Well, I believe the keyblade is a supernatural being, not an actual item. It can be in thousands of places at once. Kingdom Hearts probabley made the keyblade, so the bearer can defend Kingdom Hearts. Though, it seems that there are fake Keyblades, such as in the case of Xion.

I think that the SHADOW exists in everyone. Sure everyone has a physical shadow, but the SHADOW you're talking about isn't bad thoughts, feelings, or anything else in a person. I think that its what that person doesn't want to be. Whether that person wants to be a dark figure or some everyday working man, or something more. Everyone has a different SHADOW. I would think my shadow would be a strong, evil dictator thing, that wants to be disconnected to everyone around itself.

I don't think so. If you look at Xehanort himself, the apprentice, he seems to be of Native American decent. I don't think a Heartless can change to a different skin color, nor can a nobody. While the voice actor himself is black, that doesn't mean that the character himself has to be. Just look at Bart Simpson's voice actor. Sure, she's white, but she is still a she, while Bart is a he. The voice actor us there to act out the voice for the character, not provide ethnicity, gender, etc.
That's not distrubing in anyway possible.
