Oh god I remember that fight...my friend and I had rented the game and were trying to get to the Sephiroth scene...and the nightmare of "Dance Water Dance" began. We didnt have a chance, we didnt know... it took us at least an hour to kill them all before we figured out how to kill all the clones, and all the time we were thinking...DOES IT REALLY MATTER IF WE DONT KILL THEM ALL IN TIME! WHAT HAPPENNS? DOES THE UNIVERSE IMPLODE OR SOMETHING!...come to think of it, that might be the reason I didnt like Demyx until recently. Same with Luxord, although he was a cinch in comparison.

Chapter 2: Xigbar is NOT a fire hydrant​

Deep inside the Beast's Castle, farther into the dungeons, past the french candlestick and gay talking clock, Xaldin was standing outside the Beast's chambers watching the Beast freak out...again. Xaldin had a smile on his face that could make the devil cry and kill a squadron of puppies with just one glance (well not really, or else Xaldin would have been much harder as a boss fight, that would be a cool instant death move though) and he was breathing heavily while talking to himself.

"That's right... give in to the anger, accept the darkness, Hulk needs a smash." "Damn straight he does." Xaldin threw a spear at the voice behind him. But Xigbar was standing on the ceiling. "HI DILAN!" Xaldin twitched in anger at the sight of Nummber II.

Xigbar backflipped onto the floor and said. "OOOO...I heard that this place had a real heh heh "Beauty"... she must be working out some...hee hee frustrations...and your watching, Dilan you devil...you shoudlve told me sooner you know. ooo you even have cameras..." Xaldin held out his hands, trying to stop Xigbar from peeking "WAIT BRAIG DONT!!!"

"Let's see our lovely contestant...hmmm there's fluid on the floor...and rose petals..you naughty girl you...OH GOD IN HEAVEN WHAT IN HELL IS THAT THING DOING!!" And so a benny hill chase scene involving two nobodies, a beast with lots of unreleased sexual tension, and various talking furniture was had. Running through doors, coffins, hiding in living closets, and eventually losing him by hiding behind a mop bucket. Oh it was an epic homage to that chase scene. It is a shame that the author is unable to depict it in video...so instead here are some smiley icons to give you the general idea of what happened.

This is a last resort for Sudox, because it requires his complete concentration and stillness. Leaving him wide open for attack from another.

In another life, Sudox was a Doctor, a psychiatrist. He held no darkness in his heart and helped many people. Until the strange case of Timothy Tiny. A young man plagued with madness rather than physical plight. He displayed several curious symptoms. Sociopathic tendencies, moving in an odd shufle, an aversion to light, a phobia of keys, and strange moments of lucidity in which he spoke of other worlds and murders that had never happened. One word in particular was spoken... "Roxas". The doctor that Sudox was never found out what was wrong with poor Timothy Tiny, for in their last session his skin peeled off to reveal a shadow version of the good Doctor himself, and it ate his heart.

Reborn into nothing, Sudox quickly realized that something was missing...something important to understanding the human psyche. What was it? Whatever it was, all that was left of it was a slow steady rhythm that haunted his dreams. Sudox's world had become plauged with madness in his absence, Timothy Tiny was just the start. The strange shadows had multiplied as a rain of hearts showered the night sky. Sudox discovered that he could travel through dark portals to other worlds and superhuman abilities. Upon learning this he vows to find a permanent cure for the madness, using whatever means necessary.

Personality: Unaware of his status as a Nobody, but still lacking a heart. Sudox has more than his fair share of quirks. He is startled easily and will cast magc when startled. He also sometimes will whack something with his can in an accelerated state, causing things to fall around him. He is inventive, a little bit cranky at times, and has leaps of logic that surprise the people around him. He also makes lots of funny expressions. He sometimes overreacts to a situation and this leads to him getting in trouble. Particularly the methods he takes to try to cure the "Madness" of his world. (i.e. if he sees a giant heartless, he will sneak over, grab a sample, and then run like hell. Or confront someone dangerous over nothing.)

Personality: Necro is sarcastic, cynical, and a bit antisocial. He views the people around him not as comrades but as variables unless they have earned his respect. He always thinks ahead and will do whatever is necessary to keep as many of his fellow escapees alive, for without their powers his probability for survival goes down. He avoids conflict whenever possible and is quick to stop arguments within the group with sharp biting words, or threats.

History: The only thing Necro remembers before being taken in is a beautiful red haired woman playing the piano. Other than that he has been a prisoner since he was eight. He is a legend among the escapees because of this. The government have sent him on many missions over the years. Most were intel, and a few were high profile assassinations. He is the oldest member of the project, and TSY "Retires" members once they reach the age of 21, due to the degradation of psychic powers with age.

They were considering making an exception for Necro, due to his track record. But in his last misson, when he tried to manipulate the odds around him, he wound up being seen and left behind a mountain of bodies for a simple intel mission. Since then his power seems to become more and more erratic with each use, and the end results are always either one extreme or the other. A test was performed involving a maze to prove this. Upon activitating his ability in one instance, he easily escaped the death trap without a scratch. The second time his hair turned white from the gas chambers and other traps. The scientists recorded that this bad luck side effect will occur 15% of the time Necro uses his power. Not good.

Necro knew his odds of survival were going slim, and so manipulated events so that he could escape, freeing a few others so the odds would increase in his chances for survival. Now he finds himself having to not only interact with, but LEAD a ragtag group of psychics. He can no longer rely on odds and luck, but rather people and skill to keep him alive. This scares him more than anything else.

Xigbar actually interacts with Roxas the most in days (next to saix and axel) He even "tested" roxas at olympus colliseum. Just because he's never mentioned Ven doesnt mean he doesnt see the resemblence...After all he's pretty well informed about the secrets of Organization XIII. Like knowing that it was Saix and Axel who wiped out the C.O. members. And he knows about Xemnas's "imaginary friend" in the room of waking at the Castle that never was

As for the cutscene, I beat the game and know the general conversation. Xigbar says something like "You couldve looked like anyone, but it had to be HIM didnt it? and the goldfish quote. Xigbar has met Ven, and it sounds like he knew him well. Nomura stated in an interview that Xigbar (as Braig) would appear and possibly be a plot device in birth by sleep. I should probably mention that Ienzo (zexion) is confirmed as well.

Maybe we can finally see how Xiggy lost that eye of his...

Also implies that Xigbar got around a bit when he was Braig if he fought Ven. "Why do you always look at me like I just killed your goldfish?"=lmao
