With the head reeling back, Aeira continued to rush forward, jumping into the air and kicking into the side of the darkside. With that, she had managed to force the darkside back even further and left a sizeable foot mark into the side sternum of the creature. Lifting up its injured hand, it went to punch at the girl, but repeating the process same as before by having the rocks form a spiked gauntlet over her hand. Using the spikes rock, she jabbed it into the injured hand of the darkside, tearing yet another gash into it, causing some of the fingers to fall of the hand. With the hand punched to a pulp, the evidence of the injury the darkside was sustaining was evident as the dark smoke started to rise from the hand's wounds. As the darkside attempted to raise its hand back up, it used its other hand to try and keep Aeira away. Creating a sphere of darkness, the creature lobbed it at the girl, attempting to force her back. Seeing the large magic sphere hurtling towards her, the girl merely punched upward against it, sending the sphere into the air. Standing still where she was, she awaited the sphere to fall back down, and though the darkside managed to recover its arm injures during this time, as the orb fell back down, the girl sent another heavy punch into it. With that, the dark orb was flung straight into the face of the darkside, causing it to explode and forcing the creature back. With the darkside falling down on one leg, the other buckled underneath as it fell to the ground. The knee managing to stop the body from falling entirely crashed against the ground, forcing Aeira to back away from the large beast. Slightly more level with her, the beast pulled back its undamaged fist and sent it towards her again. With her victory in sight, Aeira was not going to back away from the challenge, instead punching straight at the darkside fist. The two fists collided, causing the resulting momentum in either of them to stop. However, pulling back her other arm, the girl punched the hand downward, forcing the darkside's hand to crash into the ground and keep it unsteady. After striking the first shin with her fists, Aeira decided that she would need to go in for the final blow against the creature. Sure, it wasn't actually close enough to be finished off in one strike, but she would start laying the foundation for the finish. And so, bringing back one of her fists, she smashed it back against the shin of the heartless again. One after the other, she continued to smash her fist against the darkside's leg until it had finally given way to the pressure of the attack, the leg itself breaking apart and being unable to reform. The darkside's injured hand twitched as it pulled it back, the wound still smoking with darkness as the creature pulled back its other hand. Charging it with darkness, rather than swing its hand to smash into Aeira, it instead merely swiped it at the air. A wave of darkness rushed out from the hand, moving towards Aeira at quick speeds. Caught off guard, the girl could only brace herself as she put her arms up to absorb the blow. Wincing in pain, as she was pushed back by the attack, the girl grit her teeth as she pushed off her legs towards the attacker. As the two fists clashed with one another, the rock on Aeira's arm had formed into more of a spike than a gauntlet. With that, the spike started to run through the hand of the darkside as the power struggle continued. The longer the struggle went on the further the spike drove itself, causing a large hole in the dark hand to start to form. With a heavy amount of force, turning the punch into an uppercut the girl managed to not only drive the darkside's hand back, but also cause a large gash to cut across one of the fingers and up the palm, causing the wound to smoke with darkness as the creature reeled back. Catching her breath after the attack, the rock that had formed on Aeira's hand broke apart, the stress of the attack being too much to keep its form, before she thought about how next she was going to fight this beast. As her uppercut landed, the head of the darkside jerked upward as part of the tendrils that made up their face started to be forced inward, breaking and trying to repair itself. While the attack had done a number to the darkside, it still didn't stop it from getting up, starting to rise back up to its feet. Aeira landed back on her feet as the giant darkside heartless stood upright, both parties tightening their knuckles as they faced off against each other. With both reeling back their fists, the girl summoned the orbit of rocks around her, having them clamp onto her arm to create one bigger rock gauntlet. After launching his companions at the creature, it seemed to be heavily injured by the onslaught of attacks they sent at it. However, it responded in kind, firing lightning at his teammates and slamming its arm into everyone. Grimacing from the attack, and wincing as the lightning coursed through his body, Stratos noticed that his teammates were far more worse for wear. As Kaida seemed to be tanking care of herself and Beuce, Stratos looked to Hikaru and said, "Hikaru, here!" With that, he twirled Lofty Grasp, blue side up, as he cast a healing light from it onto him. Stratos used Cura on Hikaru After tossing the heartless to the side, the darkside, though unsteady got back to its feet. While Aeira would normally capitalize on this, she was currently recovering from her own move. The heartless itself was quite large and heavy, and she herself had been going at one hundred percent the whole time she had been fighting. Wiping the sweat from her brow, as she had overexerted herself, the girl managed to catch her breath before the heartless could fully recover. Running at the heartless, the darkside still kneeling as it tried to get up, the girl jumped upward, slamming her fist into the heartless's head. Bending forward, now that she didn't have the force of the hand to keep her up, she placed both of her hands on the ground trying to push herself back up. Getting back up onto her feet, she looked towards the darkside, who seemed to be moving in the same kind of lagging motion that it had always had. Clenching its fist tightly, the darkside moved its hand downward towards the girl once more, trying to punch through her. As the came, however, Aeira moved both of her hands to intercept it, stopping the fist by pushing it against it with both of her hands. Grabbing onto some of the fingers with her hands, the girl then pulled back, swinging the arm of the heartless and causing the rest of the body to move with it as it skidded across the ground, falling onto its side. As Aeira had delivered her swift kick to the darkside, she managed to land on both of her feet back to the ground. As she did, her foot momentarily slid, causing her to go off balance, due to how wet the ground was from the now pouring rain. As she did, the darkside moved for her with its other hand, coming down with a hard slam at her. While she was able to get her footing back, it was far too slow to actually avoid the coming attack. So instead, she clenched both of her fists and punched upward at the same time, striking into the palm of the heartless. As she did, her legs buckled a bit, still in a bit of an awkward