    Lord Death

    Yeah I will!! XD

BIC: Lord Death stood unseen in the unsuspecting mass of people. His eyes were for only one person and as he pushed past the people, that person slowly turned towards him. The man on the podium seemed to whiten and no sooner did Death reach the edge of the platform then a soft twang was heard and an arrow embedded itself in the man's chest. Death retreated for a minute so the man could enjoy his last few moments on Earth without having him starring over him.

What a trying business this is, and strange. People think they can defy me, but they cannot, no matter how hard they try. Well that is one more person. Now the next girl. What was her name? Abbie something...ah well it doesn't matter her name. And then that Leon fellow...hm...

    Lord Death

Death. What is it? Why does it happen? Is it painfull or painless? Thousands of people ask these questions thousands of times. However people are wrong to ask these questions. Rather the best question, is this: Who is Death?

This rp is set around the middle ages in a small town called Rook. The people in this town are quiet and content. But one girl is scared and sullen. She is this way because she can see him. She sees him whenever someone is about to die, is dying, or will die soon. She isn't sure who he is but she is about to learn a terrifiying thing about him. This man that she sees is Lord Death. Select people all over Angleland can see him too. Now they will all be brought together by this newfound ability. Now they must choose because if they continue to profess to see him, the king will have them all killed, but theres one more thing: Lord Death cannot harm him.

Alexandre stepped forward slowly and mirrored her bow.

"Not a problem. It was my fault for startling you. My name is Alexandre. Is there something that I can help you with?"

*I flatly ignored no one. I am merely pointing out that Christianity is the number one ranked religion in terms of followers, seconded by Islam.
*That logic fell flat on its face...They have been taught that therefor they believe it, or profess to believe it because they are unsure if they do or not. I'm not sure what you were trying to say on that one...?
    * I disagree with that. I don't think that Atheism has increased so much as the want and need for logic in our society. Atheism provided that illusion that to be Christian was to abandon reason, therefor many people chose logic.

One question pops to mind first: Have you even read this book? Or are you merely reciting what the "scientists" have said over the years since it has been published and circulated throughout the globe?

Very true. It shames me to see some of the worthless nonsense that passes for a debate these days.(when in reality it is just people screaming at each other "YES!!" "NO!!!!") It really irks me but these debates help. Well an imaginary toast then!!! To being able to prove that two intelligent people of opposite views can sit down and calmly reason out the others logic, without having a seizure and it reverting back into an argument.

Now I'd like to ask you a few questions myself if thats all right with you.

    1. How did the Universe Originate?

Many atheists believe matter and energy originated from nothing. But the First Law of Thermodynamics states "matter and Energy is neither created nor destroyed," thus they violate this Law of Science.

    2. How did Order Originate?

The 2nd Law of Thermodynamics states a system (like the Universe) will go from Order to Disorder over time. But you argue the Universe went from chaos and disorder (a big bang) to an orderly Universe.

    3. How did Life Originate?

You believe living organisms first arose from non-living matter. However the Law of Biogenesis and the Cell Theory states: "Life only comes from life." Thus you violate these foundations of Biology.

    4. Was there a Cause for People?

The Law of Causality states: "Every effect must have a cause." You would argue there was a cause for a pencil, but you argue there was no cause for people. Thus you violate the Law of Causality.

    5. Everyone knows Mount Rushmore was the result of intelligent design. Do you think the human body is the result of intelligent design?

Laws of science show that it takes more faith to be an atheist than it does to believe in God.

Over the course of said trauma she developed an alternate personality named Zoey.

    Not a problem.

You are right, the truth will be revealed in due time. My time has already come, but there will come a day when the truth will be revealed to everyone. It might take the rapture and tribulation to open some people's eyes but they will be opened. It took a little while for most people to believe that the world was round but eventually people took to it. I think it will be like that for Christianity. Now most people believe that there is an all powerful deity that created everything.

Well you are right, I will never be able to convince you that God exists, because that would mean I was the one saving you, and that wouldn't be correct. Only God can convince you. I would urge you that if you really want your questions answered to go read The Case for Christ. If you like that there is one called The Case for Faith. The guy who wrote it actually set out to disprove God but ended up proving it. Also I've heard that reading the book of John is helpful if you want to feel something spiritual.(Just a suggestion, it didn't work for me.)

Arianna swooped low and landed in a tree, morphing back to her human self. She quickly began running through the treetops. Once, long ago, her parents had told her that Central Park didn't have many trees but now it flourished with them ever since people had reverted to a simpler time. She was flying through the treetops so fast she was a blur. The other forms she could take influenced her human body, gibing her abnormal speed and grace. She landed silently above the group, just in time to hear one person ask about her.

Alexandre, make your self known please.

    Yes my lady.

He inserted his thoughts into her mind and then stepped forward slowly so as not to frighten them.

"Hello," he called out in a strong voice.

    He approached them and smiled.

    "Are you lost?"

Well...I think he does guide you. You are just so vehemently refusing it that you don't hear him, metaphorically speaking. I had a friend, really hardcore atheist. I invited her to church because we were eating pizza and watching a movie and at the end our amazing youth pastor did a five minute preachy-thing. Well she said it interested her and that she might wanna come back. So I brought her back another day and she decided to become a Christian. I'm not saying we will brain-wash you but just...keep your mind open.

(After all, if you had said that the world was round back in the 1600s you would have been deemed crazy. But the world is round. I'll let you interpret that how you will...)

Thank you for that. And yes, I would like to apologize about what the people did back then and must make it absolutely clear that most of us are not like that.

Yes, but I never said that he didn't try to persuade us. I just said he wouldn't force us. You are right, there is a difference. So God is loving us by guiding us to a knowledge of what our eternal life will be.

That's just the point, he won't. He doesn't want to make us love him because that means that wouldn't be real love. That is also the reason that he doesn't make it any more obvious that he is here. If he did then people would have to believe in him. And that's not free will.
