I couldn't watch the video. I looked at the pictures, though, and even that had me wanted to squeeze my eyes dry. This is horrible, a regular hit and run is bad enough, but when done to a toddler twice? AND people walked right by her after? This is just outstanding. Kudos to the woman that finally rescued her, Chen Xianmei. I dearly hope and wish that the little girl is alright.