position, but she managed to force the heartless's hand away from her. After launching herself off of the stomach of the darkside, she rolled backward across the ground before springing back to her feet. The darkside didn't seem to be forced back by the attack, but the clear impression of her feet being placed in the darkside's stomach, before the darkness started to gather around it to mend the wound, was proof enough that she was getting somewhere. Cracking her knuckles, the girl got ready to punch forward at the heartless foe, rushing forward as the moved towards it once more, with the creature trying to swipe its hand across the ground at her. As it did, the girl found the perfect opportunity to jump over its hand, flipping into the air and avoiding the attack altogether before kicking the back of the palm on her descent. With the punch striking true against the darkside's wrist, the arm bent back a bit as the creature seemed to stumble forward. As it was lowering, falling from an imbalance, Aeira looked at the creature ready to strike it in the most damaging spot she could see. That being its head. However, before its head got low enough to be in punching range, the creature seemed to stop itself, the other arm moving down and stopping the momentum it had. With its other hand seeming to fix itself back up, the creature managed to push itself back up and upright before Aeira could strike at it. Clicking her tongue in slight annoyance, the girl instead ran towards the heartless. As it had finished recovering, she merely jumped at it and with both feet kicked against its stomach, and kicking off and away from it. With the creature being off balance, it seemed to stumble a bit before raising up its other hand to try and smack at her. As it did, however, the hand charged with dark magics, overflowing with power before bringing it down with a slam. Rolling out of the way of the attack, not wanting to deal with the raw mass of the hand, Aeira was caught off guard as the dark energy pulse out from the hand as it smashed into the ground. Holding her guard up, she managed to absorb the brunt of the attack, but was still pushed back as she winced a bit. All the same, she wasn't going to let a little pain stop her, and instead began to rush towards the creature. With its arm expose, rather than smashing the hand, this time the girl went for the wrist, letting out one powerful punch at it. After managing to pummel the hand away from her, Aeira decided to keep up her own offensive pressure. With the momentum of the darkside's fist no longer existing, it merely started to pull back slowly. However, Aeria was swift on her feet, bending down on her legs and launching herself upward towards the creature's hand. With one mighty punch, she managed to strike the creature's fist before it unfurled, pushing the hand further back. As the two fists collided, the darkside's arm was forced away and the force of that attack caused it to stumble back, before it managed to stabilize itself and get its footing back. Pushing off the hand after kicking it, the girl rolled back and looked back towards the darkside she was fighting. As the creature of darkness looked back to her, it clenched its fist and began to punch towards the girl yet again, this time her responding in kind. With one fist colliding with the darkside's, rather than try to do a power struggle with just one attack, she immediately pulled her arm back and went for yet another punch. One after the other she started to unleash a flurry of punches, before releasing one final uppercut to push the hand back and away from her. As the rocks had struck the darkside's head, breaking on contact while puffs of darkness exploded off the face of the darkside, the creature itself didn't seem all that bothered. Instead, it began to charge up darkness in its hand, creating an orb that was overflowing with the black and purple substance. As the orb seemed to take a solid shape, the creature lobbed it at the girl, to which she merely stood her ground and clenched her fist tight in response. As the orb came close, Aeira punched against it, her fist colliding with the sphere and sending it harmlessly off to the side, exploding away from her. Taking off from there, the girl ran at the darkside, and with hands of the creature now at its side, merely jumped up and delivered a mighty kick against one of them. As the heartless's leg was struck by Aeira's kick, it buckled a bit before seeming to crouch further down. As it did, the creature then seemed to move forward, motioning to kick Aeira away. As she was right in close quarter range of the creature, she couldn't dodge away from it just in this instant, instead putting up her hands to brace against the attack. As the legs slammed into her gauntlets, the girl grimaced a bit, sliding across the ground. Her momentum finally stopped, the girl put down her arms, still seeming like she hadn't been that injured by the attack, before stomping on the ground and creating a few rocks that orbited around her. With a simple punching motion, the rocks flew through the sky, being sent straight towards the face of the creature. Darkside Red: 4000/5000 Darkside Blue: 4,400/5,000 Darkside Yellow: 4800/5000
With her kick dealing a good deal of damage to the hand of the darkside, Aeira then landed with both of her feet onto it, stomping hard. Looking at the creature, she knew that the head would be the best place to go, and as such, began to run up alongside the arm. As she made her way up, though, the creature began to raise back up, bringing its other's arm to swat the person away. Jumping off the arm, the girl landed on her feet at the base of the darkside. Kicking off her feet, the girl then slammed her fist into the leg of the darkside, causing the heartless to lose part of its balance and move towards the ground yet again. After Aeira had struck the arm of the darkside, the fist of the darkside dragged across the ground and the creature seemed to be off balance. Bringing up its hand, it then moved to swipe downward, trying to crush the girl with the full palm this time. Keeping light on her feet, the girl dodged out of the way of the attack, not paying any mind to the force that it delivered into the ground. Instead, as she got to the end of her roll, she sprung back on her feet, and up towards the hand. Flipping in the air, the girl brought her foot down onto the back of the palm of the red darkside's hand, delivering yet another significant blow to it. As Aeira's fist pushed against the fist of the darkside, it was clear that the darkside was stronger, if nothing else because it was several times larger then her. Yet, Aeira continued to hold her ground all the same, not giving an inch when pressed against the large red heartless. Eventually, though, as the darkside decided to put more weight into its own fist, the girl's legs started to buckle a bit under the pressure, before her next move was enacted. Pulling her fist back and rolling back, the girl had evaded the large attack of the heartless, the fist merely smashing into the ground and creating a quake where it hit. However, now off balance, Aeira pushed herself forward and with a clenched fist punched at the exposed arm, causing the darkness around it to ripple.
