I think he sounded fine...although a few of his grunts while he's battling (such as when he's hit) sound a whole lot like Sora. You think they recycled some of Sora's KHII voice overs and hoped nobody would notice?
You think so? That's odd, because I think Axel actually treats Roxas best out of the Organization. He looks out for him, and the zombie thing was just harmless teasing. The other members are way more insulting. I think it was actually pretty noble of Axel to sort of take Roxas under his wing when he was alone and new to the Organization.
Haha. XD Let's hope Nomura's not the next Light Yagami.
I don't care either way. I'll love the baby no matter what it is. Unless it comes out as a mutant alien baby bent on destroying civilization and eliminating the human race, but since the chances of that happening are zero, I think I'm good.
I've got some really awesome ones: -John Adams -Henry Morgan (yes, the pirate XD) -I'm pretty sure I'm related to royalty as well. You know the Yorks and the Lancasters? I'm related to the Yorks (King Richard III was one).
I adore this layout. The banner at the top is especially pretty :)
I only go on facebook more now because if I try to contact anyone on myspace, they never respond! Nobody goes on anymore. I miss myspace because you could make yourself awesome layouts and have more opportunities for self-expression. The facebook layout is just...blech. Too simple. But facebook's privacy settings are much better, which is nice.
Please, for the love of God, someone tell me this isn't true. This is going too far. Sticking to her own Disney-sponsored songs, fine. Touch Michael Jackson, and that's where you cross the line. He's rolling in his grave, and he's only been there for four months!
I love Le Disko (never gets old, seriously), You Are The One, Don't Cry Out, and Starts With One. Those are really the only ones I've heard, but they're awesome.
Paramore is my favorite band. I love the Beatles as well, but they're so awesome that they get their own category. I also like Green Day, Utada Hikaru, All-American Rejects, some Avril Lavigne, Shiny Toy Guns, and Yiruma (a few of these aren't bands, but you get the picture).
Paramore's my favorite band. They've helped me a ton with my writing, and I think one reason I like them so much is because of their attitude. They seem so genuine, and I admire that in any figure in the public eye. They seem passionate about what they're doing, which is so refreshing. I'm sick of seeing musicians, actors, or any kind of artist that clearly dislike the path they've chosen. Has anyone heard their new album, Brand New Eyes?It came out last week, and I've listened to it like it's crack.
Oh, no, Meyer's writing talent has nothing to do with his taste. I'm sure Stephen King can appreciate stories that aren't within his genre--in fact, he does. If you have studied the art of writing, you will see that Meyer is just awful. It has nothing to do with style, but with actually knowing what you're doing. Her "novels" are so full of errors that it's a wonder it was published. She knows nothing about characterization, structure, plot development, continuity, etc...and those are just the basics. To count as a really fantastic writer, you've got to be original and you've got to be bold. Meyer's books are neither, and she writes like the amateur she is.
Currently reading 'Salem's Lot by Stephen King. It's all right so far. There are a ton of characters to keep track of, though.
I read those when I was eleven. They were excellent, and I was pretty addicted to them. Although I don't think I ever finished the last one...
Ahh! I adore Jane Eyre! And I'm planning on reading the Portrait of Dorian Gray at some point. I love reading the classics. To Kill a Mockingbird, Catcher in the Rye, Great Gatsby, and Pride and Prejudice are all good ones. Oh, and don't forget the brilliant Mark Twain.
I read all thirteen of them and loved them. I tried re-reading the books, but ack, I've gotten too old. The writing style is too simple for me to get through.
Yay! I'm familiar! Hopefully I will. Even if I do reach another point where I don't feel like coming on here a lot, maybe I can at least pop in...
I'm content with the laws, because I hate the smell of smoke/what secondhand smoke can do to you. If you're planning on destroying your body with your addiction, fine, but don't drag others along with you.
I only have a problem with this if the employee is treated like an inferior. If anything, they should be treated nicely because of all the hard work they do. I think if you have a "cleaning lady" or something, you should have the decency to learn her name and maybe even befriend her. That's what happened to my family, although unfortunately we haven't spoken to her in a while. I have very fond memories of her, though, and her awesome quesedillas.
Yeah, the basis for a healthy, long-lasting relationship with plenty of communication is being best friends, so it would make sense if Axel and Roxas decided to roll that way. With me, it could really go either way--Axel and Roxas could be attracted to each other or they could not. The only thing that really bothers me about AkuRoku is that people seem to think it's impossible for two guys to be close and not be romantically involved. It's like if a guy pats another guy on the shoulder or something, yaoi audiences jump to the conclusion that they're sexually attracted to one another. Can't two guys like each other without liking each other? As for yaoi itself, I'm a little annoyed when people pair a guy up with another guy just for the sake of them being gay. Whatever happened to compatibility? Sure, I squee over gay relationships...if the relationships are believable. Relationships aren't cute to me unless the two really love each other, support each other, and help each other.
