Even if she is a bit fickle with me at times.” Faust replied back with a chuckle as a small assortment of rocks fell form the ceiling bounced of his head ”Really fickle as you can see” “oh so not like a real girl, huh. Well just follow my example then im sure you might find one one of these days” Zidane replied back tossing and catching his swords in his hands “you got that sparking thing going for you, not nearly as good as me and my sword skills but it’s something.” 9/20
“heck I was one them could brains myself, content with same days passing by with the lady of my life being the only one at myside” Faust scoffed as the mere remembrance of how he was a kid didn’t sit well with him. How had he been content with the chains of his own making keeping himself down playing out his days as if he was small cog in a clock. “ oh a girl huh. I guess your not too bad then I myself have quite the number of girls swooning once they see my strength” Zidane boasted taking a moment to pose before hurrying up slight to match pace with faust once again. 8/20
“This place have a name?” Zidane asked absentmindedly swing his two swords in the air in front of him as if he was fighting some invisible enemy as they walked forward. “Well back there they just call it the chained isles. It’s not too special of a place in book ya know. Just some rocks floating out in the sea” Faust replied just shrugging his shoulders “No one there wants to see tha sights that they are missing. Prefer just sitting there with there heads in the clouds. Not a spine to be seen in the lot of them even if you put em all together” he couldn’t but chuckle lightly at his joke as he started to gaze at the various rocks that lined the tunnels as they passed the silence slowly retook the pair of them soft foot falls being the only small reprieve. 7/20
“Where you form anyway” Zidane asked as they started to walk further into the depths of the cave. “ never heard anything like it. It’s like your not even speaking English half the time” Aidane shrugged slightly while still keeping a firm grip on his swords. “ I’m from a far away set of islands to the..” Faust paused for a second to pick the first random location to try and hide the fact he was from another world. “west, I think” It was a pain for him to have and do this every time he had met someone not in the know about other worlds. But it had been one of the few oaths he had made in exchange for learning under his old drunk of a master Khan. Something about 'world order' or whatever that needed to be maintained at all costs. it was one of the few rules that Faust had kept in his travels out of a begrudged respect for the man. 6/20
Zidane stopped for a second at Faust's answer to question before replying to the answer with another question " What treasure not good enough for you, huh?" his hands resting on the hips as he turned towards Faust as he continued “What would you reckon this grand magic thing would look like for all you know it could be like a magic diamond.” As the concept passed through Faust’s head he couldn’t really help but agree with the point that Zidane had brought up “ya know yus could be right for all I knows it could be some gold or gems inside it. ” Faust answered back his hands still flexing open and closed “But we won’t know till we find da thing and open it up. Too many things go unseen or unknown because someone didn't have da courage to take action so im going to do ever thang I can to not end up like those sods” 5/20
Looking over to the monkey costumed lost boy that he was partnered up to find this treasure with he answered his question with " i can't say really. i hope it wouldn't be something as boring as that though" their foot steps being the only real sounds int he dimly lit cave for a few moments. after few moments Faust looked to the side and saw the slightly confused look on his partners face prompting him to respond with " you can win and lose gold in seconds down at the docks where i was raised. no what i would be primed to see is something grand o magical to be resting at the end of this hunt." he hands already sparking lightly with electricity as his fingers twitched in excitement at the thought of what treasure awiated them. 4/20
looking over the group they seemed to be in the process of figuring out how to divide the group up Faust really didnt care too much on who he was paired up with. the only thing that he was really looking forward to was the fight with that pirate mook that was almost guaranteed to happen once they found this mystery treasure. "I don't mind however yus guys want to split this group up to search for's this magic chest. we just need to call out when find it right and take care of whatever is in the way when we do right?" Faust said still leaning over the edge of the row boat gazing up at the clouds passing by " just let me know when yus guys have figured out the teams or whatever" Faust continued taking the moment to collect himself as a slight breeze blew in. 3/20
Faust was already feeliing his luck was turning out for better this world the interesting magic effecting him was quite the sight itself but this ragtag group of costumed kids and the fairy flying around the one who called himself peter pan was the sort of stuff he had left his home world to find, not to mention this "cursed" treasure that they were after currently. leaning back slightly with his back over the railing of the row boat gazing up at the sky for a moment before turning back to group as he chimed in "Look the mooks probably gonna and try an pull a fast one on us tha much is a given, ya hear? we just need to send the dodo and his crew of rent a mooks packing when we find it, pretty simple and clean plan right there." taking a glance at Zidane sizing up the other boy slightly then adding "Hey ape kid, Im in a need of a rush ya hear so i'll offer up a wager to ya. if ya find this magic treasure or whatever we're looking for i'll throw down with ya" 2/20
