Excellent theory. You mention that the tall knight loses something before he becomes Xehanort. We still don't know what the third part of the heart/body/something trinity is. Maybe he lost that third part of himself. Maybe memories are the third part of the trinity. Maybe it's the mind. Maybe it's something else. Nomura also said that Sora wasn't in ASAS or Deep Dive. And he wasn't. But Roxas was, and Roxas is another embodiment of Sora. It's possible that the Roxas lookalike is another embodiment. One from another time, or another world. I agree, I think Nomura is trying to trick us. The Roxas lookalike is definitely going to be related to Roxas in some way. But I doubt that he's the nobody Roxas. This is probably another version of Sora.
That's a great explanation! There's another thread that talks about this, would you be willing to add your thoughts to that one too? :D http://www.kh-vids.net/showthread.php?t=8292
There's definitely an emotional connection there. When she gets smashed, he's by her side right away. When he's frozen, she catches him just in time. And that moment when their eyes meet is really powerful. My first impression was that they were lovers. But there's no hard proof, unfortunately. They could be siblings, friends, or longterm comrades. But I hope they're lovers. :p
Haha! These are awesome. Thank you.
The you say the "the armor is the female's" are you talking about the armor Xemnas was on the dragon in the final boss, or the empty armor in the Room of Sleep?
The tallest of the knights from the Secret Ending looks a lot like Xehanort, in the way his hair falls, and then later in the eyes. I'll propose that this is Xehanort, right before he lost his memories. Flash forward to the end of KH2. Maybe the armor in the final battle stands as a return to his "knightly" status? More maybe he's gone past being a knight, and has become a king of this realm? That would explain the larger, heavier armor, and the throne. All this would be in symbolic context.
True, her heart is Kairi's, but Namine's origin is still shared. It shows up through Sora's memories. Unlike most Organization XIII members, Roxas had no memories of his previous life. That's because all of Sora's memories went to Namine. In CoM, Namine knows all of Sora's memories and can control them. She's only able to control the memories of others if they are connected to Sora. (DiZ controlled the memories of everyone in Twilight Town through the computer. Namine had to focus her attention on putting Sora's memories together.) Ha! Well, most nobodies have the same face, and body type, but different coloring. So maybe a white Mickey? But that's where things got weird, isn't it? Kairi never became a heartless, and her body never disappeared. Usually when the heart is taken away, the body disappears, becomes a nobody, and shows up in The World That Never Was. So if Kairi's body didn't become Namine, whose did? And for that matter, if the empty body becomes the nobody, how can Sora be running around, in a physical body?
Thank you, thank you! I've always wanted to discuss Namine's special creation. Let's say that Namine is also a nobody of Sora, just a little bit. Maybe it's possible that Sora doesn't need Namine to return to him. Her multiple origin creation is very unique, but in the end, she's a single peice, not several peices. So she can only return to one person. Since Roxas is able to return to Sora, it's Kairi who needs a nobody to reunite with. But if the need came up, Namine should be able to join with Sora, just like Roxas does. A nobody is a "shell", right? But Namine doesn't look anything like Sora (except that she shares Roxas's blond hair). So Kairi must be the most dominant origin. All of Organization XIII has the memories of their previous lives, except for Roxas. I bet that's because Namine got all the memories, both Sora's and Kairi's.
My friend and I wondered about his outfit too. It could imply that he's one of the knights from the Secret Ending- but the big, bulky armor doesn't look anything like the slimmer armor the three knights wear. In the end, I'm not sure.
Thank you so much! I've been looking for a good copy of this video for awhile.
Thanks, even at half the HD quality is great!
