I still don't think you understand what bail is. He still has to go to court and receive his verdict when bailed. The verdict is what determines the penalty of his action. He WOULD only be in jail until he goes to court, unless he is bailed out which he was. Even if he stayed in jail, he wouldn't go back. He'd be released, fined, and most likely have his licensed suspended. Now if a, let's say, statutory rape convict was bailed, he'd go have his trial and most likely go back to jail if he received years in prison. Court is the relatively the same in every state.
Bail is in the court system for a reason. Don't confuse "bail" as a "Get out of Jail free" card. Bail is a method of allowing the accused to spend time with their family and/or lawyer before their trial. There are no exceptions in the court system. Most of the time, the people that may or may not get granted bail are murderers/man-slaughterers. You can get on your high horse and say "Oh, but DUI is basically murder because cars can kill people while drunk!", but that's just a logical fallacy in itself. The fact is that NOBODY was killed or injured. So many people are acting like he committed genocide when it was just DUI. You can't compare DUI to a murder which is what you're basically saying by hypothetically not allowing him to bail. After all, you can get convicted for a DUI simply by sitting in your car and being drunk. The car doesn't even have to be on. Hundreds of people get arrested for DUI every day. Should we not let all those people bail? People have this idea that celebrities think they're high and mighty, but they're normal people too. They know how to act like normal people, and should be treated as so. Most of the high and mightiness is just the Hollywood persona taking effect in front of the cameras. If anything, this incident brought Bieber back to earth. Anybody can "almost cause deaths" every day. He didn't even almost cause deaths. It was the middle of the night, and Miami is a HUGE city. I'm sure there are people in your city that have been convicted of DUI, and you don't even know it. Why? Because it's so insignificant. The only reason this makes news is because it's a celebrity. Irrelevant. Completely different judge, attornies, prosecution, etc. You're comparing DUI to some of the most controversial cases in modern-America.
I hate the guy's voice. On a side note, I'm so glad Sora didn't turn out to be a lion. edit: Also, if Toy Story characters were coded into the game but not implemented, I guess Pixar settings have a good chance of appearing KH3
I can't remember, but at the end of the quote, does he then pull out his chakarms? That quote is one that really gives me chills because of how dynamic his voice gets.
His fans will always support him. It's just like how LIl Wayne went to jail and people started "Let my boo go" petitions, trying to free him; it's not just Bieber's fans. There's nothing really you could do about it. Most of them want to be considered "true fans" by supporting him through the end because nobody likes being called a fake in American society.

Not to go all deep and analytical into Kingdom Hearts, but I think the Nobodies wanted to have hearts for one main reason. Hearts give power. Throughout Kingdom Hearts, every trio of friends uses their feelings and emotion to persist through obstacles. It's the most cheesey, but also, the most important element of the KH story. Looking at Sora, for example, a lot of his power comes from his heart. Honestly, Riku should have been the chosen keyblade wielder. He simply had more skill and fighting prowess than Sora; however, the keyblade chose Sora because of the completely pure heart obtained from Ventus. This is an example of how the KH writers really stress the importance of a heart. Now throughout a lot of the games, Sora is constantly looking for his friends. This emotion of persistence is what drives him to become strong. Essentially, his love for his friends is what makes him strong. He continuously searches and searches and searches for his friends while he is simultaneously fighting enemies chronologically ranked by strength. Love and friendship is what indirectly influences/motivates him to become strong. This idea of the heart having power is one of the most important themes to Kingdom Hearts. Agreed with everything. Marluxia was my favorite villain out of all the Kingdom Hearts games. There's something about arrogant, stern, guys that makes the person seem so much more badass. Saix really doesn't cut it for me because he's basically Xemnas' puppy dog.

It seems like the more technologically advanced society gets, the more the government has to get involved, often to the public's discontent.
