Whether or not the participant can catch the trapeze is not the point. The trust and faith exhibited to attempt this element will provide life and spiritual applications to share with the whole group. Benefits/challenges: Personal commitment, stamina, courage, faith, trust and exhilaration. i climbed that yesterday. i didn't catch the trapeze but i could have if i wasn't being a freakin chicken. anyways, it was absolutely amazing climbing that thing. only 7 people climbed it out of like 80 (our whole group). i was one of them :D anyways, just felt like showing off a bit, who else can say they jumped off a 100 ft tall tree?

I'm writing a story! It's called Elysium and I just started today. It's about the world, Elysium, in which a corrupted government controls it's citizens by inserting "monitors" into them. Yeah I know, sounds lame now but it'll get better :D Anyways there are three main characters: Hanako, Arata, and Isamu. They are a group of teenagers whose lives were changed as Elysium and the government fell under the power of the group ???????. Anyways just a brief let-know. I'll probably post a chapter or two in less than a month. :) Wish me luck!

There are two theories about this. The first and more practical one is that your brain has not sent brain signals to your muscles. The second and more controversial idea is called "Scissors." It's the idea that a demon is on you holding you down. Now I have woken up momentarily paralyzed twice. The first time I tried to get up but I couldn't move. I basically freaked out in my head and started praying to God like crazzzy. After a few seconds my body suddenly jerked straight up. It was the strangest sensation. I can't really remember what happened the second time... I don't know what to believe, I'm just glad it didn't last long. Has this happened to anybody else?

This can't be real, this isn't real. What the hell. What insane parents would send their children there? I'm speechless. Honestly, I can't stand parents who would dump their children into some strangers’ hands to be taken care of and changed. If these parents aren't ready to face the hectic days, constant fights, and exacerbating arguments, they should think twice about having kids. This is the twenty-first century, drugs and sex is everywhere. What do they expect? I mean I argue with my mom 24/7 but she always tells me that she will never give up on me, to abandon your child and expect that some institution will cure your child. If these parents think that these teenagers, who return home, absolutely brainwashed and manipulated and frightened, they have never known true happiness. For a true parent knows what is right for their children and what makes them happy... Absolutely ridiculous.

Thanks everybody. Sorry if offended anybody, I was just in a strange, nostalgic, and almost depressed mood. I know I shouldn't be so negative and I really am a very optimistic person. Just sometimes I like to vent and (I know this sounds terrible) half of the stuff I write comes out from pure annoyance. So I don't really support everthing I say, you can tell because a lot of my post is just questions. I guess I'm just scared to grow up, I'm stressing because I'm failing at school (literally), and I honestly don't have any goals in life. Everytime I think about what may happen after high school, I just get confused and worried. Where am I going to end up? That's basically what I am feeling. But thanks for the support, advice, facts, opinions, and everything. Again, sorry if I offended anybody and I appreciate the feedback.
