Vestele one of his charming smiles as the maid led them through the mansion. Once the maid led them to the living room, Yukyo was definitely surprised but he tried to maintain his composure. "This baby definitely will be set for life." He looked around the room until he spotted the expecting mother. He walked over to her along with the others. Lady Erin had welcomed the three into her home. "I wanted to thank you for bringing the wonderful treats. I hope it wasn't too much trouble. Madam Madeleine is a dear friend of mine and it means so much to me someone would help her deliver her goods to me. Even if they seem like they're just baked goods you can get any other day..." Yukyo smiled as he bowed toward Lady Erin. "The pleasure is all ours milady." He stood back up before Lakoda had turned to Yukyo and Shawn. She had reminded the two about a message Madam Madeleine had asked to be delivered as well. Shawn had then spoke up, delivering the message to Lady Erin. "Yeah something like that. I'm sure she's just wishing good health and a beautiful life for your precious bundle of joy." Yukyo had spoke up right after Shawn. It seemed he was trying to ask about any knowledge about the rumored artifact tough Yukyo has his doubts about it so he tried to gloss over it, trying not to stress out Lady Erin and the baby.
Tsubasa walked into the cafeteria that had held the other thousands of prisoners. She barely even knew why she was here in the first place. She was a bit scared if she was being honest with herself. The cat-eared girl looked around the room and tried to take a deep breath. "Everything will be fine....Everything is going to be okay." She whispered to herself as she tried reassuring herself. She walked around the room as calm as she could until she came up to an empty table where the neighboring table had begun forming a small little group. Tsubasa sat down and tried to use her cat ears to listen to their conversation. It seemed that they were planning for an escape or planning to start a fight. This alarmed her a bit but she took another deep breath and shook her head to calm down. Maybe with their plan, it could help her escape? She had to find a way to clear her good name. Arrested and imprisoned on false charges, Tsubasa had no idea what to think of it. Who would want to frame her? Why would they want to do that? It was quite the conundrum. She tried to remain calm once more as she tried to listen in on their conversation once more.
With the last of the grimm extinguished, Team BLAB continued on the trek to the Temple of Caspian. Plant life had surrounded the team while the sounds of a river filled the air. After a bit of walking, the team came up upon a river, with a large tree branch extending out to the other side of the river. The tree looked to be pretty stable but it did not look like it would be able to support three human beings and a faunus. Perhaps there was another way to get across the river without going into the water itself. In the far distance, a small little statue looked over at the four near the river, its eyes looked at each one before turning back to stone. It was as if the statue may have been warning the temple that intruders were on the move. The river soon rose and flowed a bit violently.
