Intense Thats...pretty well thought out, yeah. The only thing I don't agree with is Roxas and Riku. I mean...what? The Mickey thing would be a funny twist though. It'd be like "YES! I WON!...oh...crap." *mickey swings in* It's even better cuz Mickey can revive to Sora, what, up to 3 times is it? now THAT would be a long fight.
Um... I don't think you'd play as Mickey... And I'm not sure who the main role will go to. I love Sora to pieces, but I don't want him to have to be shoved into another adventure like that. It'd make the game seem forced, and forced sequels are never good. (anyone ever seen Cinderella 2 + 3? *shivers*) My main issue is, if Sora isn't the lead, and we know that kh3 isnt going to be following the same linear time line as the other ones, then it wouldn't make sense to have Donald and Goofy as your helper companions. Makes me wonder what other disney characters they are thinking of pulling in to help the lead character, if any. If they DONT, ill be disappointed, because that's what makes Kh....Kh, and not FF. Pluto anyone? But um...question. Why wouldn't it be called Kingdom Hearts 3? That's the first I heard it wasn't going to be called that.
Seriously? Seriously? I loved Stitch--my favorite summon. He plays the ukulele (did i spell that right? It's the little tiny guitar instrument thingy) while Sora 'air guitars' on his Keyblade. It's really cute. Plus it freezes the enemies so they cant attack you--it was good for getting points in the colliseum matches. He also runs around and licks things...and shoots them with his plasma gun thing if they try to attack you. But back on topic--I would die if I'd have to fight Sora. I break down whenever I have to beat up characters I like (good thing I tend to like 'good guys' rather than the evil people--that would be bad) In fact, I can barely fight Axel or Roxas without freaking out. As for the actual fight, if it happened--I'd think that fighting Sora would get really annoying really fast, just because they would probably make him really quick and hard to hit, because he has all of those dodging abilities up his sleeve. Let's not forget Curaga, which would instantly heal everyone in his party in a wide range--and he could most likely do it often because his magic would probably fill up quickly. I think the most annoying thing to try and guard against would be Final Form just because that has Keys flying out the wazoo that he isnt even holding on to.
I think Are you talking about the added scene which is the fight between Riku and Roxas, when Riku says something along the lines of "What's wrong, Sora? Are you done already?" And Roxas replies back in with the "what do you mean, you're the one who is losing" (something along those lines, I might not have it exactly worded correctly)? If that's what you're talking about, then the answer is just what you thought it was--that Roxas still has part of Sora in him, obviously, because he is Sora's nobody--which is why he reacted that way. And Roxas is surprised by it, obviously--but isn't that kind of self explainitory?
Erm... I thought Aqua was Riku when I first saw her. No lie. I saw her face and i was like DUDE! ITS RIKU! Then i was reaaally confused... My friend thought it was Riku, too, and I didn't tell her beforehand what I thought when I had first watched it. we just got to the part where she falls off the cliffy thing and then gets up and shes like: "Holy crap, what is Riku doing here?" *shrugs* I think people have so much trouble just because there are way too many other characters who are so ambiguous that its hard to judge one way or the other. I mean...anyone remember Kuja?
Actually... Actually...doesn't everyone remember that for a while before it was released, Kh2 HAD a T rating. (its not com but same deal) It kept getting changed. I think the problem was the POTC world or something. Oh, and I loved Axel for swearing in COM. I flipped out, too. Mostly I just stared at the screen with my jaw open. I don't think that Sora should swear though. Even though he might in Japanese, I dont think it fits his character at all. It'd be fine if it was like, Riku, but Sora doesn't seem like the kinda kid who would--well, I guess at some points when hes REALLY ticked off he gets angry like that... Oh, and I've gone on a Miyu Palooza before, because I adore Miyu Irino, so I've been watching all these anime and stuff he does voices for. This one anime, Parappa the Rappa (yes, its an anime) they were sitting around discussing what makes guys like girls. One of the qualifications was that they had to be "sexy". It was a show for like...kids who were 5.
finish it. I think he just did it to help Sora and the Organization, in the long run. Riku replica, I guess he figured would be usefull, either to the Organization or himself which is I suppose why he tried to help him out. Replica died anyway but I dont think he really cared all that much either way. Zexion wanted to use Riku's power, just like how Marluxia wanted to use Sora. No matter what that meant, it was most likely bad for Sora and the Organization if they had a guy running around controlling one of the Keybladers...Axel was already protecting Sora in COM, so I'd think he'd want to help him out in this aspect with Riku, as well as not letting the Organization possibly get in potential trouble. Since they were his orders to get rid of any betrayers, I guess he figured he might as well finish the job and start any new problems from forming. Zexion was smart. He doesn't do much, but he was one of the 6 apprentices. He was also the youngest, so I think that might've marked his 'downfall'.
Oh... Oh...Sorry...I didn't mean to sound obnoxious... Maybe I should just stop posting things like this.
