Critical is an oddity in Kingdom Hearts due to it giving you advantages. And you would hardly be the first to claim that those advantages outweigh the difficulty increase. I personally don't see it, but it may be a play-style thing. But what I will say is a huge part of what makes critical mode what it is, is the EXP Zero ability. By swapping it on and off you can balance your stats against your game progress to make things appropriately difficult for you. And at it's highest form is the level 1 run, and just try to tell me that is easier than proud.
I would say your good tier looks fine. In the neutral tier, I think Namine makes a better Lawful neutral than Roxas. Although neither really feel like a true neutral to me. Maybe Xion would fit better there? And the evil tier gets strange in KH, but I'm not sure I could do it better. Xehanort is definitely chaotic, but his counterparts generally are as well. The only way Xemnas gets away with being "lawful" is because he created organization 13 and thus follows those laws he made. Marluxia might make a good alternative, but his end goal is mutiny which is definitely not lawful.
Tale wasn't talking about time jump amnesia, but rather the amnesia Xehanort got at the end of BBS. In a scene near the beginning of DDD Braig questions if Xehanort ever lost his memory. When Namine appears in the series Kairi had not yet learned to use a keyblade (though she had undergone the passing of power) so I doubt Namine would be able to pull it off. If she were to come back though, then she should be able to.
The Adam's family will no longer mistake you for their cousin.
Interesting that it is a variable value. Though I see no reason why it would have decreased. Seems unlikely that it is just noise to throw you off the greater pattern, so there is probably some factor you hadn't accounted for.
It's nice that Square is taking PC audience into consideration, though the FF13 port (the only FF PC release I've played) wasn't great. PC master race stuff always makes it sound worse than it is, but having bits of text missing if the resolution isn't 720p is pretty messed up. So I'll certainly be looking at reviews before buying it. -That and a price drop/sale since I own it on PS4 and haven't even fully completed it there because of all the repetition involved.
I also noticed I typed that with a colon instead of a semicolon. The problem with putting in values directly (as anticipated) is the time-codes we discussed earlier. Like 12:00 PM is really 0.5. But where the conversion isn't easy the use of a reference cell is the best way to handle it.
Can't be bothered to test how it works with time codes right now, but the function you want is COUNTIF() The syntax on this one can get strange, but luckily you want an easy version of it. COUNT(range; value). Range being the cells to count, and value being what you want to match. If putting in the time directly doesn't work you could use a reference cell to get a time code. (e.g. COUNTIF(D1:D600; H1) where H1 contains 11:32 or whatever)
Not one that I would have voted for for even if it was on the poll, but I'm very interested in World of Final Fantasy as well.
Well lucky the Dreamcast looks to be a pretty easy emulation (even has emulators on Android). But the same can't be said of Xbox, so seems like I'll be looking for a European version of Shenmue 2 if I get that far.
The nerd in me is ashamed that I have no idea what Shenmue is. But based on the response the third is getting I think I might need to find and play the first two.
Type-0 is also nice. The digital edition doesn't come with the FF15 demo anymore, but it is really easy to get physical versions that do (just be wary of used ones if you care about it, because they could have used the download code and stuff)
Looking pretty sweet. I love the exploration of Kingdom Hearts so the large maps are going to be really nice. Though it will make collectible finding a pain. "You're chest is in this room" "That is a square mile" "Have fun" And I'm looking forward to flomotion with more play-testing and such behind it. In 3D most of the flomotion puzzles were broken (freaking wall jump)
Well we are never directly told (as far as I'm aware), and because of the multiple ways to interpret things and fill in the holes we don't really know for sure. It is hard to say because we don't see them as Nobodies for very long. The big question is, when did they become Nobodies? Shortly after BBS? Just before KH1? Halfway inbetween? If you think it was earlier then, as Graxe mentioned, Nobodies would have to age for Zexion's apparent age to make sense (though you could counter argue that he might look older than he is because of growth-spurts or something). If it was close to the full 10 years after BBS then no additional aging needs to happen for their appearance to fit. Though the question might be somewhat invalid. As Yensid puts it, a Nobody is "a spirit that goes on even as its body fades from existence" So lesser Nobodies certainly don't age, because they don't have a body to age with. But the Organization appears to have bodies. Are they holding the bodies until they fade away? Or are they also without a body, but simply taking on a form that mimics one? Again the answer to this changes things. Personally I'm inclined to believe that they don't have bodies. From minor details like Axel's teardrops, to major ones like Roxas looking like Ven instead of Sora, these greater Nobodies frequently don't look 100% like their human counterparts. But if they were using the body wholesale you would expect it to be completely identical. But even assuming I'm correct, that doesn't really tell us that they can't at least appear to age. Sure, without a body they can't actually age, but they might be able to change appearance still (progression of their self-image and such). tl;dr: I have no freaking idea.
Games and anime normally have this "Nothing really seems interesting. Let me just broaden my scope a little, and now I want all the things" problem for me.
Drains make the process excessively easier
The definition of a whirlpool gets vague in this context. In nature it is defined, in part, by the meeting of two currents (as noted earlier). Since there would only be one current you would be unable to meet this. If you remove that part of the definition then all you are really left with is circular movement of the water, and that you could do very very easily. At that point, forget the running, one is probably already there before you even get in. I assume what you are actually interested in though is the funneling effect of stronger whirlpools. That is theoretically possible if you got enough speed. Stirring a glass of water or whatever is just a scaled down version of the same effect, and it is easy there. But I doubt you could get enough speed in any water deep enough that the funnel wouldn't be negated by the splashing.
With great age comes great immaturity.
