Getting mine tomorrow morning, will probably be playing it almost all day. THE HYPE IS REAL.
This. All of these
Obligatory
ReCoded just felt like filler. Though there was some new information and development toward the end, that was the only place there was any development, rather than review.
I've only seen the first Jurassic Park movie, and loved it. Haven't heard so many good things about the other two movies, though. So I have a feeling that this one'll turn out either REALLY good or REALLY bad. But if nothing else, dinosaurs animated in modern CG. Now THAT is something I can get excited about.
WE'RE SO CLOSE TO A PS3 RELEASE I CAN ALMOST TASTE IT
Pre-ordered Y last week. The hype is real.
Terra's story was the best one, in my opinion. Aqua's was pretty great, too, though. Ven's was still good, but compared to the others, it was just alright.
I've played all the way through XIII and played the first part of XIII-2, and I thought he was... pretty cool. Terrible jokes aside though, he was a good character. Not great, but good. What the hell happened to him in the second picture, though? Is that REALLY the same character? Yikes.
Zack, absolutely no contest. Yuffie, Vincent, and Reno are alright, too, though.
1. There's practically no need for feminism in first world countries. Differences between how people are treated because of gender is inevitable, but both male and female have their pros and cons, and it's a pretty fair trade overall. Most of the neo-feminism bullshit I see (mostly on tumblr, surprise surprise) is just the result of over-analysis, laziness, and general bitchiness of the complaining feminist themselves, not everyone around them, men particularly. 2. Trans-gendered people, unless they've had reassignment surgery, should use the bathrooms and locker rooms for their biological gender. Bathrooms and the like are separated by gender for a reason, and it's got nothing to do with your "identity" and everything to do with convenience for yourself and others. 3. Consuming alcohol should be illegal, and just as taboo as drugs 4. Smoking should also be illegal. Not as illegal as alcohol, but illegal nonetheless 5. Both of the Silent Hill movies were FANTASTIC 6. Dogs are crappy pets, and crappy animals in general 7. Console gaming > PC gaming. There are a few exceptions to this (EX: Monkey Island, Touhou, Kerbal Space Program), but most games only feel "right" for me when using a controller, not a mouse and keyboard. On that note, Playstation master race. 8. The Beatles were a crappy band. I know they contributed a lot to modern music, to which I'm thankful, they're just not my cup of tea. Their music is too slow, and they couldn't sing worth ****, which ruined the very few good songs they had. (EX: Live and Let Die, Imagine, Hey Jude) 9. The whole bullying issue is being taken too seriously by the American educational system. Bullying is inevitable, and is a part of life, in a way. Work more on building the kids self-esteem up so it won't bother them as much. 10. The Umineko anime was really good
Re-playing The Curse of Monkey Island
I lost my first PSP, too. Many years ago. I was at a mall with some friends, and I brought my PSP with me under the impression that I'd need it later that day, and we stepped into a store and I set it down for one second since I ran into someone else that I knew and hadn't seen in a while, and I set it down hardly a meter away from me and there's no way I had my eyes off of it for more than a minute, but when I looked back, it was gone.
No, I was referring to the English version. It's actually very well done- much more than most people tend to expect. And the acting is better, too, in my opinion. Well, it was made in the 60's, so in some respects, it is, but it's still pretty good, I assure you. Also, the entire movie is available for free on YouTube. Just throwin' that out there...
On Netflix: House on Haunted Hill (1959) The Fourth Kind Scream Silent Hill Revelation (if you've seen the first Silent Hill movie, or are a fan of the games) Phantom of the Opera (1925) Not on Netflix, but I'm gonna' recommend them anyways because they're just that good: Doctor Phibes Silent Hill Candy Man The Ring The Brain That Wouldn't Die Ginger Snaps House of Wax (1953)
Stardust
The .hack//G.U. series is still pretty expensive, if you can ever find them. They're RPGs, and there's 3 of them, and they're all for PS2. Ace Attorney games, though I don't think most of them are that expensive. Persona 4 The World Ends with You Bioshock (This is the only non-RPG game on this list, and it's not awful expensive new or used, but it's still AMAZING so I'm gonna' recommend it anyways.)
ReChain because better visuals and controls.
As lovely as that sounds, I prefer keeping a well-balanced team. Besides, I have a Blastoise in my copy of Pokemon Black I bet I could transfer over after a while.
