The original Kingdom Hearts in Proud Mode with CoM a close second. Re:CoM was pretty easy even in Proud Mode and KHII, forget about it.
It was not really sad considering that Kairi would be safe while Sora had to concentrate on finding his real best friend Riku. Turned out for the best, he met Namine right after this 'sad moment':)
Xemnas knew Marluxia had traitorous thoughts or suspected it at the most so he decided to send him away to Castle Oblivion but made sure to send Zexion, Lexaeus and Vexen (Axel too) to watch him.
Namine was born in Castle Oblivion as Roxas was born in Twilight Town where Sora stabbed himself with the Heart Unlocker in the events of KH1. I assumed that Xemnas was immediately informed and went in or sent in Organization members to discover Namine in Castle Oblivion when they found it.
If I could save anyone from Org. XIII, it would have to be Number XI The Graceful Assasin Marluxia. The very fact that he is able to use the powers of nothingness, darkness and his native flower elements together in such a poetic fashion againist the Keybearer Sora in the final battles of Re:CoM proved he was more than a match for Xemnas. He was one of the best antagonist in the series, if not the best, because he is unique unlike the Xehanorts. I had no doubt that Organization XIII would had been better off if Marly became the Superior.
