What links do you mean? Either the links has an error in the written code or the site it leads to has moved or deleted the page it links to. That's what I can think about at least. Another problem might be that you don't have access to the site as a guest, like you need to be a member or something.

I'd pick the 2nd version - colours look very sharp and alive in that one, suitable to how I remember Naruto being when I used to read the manga. I'm a little "eh" with the lightsource you added tho. It's like the source of the universe came from his bellybutton. :> Take it as you like, just what I thought. The background is just kickass imo. 2nd's a winner.
