Outside of for collection purposes, I would actually advise against buying game guides. All of the information in them is available free online. GameFaqs is a site that hosts countless guides for games, including full walkthroughs and guides for specific parts. All of the Kingdom Hearts games are on there (http://www.gamefaqs.com/search?game=kingdom+hearts). The version of BBS in the 2.5 collection is BBS Final Mix, so I would recommend reading the BBS FM section of this guide: http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps3/735143-kingdom-hearts-hd-25-remix/faqs/70271
Doesn't look like there's a way to set the homepage on the Silk browser. The Fire tablet runs android, so I would suggest installing a browser like Chrome.

It seems like the EU version is the exact same as the US version, they just transferred it to the other stores. It's only in English and seems like the server is exactly the same, and so far I can't see anything different. My account transferred over fine and I have the same ID. I think the times everything happens are still the same too.
It just says "checking memory stick". I have no experience with PPSSPP so I can't help you further than that.
