Square. Buddies. Pals. You gotta release that beauty outside of Japan. It'd be a crime not to.
Both 1.5 and 2.5 had some good boxart so putting them both here works good enough I guess. I do so wonder where Xion's left hand went, though.
Let us erase this pointless world, and move on to the next.
Username: HeartlessOfLight Name: Varian Wrynn Appearance: Here Source: (World of) Warcraft Alignment: Star Warrior Short Bio: Varian Wrynn is the king of Stormwind, a proud human-run city on the planet Azeroth in the realm known officially as "The Great Dark Beyond", though most refer to it simply as "Beyond". Along with his title as king, Varian also lead a faction known as the Alliance, which was comprised of various like-minded races and civilizations across the world. He places his people and his family above all else, qualities that many would find honorable in a King. Though he isn't without fault. In his youth, Stormwind was attacked and overtaken by the Horde, a faction that- at the time- was comprised of Orcs from another planet. Varian became very distrusting of Orcs in his later years because of this. This distrust, however, wasn't exclusive to them. As more races joined the Horde, Varian found himself distrusting all of them, regardless of their past actions. Even now, he finds it difficult to trust those from realms other than his own. Before arriving on Star Haven, Azeroth was attacked by Smithy. At the same time, a being thought long dead emerged to deal its own deadly blows to Azeroth. This being was a giant burning dragon known as Deathwing the Destroyer. Nobody knows if the two were working together, but nobody could afford to care. The relentless attacks from both Smithy and Deathwing ravaged Azeroth to its core, bringing about an event that the planet's denizens call The Great Cataclysm. In the destruction, Varian and the other leaders within the Alliance attempted to escape with their people, though so far Varian only knows that he alone managed to escape. His own personal mission is to find his son, Anduin, so he can finally know if he made it out alive. But until he sees his son's body- dead or alive- he can only keep up his search and hope. Powers/Weapons: Varian wields Shalamayne, a single legendary weapon formed by fusing the two blades Shalla'tor the Shadow Render and Ellemayne the Reaver. Shalamayne can be wielded as a single two-handed sword or split apart into two smaller, one-handed swords. As Varian is classified as a Warrior of Fury, he utilizes offense over defense, using Shalamayne's two forms to overwhelm his foes. I may have went a smidge overboard with the bio length. Guess I got a little carried away with it.
Username: HeartlessOfLight Preferred Name: HoL or Nick. Whatever's easier. General Schedule: Free most days, mornings and late evenings. Not a set-in-stone schedule but that's typically how it goes. Time Zone: EST Roll me for critical role: No. I'd rather not risk being given one only for unforeseen life things making me wind up being less active or worse.
Joke's on you, I was never born. I'm merely a bodyless consciousness eternally flowing through the internet telling people I have a birthday today. but seriously thank you <3
Some of the new Pokémon look great to me, such as Mimikyu, Salandit and Tapu Koko from older updates. Also Litten is my one and only of the starters. Of the ones revealed in the latest trailer (that aren't forms of old Pokémon), I'm especially digging Wishiwashi. The way it goes from a tiny little thing to this huge cluster of awesome makes me happy inside. I do like Pyukumuku as well but my weak stomach prevents me from thinking about it without nearly activating my own variation of the Innards Out ability...without the damage, of course. The Alolan forms are certainly a cool addition imo. Alolan Sandshrew/Sandslash look surprisingly good, Alolan Vulpix/Ninetales are just gorgeous and Alolan Exeggutor...It's just beautiful. Alolan Raichu is simply adorable and I'm loving the amount of sass pouring out of Alolan Meowth. But of all the revealed Alolan forms, Alolan Marowak is my personal favorite. The Ghost typing requires me to love it but the design itself is just awesome. Really digging that flaming bone. Team Skull...Hoo boy, where to begin. Quite possibly the least intimidating villainous team I've ever seen. I mean, I suppose it's possible that they're not supposed to be intimidating. Like a sort of silly, cartoony villain group that's little more than a small hindrance to the player. The official website seems to imply as much on Team Skull's page. If that's the case, I hope they're at least entertaining to have around in a humorous way. I'm probably overestimating the scale of Sun and Moon plot-wise, but I feel like a team that doesn't pose an actual threat to the region at large is just...boring. That said, I'm gonna stay optimistic and hope that even if Skull aren't out to take over/destroy the world or whatever, their presence will still add to the overall experience of Sun/Moon in a positive way. Plus, despite my complaints about not being intimidating, I do really like the Grunt designs. Female especially. tl;dr version: Love a lot of the new Pokemon. Litten, Mimikyu, Slandit, Tapu Koko, Wishiwashi and Pyukumuku are my absolute favorites so far even if the last one's ability makes me want to pyuku. Love the Alolan forms, Alolan Exeggutor makes me giggle and Alolan Marowak is badass. Team Skull doesn't seem very threatening but if that's the intent I'm mostly okay with it, especially if they're funny. Hype is real for this generation.
Love me some JAM Project.
"In Russia, game plays you."
So due to severe technical difficulties I lost my old unchained progress and had to start again. If @Cat~ could re-add me to the Leopardos party I'd greatly appreciate it. My ID is 469895.

U.S.A., State of Michigan. The weather in this state has always been odd but this past year it seems to be going a tad nuts. It was warm most of...
Use it elsewhere you snow-tossing hooligan. You're harshing my warm weather mellow over here.
It's the middle of May and it's snowing. I'd take humidity over this. Make it stop.
Have I mentioned how much I despise humidity?
I appear to be among the @Cat~ -allied folk. ID is 19429
The black haired, bushy eyebrowed youth that occupied the room with Sakura and Naruto- a hot-blooded Shinobi by the name of Rock Lee- passed the time before now by doing countless one-handed push-ups. To increase the difficulty, Lee weighed himself down by placing several cinder blocks on his back, stacking them up in a pyramid shape. Despite not being the one that Sakura addressed, Lee's perfectly round eyes were lit aflame with excitement when she told Naruto that they'd been cleared. "Profound excitement! I will report to Guy-Sensei right away to inform him that there are no threatening individuals on the horizon!" Lee exclaimed, saying very little using far too many words. Following his statement, Lee pushed upward one final time, hard enough to send the cinder blocks off of his back and into the air before charging out of the room, barely standing all the way up. The cinder blocks then fell to the ground, landing perfectly back into the pyramid formation they had been in moments before. Meanwhile... Alone not far from his home, a young man by the name of Terra was just finishing a training session where he practiced the use of his weapon, a special sword known as a Keyblade. Terra's Keyblade was unique to him and his strengths, going by the name Earthshaker as a reference to Terra's natural affinity with physical strength and Earth magic. Using a small beacon given to him by his master, Eraqus, Terra was able to transform a small section of land around him into a closed-off training ground with artificial beasts to practice on. The beacon itself was stuck in the ground in the center of the area, as the beacon was projecting the area into the world. Having just finished his training, however, Terra removed the beacon from the ground. This caused the false training ground to disappear, returning him to the real world. "That should do it for today. Time for a little R&R." Terra thought aloud as he dismissed his Keyblade, causing it to fade from existence. As he began to walk home, Terra sensed...something. It was faint, so much so that Terra could hardly tell if it was a real sense or just his imagination. Whatever the case, it wasn't a good feeling. "I...I must be tired. Guess I trained a little too hard today." He mumbled as he continued home, keeping his guard up as he walked.
Pretty good, I suppose. Just got home from a sleep study to test for sleep apnea, so that's...fun. Sorta. Kinda. Not really. But other than that...
'Eyyyyy, how goes it?
I forgot how much I loved FFXIV.