I dunno if anyone else noticed this--maybe its just me being slow. But in the extra Kh2fm+ scene when Xehanort accesses Ansem's computer, he imputs a password. The thing is, you can figure out what it is. (at least I think i did) When it first boots up he types in Brother Then after that there are 6 boxes in which he types in asterix's so you cant read what hes typing. The thing is, there were 6 apprentices of Ansem who became the founders of the Organization, right? And there are 6 boxes. I checked it and it fits. He's typing in the names of all the members. The box over on the top left has 8 stars which fits Xehanort. The one next to that is only 4, so thats Even (vexen) then the other ones (apart from the one in the bottom right corner) have 5, which explains Ienzo (zexion), Bleig (xigbar), and Dilin (xaldin). Even though Bleig and Dilin ignore the rules of 'keep the same letters, rearrange them and add an X to get the organization name', we are gonna ignore that rule simply because these are the names in the Ansem Reports, and, even if you use the same letters anyway their real names would only still have 5 letters The final blank has 6 asterix, so that has to belong to 'Eleus' (Lexaeus). Now, before you start complaining and saying that eleus has 5 letters, take a look at the name Lexaeus. If you take out the x there are 6 letters, not 5. I'm assuming that their 'real' names got messed up in translation or something, but its supposed to have 6. Anyway, I just thought that was kinda cool. It's a bit geeky and everyone else probably noticed it, but its fun anyway. Any idea what 'Brother' is supposed to mean?
Not really Yeah I know I could do that, but I wanted to beat the whole thing all the way though. It's not the same when you just start and do the last part of it.
Um well... I remember I was doing the hades cup in kh1 for the first time, and I just beat Cloud and Leon and I was like "YES!" So I paused it and did a little victory dance, but then instead of hitting continue, i accidentally hit the quit option. Ended up having to do the entire tournament all over again. What else... oh yeah. I purposefully killed myself in the Cerberus fight in order to play with Mickey in Kh2. ( i was playing the Japanese version at the time) so then I finally die (auron kept healing me grr) and I was like "YAY MICKEY!" but then I hit the buttons really fast, and accidentally switched options, and ended up hitting the wrong one. So yeah...ended up just plain dying instead.
Ratings... News channels really don't care about what's important now, at least thats what I think. It's all about ratings, and getting people to watch. They run stories like this because its somehow interesting? It's also about funding. I guess whoever gives them money wants people to know about Paris Hilton.
Good point I think if they DID use the Jungle Book, I also agree that Sora would most likely be considered to be Mowgli (did i spell that right). It's possible that they are going to use it just because they lost the copywright permission to use Tarzan so they cant in the future (which is why it wasn't in COM and Kh2), and its fun to have a jungle level. I like jungles anyway. I don't think that it would be a rip-off of Tarzan necessarily, just because it has different characters, and a completely different plot. Just because both are set in jungles doesn't make them the same. Besides, arent the jungles in different areas? From what I recall, Jungle book is set in some kind of jungle in India (or somewhere in Asia), and Tarzan is set in Africa.
Right of passage? I don't really see what the problem is. We can debate about this, saying that some people can comprehend politics and some can't, but figuring that out would be too much of a hassle. I know things aren't universal acros the board as for getting driving licenses (i got mine at 16 but i know some friends who got it at 15ish) and people usually drink way before 21 anyway, but it's almost like--it makes being certain ages special for some reason or another. 16 is generally for driving, 18 is legall adultiness and voting, and 21 is drinking. I know people don't follow it, but it's kinda like...just makes the birthday better. Like--hooray! now i can vote! (yeah that sounds kinda dorky) I'm not an uber TRADITION kinda person at all, but I think that if we let younger kids vote it takes away some of the fun of becoming a legal adult. I like the way it is just because it's something to look forward to. And even if people aren't really that interested in politics, I think the wait to FINALLY BE ABLE TO VOTE is what helps people actually get up off the couch and do it the first couple of times.
I greatly apologize if this has been asked/answered already, but I've looked a bit and havent found anything on it. Here's the main thing--I'll be blunt and say that I'm having issues beating Marluxia in KH2fm. Mostly just because I get hit a lot regularly when i fight people which...doesnt...work... If anyone has a good strategy or anything i'd appreciate it. Another issue-- everyone knows those black fungus in kh2fm? Right so...how do I know if ive killed it? I believe I've fought every single one in the worlds, and they started showing up in that big 1000 heartless battle area, thing...but they just disappear as soon as i activate them. So, I figured I had to like officially kill all the ones in the worlds or something...and I thought I did but I dunno how to tell. Specifically, the one in Port Royal, I completed the whole 'guess which one is the real one' game until the thing was dead, didn't mess up at all and did it with a really good time (i forget exactly what it was) but I dunno if i 'killed it' because it's still there. Just not sure what to do. (again, sorry if this was posted already.)
