Hands down, Smash Bros series. =\ Ridiculous replay value.
I agree with TMM. The PAL market would never have my business if I lived in the English-speaking countries in Europe. I'd totally be an importing gamer.
Seems like an old one to me. No video, sorry.
This is probably the first serious post I've ever seen from you, Crono.
Anonymity goes a long way in desensitizing people. It was the old school gaming that created respectable gamers. Now we just have ****** ass kids on XBL and PSN.
Go to sleep.
Technically the game was first announced at a pre-E3 2005 press conference, but the official project didn't start until May 2005 when Sakurai was declared the director for the game. Actual development then started the following October.
If you ask me, the Jump Back Towards is more noteworthy. Personally I found this technique very useful for characters with strong BAirs like Mario and Pit.
Stole from Xaldin's account on YouTube; just thought I'd share since it's one of my favourite Brawl vids out there. XD Warning: SSE Spoilers contained below:
Nope. PSPs have to be hardware modded as far as I know. Freeloader has also only really been available for Nintendo consoles, specifically the Gamecube and now the Wii. Datel hasn't made any Freeloader discs for any of the other consoles.
Consider it a boot disc (software mod) for playing backups/imports. It's like Swap Magic, but far less complicated in terms of how to get it to work, lol.
Boo, I frowned upon the fact that all wavebouncing required is a change in button configuration. That's like if wavedashing in Melee could've been allocated to one button. I'll acknowledge the possibilities of this move, since it is quite cool, but what a crappy inexistent learning curve it has.
The only things different about the US version that I can see is English voice-overs and English text. O.o Did I miss something?
The lack of Co-op splitscreen in any form was the one thing that bothered me about COD4--but it's still a great game regardless. But yes, Haze interests me, although the only FPSs I've played are on XBL. Haze might be the first PS3 FPS I buy. For some reason I have no interest in Resistance or Warhawk.
Never liked YouTube's processing times. Although if you want them to process the video quicker, upload videos that are in .mp4 format. It usually takes no more than a minute for it to go live (the vids I uploaded were about 3-5 minutes in length, fyi). Overall, crappy processing times, crappy video/audio compression. Veoh >>>>>> YouTube.
I've read all the manga so far except the Kakashi Gaiden. I just read up on that special.
It's elusive, but I wouldn't say we're getting dumber because of what our forefathers were able to accomplish. Sure, they might've been able to account and produce remarkable things with an incredible lack of resources, but at the same time, we're only able to do many things at present because of the resources we have today. Using resources that weren't available back then in order to complete tasks today doesn't make us dumber than earlier generations. Rather, the fact that we have these resources is proof of our advancement in intelligence. These 'resources' are actually a testament to our intelligence as a species. There's no shame in using something we created.
Disagreeing does not equal disregarding. Fix your definition on that. If you want honesty, I'd say you'd benefit from this because you've quite an affinity for drama. How is that justification? You first say Cody agrees to it, but to a 10 year old it didn't seem like anything dangerous? It's hell of a lot dangerous. 10 year old kids SHOULD know this; that's no excuse. Mady mady mady, oy. When it's said one is 'buried head-first', that just details from which end of his body was buried first. The hole was one-foot deep at the very least, that's why his chest was also engorged in the sand. Head-first and Chest-first definitively mean the same thing. I can't believe you actually thought to argue this as a means to say the reports were inaccurate. And the fact that you actually thought to argue that reporters were wrong to say he was buried head-first because he was in fact, buried 'chest-first' is appalling. On the contrary, I'd say your integrity as a voice of accuracy is quite unreliable.
Source? For someone who wasn't there in the flesh, you sure are adamant about saying something that nearly all the reports on this case haven't mentioned. It was an idea that all of them (if not Cody exclusively) came up with together. If Cody didn't think being buried in the sand was a good idea, wouldn't he have said "No guys, you're stupid, that'll kill me"? Surely this wasn't the case; Cody thought it was a swell idea. His intelligence was far superior to most his age? I doubt any 10 year old with superior intelligence would be burying themselves head-first into the sand thinking it was a good idea. Smart kids would've said no. I also have to chuckle at the shameless self-promotion you did there.
No, you're the one who doesn't understand. Yes, the kid was thrashing about for a while and his friends thought he was playing. That much is clear and obvious to anyone who's read up on this incident. However, that is *not* the point. This kid came up with the stupid idea to begin with. If he had the common sense to know that going head-first into the sand isn't exactly the brightest idea, he wouldn't have been 'thrashing about' in the sand to begin with. And it's quite ignorant to think that "if only those kids called the parents sooner he would've lived!" because quite frankly, if these kids were dumb enough to actually agree to bury their friend head first into the sand in the first place, what makes you think they'd be rational enough to call the parents at the first instance of seeing their friend thrash about wildly in the sand? That surely wasn't the case here.
