I think Xehanort's heartless looks more like Master Xehanort (skin+facial bonestructure+MX outfit) while Xemnas, Xehanorts nobody looks more like Terra.
I prefer it to be both on PS2 and PS3 (kinda like Zelda Twilight Princess was Wii and Gamecube). Devolepers are still making PS2 games, and many people like myself don't want to buy a PS3 for 1 game. At least finish the "Sora trilogy" (seeing how KH4 might be a new cast) on PS2. I bet a lot of worlds from BBS will be revisited. Neverland for example, because the wooden Keyblade with Terra's name which is in Peters chest.

It is Terranort's heartless, but Sora never killed him. Seeing how Terranorts heartless was still within Riku during KH CoM and "weakened" in KH2, which gave Riku control over his powers. We also don't know if Terranort's heartless is locked away or removed from Riku thanks to the exploding gadget from Ansem/DiZ. I just want to know what Terranort released in the dark realm... Terra+Eraqus hearts or MX heart (Secret ending). It kinda seems like Terra had a plan during the Terra & MX conversation. But as MX said, plans change in the long run. We all know that Axel was friends with Roxas, what I don't understand is Spoiler how Axel doesn't recognise Roxas as Ven when he met him. Heck, Axel even dueled Ven with his frisbees. Does this mean the organization members got a mind wipe from certain BBS events by Xemnas? Or is it just a ****up by the game devolepers?

After Roxas has fled the Organization, you should be in TT. Go to the train station and you get an option at the door. Press A. A cutscene will appear and then the Xion battle. EDIT: I think I know why thecoder180 said he was double posting. Because the topic creator has made this topic twice.
Minimal Mission requirements: 12hours 100%: 24hours (mainly because some missions can be hell to finish 100%) Getting the King is easy (just complete every mission), but Sora needs 100%, which was ahrd as a mentioned above.
Are you playing the ACTUAL game or a rom? If you are lpaying the rom, then it will be bothersome, because some Flash cards won't play it unless you change the Square-Enix protection code, by changing it in an editor. (Don't remember which code line has to be changed).
Sora does not remember Ven. Xion changes appearence by other peoples memories too. Because Xigbar has seen Ven before, she changed into Ven. That's why she switches from hooded to non-hooded constantly in front of different characters in the blink of an eye.
There is no secret ending. I have beaten the on proud, everything collected/unlocked and you get the normal ending still.
While playing Mission Mode as Sora, I did the mission in which Roxas escapes from TWTNW. Instead of Saix being there, I was fighting a Heartless colored Saix. Makes me wonder if the Xigbar in Olympus Coloseum will also look like a heartless. Edit: Seems like they did that so you won't be confused during Co-op, while using Saix.

Yes, it is very similar to the Battle Network "Navi Custimizer". You expend your field by collecting emblems in stages and buying them in Moogle Shops.

Nope, your other friends must also have the game. You must win many times with MP to earn Crowns to get gifts at the Moogle Shop. Kinda like the synthesise items (1 of every kind = reward x) from KH2.
One of the cutscenes has a conversation between Axel and Saix. Saix wants Axel to choose between Roxas or the pupper Xion. Saix even "taunts" Axel by calling him Lea.
