We are shaped from the influences around us. Although you make good points above in the post, we all make our own decisions. We are all our own person and make our own choices. No matter what.
That is why the religion tied with the Bible is based on Faith. Nobody really 'knows' if the Bible was written of truth or somebody just wrote it for a 'good read'. However, I'm a Christian and I believe that the Bible is true and truly the word of God.

I just came to this forum a month ago. So, I don't really know you or any other people. I hope all of your problems work out and we all hope you will come back.
Technically, a parent is someone who birthed you. That is what a parent is. And, usually, a parent is the one who raises you and teaches you life lessons. Sadly, not every child has the chance to have a 'true' parent like that.