the letter? I don't particularly think that the letter was really supposed to be anything important--I just think that Pluto is meant to be Mickey's 'letter carrier' and delivers things to Minnie for one, but also maybe other people. (letters are a fairly common way to communicate in kh, apparently) So I think several of the others are right in saying that it wasnt FOR them to read. (the one at the end of kh anyway) It really wasn't supposed to be a big deal, i don't think, anyway. I think the only reason they put the letter in there is to allude to another game and that the story isnt over. I think thats the main reason why they did it in the second game too, just because everything was all hunky dory until OH MY GOD! MYSTERIOUS LETTER! I really dont think we ever really will, or need to learn what is written on the letters from Mickey. What I want to know is what the heck is the deal with the letter that Leon got during the credits of Kh2. What' s with the butterfly? Anyone have any idea what the heck that is about?
Demyx! There are so many characters that I sympathize with, but I think that the one I feel the worst for is Demyx. I feel horribly for what Axel went through, I have to say...I mean, yes he went through a LOT of horrible things just to try and help his friend Roxas. Still, even though he did 'suffer', if nobodies are able to, it's just the way his personality is that I dont think he'd want anyone to feel sorry for him. Especially not Sora or Roxas, for sure. He's just one of those people who just seems like he wouldn't appreciate it if we felt badly for him. All in all, I think Demyx got the short end of the stick. (yes, Roxas got some bad things to happen to him, but he was happy in the end, right? Same with Namine, Sora and Kairi. Yes, they all had angst, but it was resolved) Demyx, not so much. He got pushed around by the organization members, was clearly not respected by ANYONE--and pretty much was just trying to get a heart. Sure, you could say that for any organization member. (such as the people who sympathize with Xemnas) but Xemnas was at least honored as the 'superior'. Demyx was just kicked around until Sora finally killed him, for no real reason except that he was "bizzare" and just happened to be standing in the way. I never quite understood that. Usually I can understand Sora's motives to defeating the organization members. Xemnas, enough said. Xigbar wasn't altogether that irritating, but he did stand in front of Sora when he was trying to get to Kairi, which mustve ticked him off a lot. Xaldin was a jerk to Beast and Belle, so that makes sense that he was angry at him. Saix was a complete jerk to Sora at Hollow Bastion, with the whole Kairi thing, so I'm sure Sora held a grudge against him for that. Luxord 'captured' Kairi and Riku, which is never a good idea...I could go on and on with those, but I just dont think what Demyx did was really all that...bad. Yeah, he stole the Olympus Stone. But they got it back, then just happened to run into him again at Hollow Bastion. Really, why is Demyx so picked on? I thought he rocked. Poor guy.
yay! Yay! thank you! That helps a lot. Also, I know this isn't a movie or anything, but does anyone have a translation of the little conversation that Sora and Riku have before they fight Xemnas, and I know they say something about Namine... sora says something like "i dont get why it was so hard to say goodbye to namine" something like that---anyone know anything?
I think that... I'm MisuzuKamio, and I feel that Kh2 is one of the better games, because it incorporates all the fun of ff and disney that we enjoyed in the first games, but it also fixes anything that was wrong in kh1 (such as the camera), has a much more elaborate story (with all the organization members) and has a deeper underlying message than the other games did. (sure, kh and khcom had messages, but kh2 had a stronger one) Mostly I just loved how it showed the classic "there is no true evil" perspective. It was interesting how in that light, Sora could be seen as actually not an entire 'goody-twoshoes' character he was in the other games. As for my favorite character, that would be Sora. (Axel and Demyx are sooo close though-- hearts for the two of them) I like him because I act very childish myself, but I've always tried to have a strong heart and be a 'good person'...so it makes me happy that he can be that way. My friends always said I act a lot like him, even though I'm a girl. As for who is the cutest, that would be Sora (love that kid) But for some inexplicable reason, I think hes cuter in Japanese. (probably because I adore Miyu Irino) So my vote is for Sora, Kh2 Japanese. : )
This may sound a bit strange... I think this may sound a bit odd but, I personally always believed that when we die, our spirits, as well as our bodies, become part of the earth again. But that means that parts of us become parts of new things, like the wind, the oceans, the plants, other people even. But I think when someone dies, someone who is close to us or someone that we know, (I don't believe that it is exactly a GHOST per say) we can detect it somehow because of the memories that we have. So I think when people think that they 'feel' someones presence, or believe in something they think is a ghost, it is their hearts coming in contact with a piece of someone who remembers them too. As for those shows on TV where they go to 'discover ghosts' and 'white noise' and all of that--I think most of that are just coincidences(sp) and people trying to make the slightest bit of noise sound like someone talking. I don't believe in that kind of paranormality. I know i may sound a bit weird saying this, but I really believe that to be true. (It's also why I couldn't kill anything for the life of me, because it could be part of somebody I know)
