Non Canon The fight takes place in the Mirage Arena as well as the fact the armor is covered in Nobody symbols. Xemnas hadn't been born to create the symbol yet. Sora had no memory of Sephiroth in KH2. While you could argue that he didn't learn of his name, Sora still acted as he never met the guy before. A tough guy like Sephiroth, I doubt Sora would just forget about him. Now it's possible that Cloud and Sephy had a fight since they both were at the same world.
I'm not old lol But yeah, thanks for the compliment. :)
lol Thanks Well I haven't proven it, only speculated the possibility. This one of those open ended answers about KH. We'll likely never get an exact answer, so it's really however you look at it. I could argue he's either not a heartless but solely a heart, or that he's a special pureblood heartless like Sora was. In KH2 they referred to him as Xehanort's heartless. They also called Namine a nobody when she doesn't fit the requirements for it. Logically he should have comeback a pureblood heartless. A powerful one no doubt, but like a Darkside. He should have remained nameless, and unable to think rationally. But there is something very special about both Sora and Ansem's hearts. Like LilBueno said, the events of BBS could explain why the two of them are so unique.
I vote neither. His heart wasn't processed by his heartless machine as it was directly given to darkness. And when he came back he lacked most of the requirements to be considered a normal pure blood heartless. He lacked a body of darkness for instance. Ansem the seeker of darkness, is a very special heartless. So much so, he might not even be considered a heartless to begin with. He himself wasn't sure what he was. Ansem the Seeker of darkness gave his heart to darkness willingly and this might have changed the normal heartless process in his case. He's what we call a floating/walking heart. Like Sora after he turned into a heartless in KH1. He was simply a heart. Heartless tend to forget their past memories and personalites. Ansem kept his. Something special happened in his case. Ansem the seeker of darkness didn't have a body of darkness like a shadow. He had a weak body of some sort under his cloak but as you can see in this picture it was smaller than Riku.
Very good question. While it lacks a emblem, I always though it was one. I would find it odd to see one of those randomly in the realm of darkness. Also the pot centipede, has one on it's head. Though it's possible though that these maybe a type of possessor or have a body under the pot, and only use the pot as protection and a disguise. The KH1 journal implies something of the sort Pots lack hearts, so it's likely there's something inside the pot. My only question that will solve this once and for all is, Does it release a heart when killed? That will settle this once and for all. I looked at the fight on YouTube of the pot centipede and it seems only munny comes out of it. Though this might just be a boss fight element.
It's kinda assumed that's the point when it happened. To my knowledge there's no report that specifically says when, but that scene kinda implied that's what when her heart went into him.
I still should have been more careful, Okay I can likely clear up at your least 2nd question without spoilers. Well after Xehanort created heartless, the symbol was born and given to his stronger artifical heartless. Xehanort and the other apprentices banished Ansem the Wise and later gave themselves to darkness and became heartless. Maleficent appears in Radiant Garden, finds the castle empty expect for the heartless. She then used them to take over the world and began finding the PoH. So basically she just found the symbol along with the heartless, and took them for her own goals.. She piggy backed off of Xehanort's work. I honestly would say she would prefer emblem. While you are right, she is a heavy user of darkness, for the most part emblem are stronger than pureblood. And all heartless use darkness in some manner. So long as she got what she wanted it really didn't matter. Well there are two types of heartless, Pureblood and emblem. Pureblood are the natural forms of heartless and lack symbols. Emblem heartless are man made. After Xehanort's experiments created heartless, he found he could create stronger heartless and those he made were given the symbol. So the source of the symbol can't be from the heartless themselves.
Oh, I'm very sorry. I saw the words "Key of truth" and though you have played BBS. I didn't realize I wasn't in the spoilers section.
This symbol? The one found on TAV and their master? Spoiler Well if you have beating the game you know that Aqua saves the newly created Xehanort the apprentice from falling into the realm of darkness. After this Xehanort is found by Ansem the Wise and becomes a apprentice. Ansem who at the time is beginning to study the heart, allows his new apprentice to work on the project. Xehanort takes the experiments to a whole new level and is able to create his own heartless. Xehanort who was found in Terra's clothing, saw the symbol and used it for the basic structure of his heartless symbol. Remember Ansem didn't create heartless in the realm of light, Xehanort did. Well after being told to quit his experiments, Xehanort raised a coup against Ansem and banished him. He had already created a machine tp create new stronger heartless and the seal by this point. Him and the other apprentices then walked into the heart of Radiant Garden, and became heartless. Maleficent finds her way to the world and finds the throne empty, as well as the heartless. Maleficent then takes over the world, using the heartless and basically just took the symbol as her own.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJzGcFlDynE (All bottom DS scenes it's the last one) or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f6U7etZWQuU (Single Scene) Sorry for the poor quality, best two I could find.