This new red coated fellow that seemed to know about curse or whatever was effecting them. to Faust this whole mess seemed off this guy just shows up after having his grunts try and capture them. then he wanted to order them around, this guy has attitude was something else. Faust was about to climb that railing and show this clown how things were done down at the docks when the though of treasure clicked in his head. he could let his pirate think that he was leading them along and probably follow them to wherever this hidden magic treasure was then, wham they just need to take care of both this clown and pepper whatis and they have the magic treasure and his ship. Faust's train of though was cut off by the familiar looking green haired girl asking about how this guy knew about keyblades. at first he had forgotten that keyblades were apparently some sort of secret "yeah, an ya better not be thinking of lying to us or what we did to will just be tha opening act of whats coming to ya" Faust pressed as he turned back at this captain as he re summoned his keybalde into his hand. 1/20
the battle had started to wind down, seeing as there was only a single goon left standing on the deck of the ship to deal with Faust began to smirk as an idea formed in his head. he began to lightly toss his keyblade in his left hand gauging the force needed to move his keyblade in his altered form. After quickly sizing up his target Faust threw his keyblade the mass of metal sailing out in the air in a low arc skipping off the wooden planks of the ship before connecting with one of the legs of the final pirate goon before it slide to a stop. As the goon was knocked off balanced Faust charged forward landing a sucker punch square in his chest causing him to stumble back and slip on the keyblade laying at the deck under his feet. the goon tumbling over the railing of the ship in the sea below. "Now that is how we deal with ya mooks down at the docks" Faust declared and he re-summoned his keyblade into his hand. Pirates: 0/20 exp 36
As the fight started to intensify around him Faust decided that he couldn't allow himself to be shown up by the others. taking a quick glance around to see what he can use on the deck of the ship to help him compensate for his lowered strength in this situation. Noticing the pieces of drift and scrap wood that the boat they were on had turned into still laying in heap in the center of the circle of pirates that surrounded them an idea started to form in his head. turning on his heel Faust sprinted towards the wood pile taking a rolling leap towards the end to dodge a slash by one of the pirates while picking up a piece of scrap wood as he passed. Blindly throwing the wood scrap behind him it traveled in a quick arc before connecting with a solid thump with the leg of a pirate causing him to stumble back slightly knocking his leg into a mop bucket that had been on the deck long before their in Prompt to landing on it. the soapy contents of the bucket sloshing out onto the deck of the ship into a large spreading puddle surrounding the feet of three of the pirates. Before they had the time to react quickly spreading water Faust quickly charged up a thundaga and sent the spell on a course to land in the dead center of the soapy mess. Arcs of lighting dancing across the surface before climbing up the legs of the pirates their muscles clenching tight as they collapsed as the hectic energy of the spell faded back into nonexistence. “huh, thaught that’s youd’s put up more of a fight than that” Faust called out as he lightly flipped the keyblade in his left hand as the ruff uncivilesd words that he had thought he had left back in his youth spilling out on their own. As he began to muse the crumpled state of the pirates done in by his handy work he felt a sudden impact on his right side. Faust rolling slightly on top of the wooden deck of the ship before coming to a stop. As he got up he could hear a gruff laughter as he looked at the pirate that had gotten him from behind. “ya thinks that’s funny huh?” Faust asked as began to let his magic rage though out his body arcing currents visually dancing across his arms. ”Well I’ll gives ya something to laugh about chuckles!” Faust hurled his keyblade across the short distance between them. As it soared the blade continued to arc with energy till the blade was discharged upon connecting with the gut of the pirate that had hit him. The pirate convulsing slightly as the energy passed though him in to the deck of the ship before he passed out collapsing into the deck. Taking a quick breather after expanding the large chunk of mana that he had Fast felt a slight shift in the planks of the deck. As Faust came to he found himself awoken towards the bottom of a pile of wood scraps and bodies. "What's da deal with all this noise?" he could only ask as he began to dig his way out of the pile with some effort while hearing a young girl screaming. cracking his back with a satisfying pop as he began looking around at the situation he found himself in and it was quite the strange one. His whole body seemed to have revered into a younger form of his 13 year old self, his formally attire being replaced with a rough green linen shirt and gray vest. he carefully studied his hand for a second watching a strange flow of magic that seemed to be a cause of this quickly muttering "i'll deal wit this later." "This SO-whatever group he found himself in was a good source of adventure ever since he had came across them. this was the most jarring transition yet to him form giant whale to hostile pirate ship if what he was seeing was correct and not some hallucination caused by the fall. still waking up surrounded by armed crew members surrounding you was never a good sign when you are traveling on a ship you don't remember getting on in the first place. First thing first though, deal with the immediate chains holding me down he thought rushing forward sending magic surging through his body causing arcs of electricity to run across his body as he tried to place himself as the bigger threat to the armed goons in front of them instead of the younger girl that had tried to talk to them. summoning forth wavering serendipity into his left hand as he called out " If any of y'all think that you can take us then you are going ta be in for a shocking revelation in how wrong ya are!"
