I'd be human because Nobodies don't have hearts, while people like Sora and Riku can actually feel their connections as best friends. Roxas and Axel however, don't have hearts, but can sometimes can feel emotions. Like in a deleted scene, Axel shed a tear when Roxas left to go search for Sora and the reason why he is the Keybearer (Or the Nobody of the Keybearer).
I think that Ven has to be like Sora's father because Roxas looks like him...
Kairi because she might have learned Keyblade techniques from Sora and Riku. Plus... because Sora!