A link might be hard since it's pretty hard to find transcripts of the KH1 Ultimania. But I do have the quote, that does say he is the voice. This surfaced around the time of 358/2 came out over at KHI. It fits in my opinion, King Mickey has been shown to have the ability to talk to people's hearts a few times throughout the series.
It's understandable. The original copy of the KH1 ultimania are extreme rare. We have bits and pieces of it here and there. Seriously. I thought they might explain how Mickey learned to do this in BBS, but it wasn't. Now one could assume he learned it much and more knowledge about the keyblade etc. from Yen Sid. Strangely we don't see examples of Mickey talking to anyone's heart in KH2. Honestly I would believe the keyblade does has some sort of ability to direct it's wielder. When Sora came around his first keyhole, in Wonderland, the keyblade rose up on it's own guiding Sora to seal the keyhole. It could very well be the Keyblade or someone else's heart.... that talks to Roxas during his awakening.
Actually it might be assumed that Sora did remember the events of Chain of Memories. After his inner fight with Roxas, the data of defeated members of Organization from the game appear in the Journal. While no concrete evidence is never given its strange to include them considering they have importance to the plot afterward. Now if this addition to the journal is canon that would mean Sora and Co. regained their forgotten memories. There is a scene in KH2 Final mix in which Sora says to Riku, before they fight Xemnas, "I forgot to Thank Namine." It's possible that when him and Roxas fused and fought all his past memories were regained. He fully remembered who Namine was and what she did.
Hardly a theory if it was confirmed by the creator of the game. While I agree, no explanation for how Mickey can communicate with people's hearts has been given he does in fact have that power. We saw it in Kh1 final mix as well as Chain of memories. He was the voice that spoke to Sora in KH1. Now no answers have even been given for who exactly spoke to Roxas during his awakening in KH2. That is very open ended, and could be many people if you really consider it.
Darn sever problems..... Anyway, yes Mickey's Keyblade is from the dark realm. In order to close the DTD a keyblade from both realms are needed. For the most part this was never fully explained in the English version of KH1. Mickey's star seeker is a keyblade of the light realm so he made his way into the dark realm through one of the randomly appearing corridors of darkness in Traverse Town. Once there he ventured through the darkness and found the keyblade. How he found it and knew about it and the fact that two keyblades were needed is unknown at this point. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZADxNU4hFo In this cut scene from KH1 final mix, Mickey talks to Riku's heart which was sent by Ansem the seeker of darkness behind the DTD. There Mickey make contact with Riku's heart and says the following.... As well as Finally it was confirmed by the creator of the series in the Another reports. A collection of answers about many deep questions about the series. This was given along with the purchase of KH2 Final mix+ One question should clear everything up Right all keyblades, light or dark, are the same. The only known time the types matter is when it comes down to closing the DTD.
Which keyblade are you referring to? A normal keyblade or the Keyblade of People's hearts. The Keyblade of people's hearts, does have the ability to unlock one's heart as we saw Riku and Sora do in KH1. But this is something any keyblade is capable of when wielded by a master. If the Keyblade of people's hearts can allow someone to extract hearts without being a master is unknown at this point. But it maybe assumed considering Sora was able to do it and he was clearly not at Master strength as of KH1. Master Xehanort eventually would extract the heart of his apprentice Ven with the hope that the X-Blade would be created.
He mentioned both the X-blade and the keyblade of people's hearts. The Keyblade of a person's heart is used to open the kingdom hearts and the X-blade is an alternative method of doing the same thing.
Nope, it was made from their hearts. The light balls of light are their heart. The hearts acted as the power source of the heartless surrounded by darkness. Spoiler
Nope, Sora is basically just a floating heart after Kairi cleared the darkness surrounding his heart. His body and soul both went to form Roxas. The body does move. When a strong hearted person loses their heart a nobody is born. A nobody can only be born in a world inbetween the realm of light and darkness. A nobody can only be formed in this area because the light or darkness would destory the body. Even though Sora lost his heart in the light realm, his body and soul where moved magically to Twilight Town. Exactly
As of right now it's unlikely there will ever be an English release of a Kingdom hearts final mix version. They normally make them Japanese exclusive. The trend is, they release the game in Japan, then add a little something extra to the English version, and then give out a huge lot of extras in the final mix version. But you can import the games over the web. And considering how prices have dropped over the year, you could get it at a pretty sweet deal. Bt you would have to buy a Japanese PS2.
