Glad I held off on buying this. It does look like a great game. It will probably be one of the first ones I get when I finally buy a PS4.
I personally think that they should have made subtle references to characters from other franchises rather than outright use them without permission. The only thing I can't fathom is SE getting the green light from Capcom, Sega, etc but 'overlooking' SNK. I'm on the fence with this one.

This is a very touchy subject that I don't usually feel comfortable getting into discussions about, but yes, regardless of gender rape is a terrible thing. I don't see how it would be more traumatic for a man than it is for a woman. Who's to say who is more emotionally and mentally stronger- people will deal with it in different ways. You usually hear of men raping women, and I personally have heard very little on the matter of men raping men/women raping men, but I understand that it does obviously happen. I personally don't like how some people victim blame and assume females contribute factors towards being raped, like asking what they were wearing? I'm sorry, but a woman should be able to wear a miniskirt without being written off as 'asking for it' or doing so to attract male attention. I honestly don't imagine that happening if it were a guy who is the victim, sadly, so there can be a lot of bias against women. People who put any sort of blame on a victim disgust me.
Yeah, I mean I don't see any problems remaining friends with someone you used to be in a relationship with - as long as you get along, there's no bad blood between you and both mutually agree that they can move on from being in a relationship then why not? In my experience, this has strengthened friendships for me rather than wreck them.

Oh god I've been waiting for this to happen for a long time. It's looking great! I'm confused though; it says that it's based on the build of REmake - I thought Nintendo held the rights for that and 0? I always thought it wouldn't be possible for either of those two to touch a Sony console due to exclusivity or whatever.
That was a really fun listen! It was interesting hearing you guys' take on comics and superheroes. As someone who isn't really into the whole comic thing I...know a lot of superheroes/villains as people in my family and group of friends like them, and I watched the cartoons as a kid. I enjoy the movies but have no experience with the actual original source material in the form of comics so I don't know what I'm considered to the comic book fandom (trash probably lol). Precisely. There's a way of doing it where you get the best of both worlds - in my experience the screen is split 50/50 with the bonus footage on one side and the credits on the other for those that are interested in them. That way no one is missing out. Besides, aren't you already giving all of those people who worked hard on the movie their due by actually being interested enough to go see it, paying for a ticket and watching it?
Depends how they do it. I like movies that show extra footage during the credits as opposed to after. Some movies have very long, drawn-out credits, and I wouldn't like to stay put after every movie I see at the cinema just in the off chance that there is a little extra something...unless I was told about it prior or whatever.
