uh oh... I've never been to six flags...I think it's because Loony toons always scared me when I was a kid.
Oh I have TONS of these. Okay I got tons of weird things I did. First things first, I was being dumb one day and was trying to stay on top of the Tram in Twilight Town while on the skateboard at the same time. So basically you had to keep doing tricks and stuff in order to stay on top. I ended up falling off and accidentally getting off of the skateboard. Then the tram ran over it. I ended up chasing the tram around the little circle for several minutes trying to get my skateboard back. Second thing I did, when I was fighting Riku/Ansem at the end of Hollow Bastion in Kh1, I had to pause the game for a second to go get some lunch. When I came back, it was the point when Riku like rears back to slam his sword down, but I paused the game, and it had two pictures on top of each other, because it was about to change frames. It ended up looking like Riku had one lazy eye, the other eye closed, and buck teeth. It was pretty hillarious and I ended up laughing for another several minutes before I could be serious enough to actually fight him. Third weird thing I did. When I was playing Atlantica minigames for the first time, I was playing the Japanese version, so I couldn't read the instructions. So i was winging it. I made it through the first song, but then when I got to "Part of your world" I didn't realize you had to hit the Triangle button on some of the ones, so i ended up just jamming the circle button. And i was confused when it never worked. So I thought my controller was broken, went out and bought a whole new one, realized it still didnt work, then finally figured out i was hitting the wrong button. So it wasn't really the game, but it was me being stupid. Fourthly is when I was fighting Parasite Cage for the first time, and I was getting fed up because it was almost dead, it had to have like one more hit, and i kept getting hit away by its arms. So i was like "AW FORGET IT!" so I stood up on the ledge and started blasting Fire at it over and over. I was just like DIE WITH FIRE DIE WITH FIRE DIE DIE DIE! Then it did, end up dying, but right when I killed it and it gets all freezy for a second, Riku was standing like two feet next to me (it was the fight where he helps you) and he was just staring at me. And i couldnt help think that he mustve been thinking something like "oh...my....god." (it was funny when it happened...) Lastly (at least the last one i can think of) is when my sister was playing. It was right at the beginning of the game, when the island is under attack. It was before we got the Keyblade, so we couldn't kill any of the shadows. So my sister got off the boat and she was like "Die you Heartless, Die!" but the sword wasn't doing anything. So i kept telling her to run away, but she kept arguing and saying. "I cant do it! I CANT KILL IT!" and I'm sitting there watching the sword go THROUGH the shadow's head, but she kept trying to attack them...and then she died. Yes, I think she set the record for most pathetic unintential death. Unless anyone has a better one? Those are just some random things that happened when I was playing.
Some of it is funny... Many of the jokes they add in are amusing to read when there's nothing else to do, but it's really irritating in several aspects. The KH1 manga is really well done, I think. (Love the Cid Cannon) But the Kh:Com one irritates me a lot. Why? For one thing, why do they only have like 2 disney worlds? It's really pointless. I hate how they just randomly included Agrabah. If they really had to put in a random disney world, why couldn't it be a fun one. (nothing against agrabah but it was kinda dull...) For another thing, what was the deal with the stuff with Namine? It bothered me a lot. Personally, the part in the actual COM that I loved the most were the conversations between Sora and Namine, and Namine's submissive respect to Kairi. I appreciated her more that way. But they changed that so much in the manga, and made people more sympathetic towards Namine. It was almost like the manga was like. Kairi? Who cares about Kairi? I know that HAPPENED, but it was resolved in the end of the game...not in the manga. Anyway, I'm babbling and just rehashing what other people have said. I really do love the manga, but I just don't like how they change people so much. They make Marluxia an idiot, for one. Which really bothered me. It makes the manga so much kiddier than it needs to be. Sora also looks and acts like hes around 10 (not like its bad to be 10) but he just seems so much younger...I have yet to pick up my copy of kh2 manga, but I hope that they fix that issue, and at least make him a bit more true to his character.
I always wondered that too It didn't really make much sense to me either... I think its rather pointless to get any of the really super good cards in Re:com, because (as far as I know) there isn't any vs. mode like there is in the GBA one...so there isn't really any point in getting a super good deck, just as long as you can beat the game, right? Unless...there isn't a vs....is there?
the voices? I'm probably wrong...but I think that they didn't use the voices in the game (and only in the theatre thing) because they might not have had room? It's only a guess but, I think since they already had so much in it that maybe if they added voices the game would um...blow up? Maybe not, that doesn't make much sense...Maybe they just did it to irritate everyone.
: ) yay! people actually responded! Um...are the 'Nazis' here really all that bad?
Um...about those videos... Um...I have a question about those videos, actually. Well--I've played kh2fm+ and everything, and unlocked the theatre option, but...I kinda don't know Japanese fluently, so I was REALLY glad when they started uploading the videos with subtitles on them but...they skipped one. I was wondering...does anyone know if they are going to upload it or does anyone have a translation? It's the scene that plays during the end of Roxas' part, when Namine, Riku (still hidden away in his cloak) and Axel are all talking up on Sunset hill, then Namine goes off with Axel. If anyone has a translation of that, itd be great...
Gao... I'm new here, obviously...and I don't usually participate in forums and things like that so...this is one of my firsts. I was hoping I could get back into the social circle...sorta...because I just moved so there really aren't many people to talk to about things I like (Kingdom Hearts for one) because the people at my new school aren't really-- enough babbling about me, anyway. Um... Just wanted to say hi before I jump in, I guess. I hope I can make a couple friends here...so, if you've got nothing better to do I guess you could reply. No, I'm being silly. Sorry, I'm acting shy aren't I. I'd be great if maybe someone could help me out here though...
