Oh come on, surely it can't be that bad? *goes off to read fanfic* Oh...my...goodness... That is the single worst story I have ever read, and probably ever will. I almost never insult people's work like that, but wow.
Definitely the Data Battles. Not only can you do them over and over, but there's variety with the different members. Critical Mode was nice, but honestly I didn't find it extremely difficult. It provided a challenge, but it wasn't super-hard. Terra was really fun, but it's only one battle, and he's extremely difficult. There are probably people who wouldn't even be able to beat him (It took me about 2 months to do it) so it might kind of be a waste. Limit Form was nice too, but again, it was only one addition and although it helped me out of several tight situations including Sephiroth, I don't think it'd be worth much all by itself, especially since I used it the most during Final Mix-exclusive battles. The new cutscenes... yeah it'd be nice to see them in English and all, but they're really nothing that special.
I'm pretty sure it's because of the guns and alcohol in Port Royal. The deaths might also contribute to it as well, I'm not sure. But in general, KH2 was a little darker than KH.
Riku's Eternal session by far. It lasted much longer than the others and you could do a lot more damage. I remember looking for Nobodies just so I could perform that Limit because it's so much fun.
Oathkeeper, stats aside. I think it looks a lot nicer, both the design and the colors. If we're talking about stats, then definitely Oblivion, but otherwise it'd be Oathkeeper.
Do you mean make everyone believe in him? God wouldn't want to force anyone to believe in him if they didn't want to. That wouldn't be real love, and anyone who was being forced to believe wouldn't have a good relationship with God. You're saying the only thing God could interfere with is the Big Bang? Like he created the Big Bang? That's what I think. I'm honestly not sure if that's what you're saying, though. You are correct there. Perhaps, but not in all cases. For instance, if someone has done something very wrong and they realize how bad what they did was, then it would be easier for them to believe that there was no God because (and I apologize in advance if this offends anyone, I don't mean any offense AT ALL) a lot of atheists seem to think that if you believe in God, then you have one shot, and if you blow it by sinning, then you're going to hell, which isn't true. But if someone thinks that, it would be much easier on them to think there was no God than to admit there was one. And yes, this is getting a little off-topic. Back to evolution vs. creationism. La dee dah...
And in the same way, some one could just as easily not realize God is there or ignore him because they don't want him to be there. It works both ways. Yes. Evolution definitely makes sense, and there is certainly lots of evidence for it today. I just don't think that evolution automatically rules out God, that's all.
Yes, but in a slightly different fashion. That's completely different from believing in God. And I never said God was obvious. He isn't. No prob. I have those days too :) My point is that if it was all in our heads and we were imagining it, then please tell how those atheists I mentioned earlier realized God was there when a week before they were absolutely sure he was made-up. There were also no other people telling them the whole time "It's God! You're feeling God!", they figured it out by themselves. Okay. I guess you know that already, so that's fine.
I just got it a couple days ago, very cool. I've never played any of the 4th gen. games before, so I'm still fascinated with the 3D, new animations, etc. :p Ugh... why is it that, as of yet (I'm going to be fighting the fifth Gym Leader soon) I can beat the Gym Leaders on my first try, but it took me three times each to beat Mars and Jupiter, and it took me an hour to beat Tyson (Pearl, 3rd battle I think)?
Except it hasn't happened to just one person. It's happened to a lot. Quite a few people have felt God in their lifetime. Could you please explain what you mean by objective, independent evidence? Is that directed at me...? Evolution makes perfect sense. I have studied it in great detail (biology is my favorite subject by a long shot) I know a lot more about evolution than I suspect you think I do. But evolution does not at all disprove God. It may disprove certain aspects of the Bible, but it doesn't mean God isn't real. You're right. What's your point? Not in the same way, no. One of the biggest differences between Christianity and other religions is that Christianity is more of a relationship than a belief. Other religions (not all, but many) include ways to please the god, otherwise that god will get angry and punish the people. Christianity isn't about keeping God happy so he won't blast you with a lightning bolt, it's about keeping your relationship with God strong. So those atheists I mentioned were positive God was there before they decided to believe in him? I talked about them to make a point, but you kind of glossed over it, so... True. But there certainly aren't any people who try to disprove God's existence who aren't biased in any way. Oh no. I'm getting technical? Oh my.
I give good rep to somebody who makes a really good post that I agree with, and I de-rep when people are deliberately rude to others and try to make them feel bad on purpose.
And some people know in their hearts that someone is there. I know it is hard to believe sometimes, especially when you're going through some really hard stuff. Even just a couple weeks ago I myself questioned if he was really there. I think one of the biggest misconceptions is that if God existed, everything would be dandy and perfect, which isn't true. As for what Mother Teresa said... I think you know that's out of context. It is much, much more complicated than spitting out one thing she said with no context, and I'm pretty sure you know that.
Just want to say that just because you can't prove something is there, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Quite a few Christians I know (myself included) have felt the presence of God, and although it's certainly not undeniable proof, I do think it is a little unfair for people to say "LOL dumb Christians they believe in something they can't even feel" because many do sense the presence of God in their lifetime. And before anyone says anything, no, it's not just in our heads. I know atheists who have become Christians because they could feel God. But of course if you're going to be picky, and want official, certified proof for every single thing, you're not going to believe in God. I wouldn't either. Besides, is there any proof that God doesn't exist? Proof, not evidence. There is evidence to support both sides of the argument. But there is no proof for either side. Sorry for getting off-topic, but I wanted to get that out there.
The only reason I ever used Item Synthesis was for Journal Completion. Otherwise I wouldn't bother with it at all.
Definitely a poster. I've made maybe three threads since I've been here. Just not something I like to do.
I honestly believe that God created evolution. He programmed us to be able to adapt to our environment for survival. Adam and Eve did not necessarily have to be humans the way we envision them, or even humans at all. And really, if you think about it, doesn't it make sense that if He created us, He would give us the best means necessary for survival? I know I'm probably going to get flamed by both sides for saying that, but it's my opinion, so deal with it.
Well I had trouble deciding between a Demyx name and a Zexion name since I love them both so much. Eventually I just flipped a coin because I couldn't decide and got Demyx :P So I used his battle phrase "Dance, water, dance!"
XD Me too! He and Zexy are tied for my favorite members ^^
Like everyone else said, my guess would be that one of the cords was unplugged. I can't remember which one makes it show up on the screen, so you'll have to check all of them. You'll want to push on them pretty hard, they can be picky and sometimes it looks like they're all in when they're very slightly out.
Quite often unfortunately. I've only made, like, two perfect tears in my whole life O_O