"Well met, Steel I'll try and not Hound you with questions when I can." Said wearing his usual carefree smile as he continued "I'm always for interesting sight, places and magic so if you have any recommendations be sure to send a howl my way. Of course if you ever are in need of a magician I have been known to do parties and for new friends like you guys it'll be free of charge." as if to prove his point pulling out a deck of cards with a practiced flick of his wrist for a few seconds before switching out out the deck with a practiced slight of hand replacing it with a pair of dice "Or if your just in the mood for a quick game of chance. I am always down ton play a few games" [/color] after a quick pause for a second realining that they were still stuck in the belly of a literal beasts with not real way out yet "but maybe that'll have to wait till we are out of this whale of a situation"
As the group began to wind down form the battle with the heartless that had held two of the kids hostage Faust began to take stock of the group around him. the kids they were sent to protect were fine, the boy finding his own way to save his damsel a satisfying point in the kid's story for Faust to take his leave from. While there were a few faces of those that he had meet before around him the most interesting sight was the wolf man that he had fight with earlier. During the fight Faust was a little to busy to properly find out about what He saw as quite the unique member of the group. After quickly giving himself a once over straightening out various small pieces of his attire that had shifted out of place during the fight like his bolo tie and his white dress shirt leaving his hair in it's usual messy state. He approached the interesting party member with a carefree smile and wave "yo, Don't think we have been properly introduced I am Faust traveling magician and keyblade haver. It is always great to meet you senor members of this group" Faust greeted extending out an hand to the wolfman.

As the acid separated the large group that Faust found himself quite a bit amuse as he found himself on a platform with what looked like a bipedal wolf man. as he reflected over the sight before him he felt a strange sensation over his body looking down he saw himself cloaked in a light shower of sparks that seemed to dance in little arc across his body. His magic felt even more agitated than normal turning form a shifting shapeless static into a raging volatile storm. The scent of ozone like before a storm filled his nose as he readied his magic lightly flipping his old worn coin in his off hand. Seeing as his ally was kind enough to keep the living prison holding one of kids they were sent after still Faust could not help but stretch out and see how far his magic could go in this agitated state. Giving the coin a few more like flips glancing over at the heartless and giving a slight sigh " Man not the best feeling getting up shown by kid after he turns down your help." giving a brief pause before continuing his carefree smile returning to his face "Have to give the kid his credit for taking that gamble of his own though. So big guy lets take one of own, who will this bolt strike you or me?" not even giving any real control or direction to his magic he let his magic go wild lashing out of it's own volatile volition as the smell of ozone thickened in the air. twin bolts barely forming as he felt part of his magic splinter off into a familiar icy entity. marshmallow giving off a mighty roar as the twin bolts struck the ground as Faust caught the old worn con in his hand. As Faust felt a strong blow to the back of his head he was barely about keep to himself steady after the blow due to his frequent experience in dealing with physical trauma. taking a glance over his shoulder turning to this new presences that had walk up to him he noticed it was Karina if he remembered correctly. giving a carefree smile as he replied with "Oh well I just figured that if he was friends with that Riku kid that would probably expose him and that girl to way more danger" Faust gesturing with his empty hand off towards where Riku had run off to "If hes traveling around to different worlds with them then won't it be better if he had something to defend himself with other than driftwood. he had the courage to take the first step of his journey leaving his home world so why should I lend a helping hand. I got mine from a game of chance a few years ago and haven't regretted a single step of my own journey. in the end it's really a decision between him and the keyblade at the end of the day right?" after pausing for a second Faust lightheartedly joked "Besides as a traveling magician it's my duty to help out the hero's in saving those damsels and dashing lads in-distress out there."
