PSP - Crisis Core was awesome.
Duodecim as well. I'm hoping they make another. (Come on 11th cycle!) 12th cycle was really short, though.
Third Birthday, but some of you may be thinking Parasite Eve's where way better; I don't know, I never played them.

PS2 - KH1 I thought I liked KH2 better, but it turns out it's really only because of the characters. KH1 worlds where so much better made.
I liked the controls better, too.
EDIT: forgot FFX. Boo you, X-2 and XII was my first Final game, so I have to say its one of my favourites, too.

    Xbox - Fusion Frenzy

DS - The World Ends With You; playing this right now

There are others, but I'm too brain dead to think of any others presently.

Shin Megami Tensei newb, here. Teehee.
Iv'e only played halfway through the first Persona. 'sigh' I got stuck, so I gave up and Third Birthday, FFXIII, and Duodecim came along. Still haven't finished any of them. But Persona is really fun. I love how you can interact with the enemies. It's the little details. I'm also watching Persona 4 the animation. Makes me really want to get it.

    I. Chaos Walking
Sci-fi-ish, very uniquely written story of a world of Noise - where one's thoughts can be seen and heard by everyone else. Writing style is, again, very different, but don't let it bother you; the series is one of my favourite. But I must admit, the last book isn't as good as the first; still good but....

    II. Bartimaeus Trilogy
New and refreshing view on demons or spritis, as they like to be called. Very funny, in my opinion, the story is written differently depending on which character you are following. Nathaniel, an 12 year old orphan, apprenticed to a bumbling magician, and Bartimaeus, a djinn, a medium-high level type of demon.

    III. The Mortal Instruments
Eh, I'm sure you've heard enough of this one. Really awesome, just don't read past the third book. But the sequel is good. Can't wait for Clockwork Prince (Is that out yet?).

And, most people probably just watched the movie and gave up on it, but The Golden Compass was good aswell as the sequels. (At least I remember it being good; I haven't read it in a very long time.) Also The Wizard Heir was pretty good, which I believe also has a prequel.
