    Vexen can't be warped to the energy core area because it takes place in a world that is completely different than where his fight is located.

    You can't make his data bar appear outside of his fight. You can load a room mod code after skipping the cutscene leading to his fight if you want to fight him in a different area of Hollow Bastion/Twilight Town, but that's it. Might only work for Hollow Bastion, though.
    Donald's address is 11CE0B6A
    Goofy's address is 11CE0B6C

    For the data, since Riku's UCM is 0819, you would put in 00000819.

    Riku replaces Donald: 11CE0B6A 00000819
    Riku replaces Goofy: 11CE0B6C 00000819

    This does not work in Halloween Town, Space Paranoids, Pride Lands, or Timeless River.

    Greetings, Sean B. I'm drugged up from a dental surgery, so I probably won't be of much help. But if I'm reading this right, it looks like you have three weapon mod codes in there... I would also like to know what "11CD4390 0000094A" is a mod for. Maybe those aren't three weapon mods, since the 806D digit looks familiar, although I don't remember what I used that for.

    Anyways, this will help me if I know, so reply back when you feel like it.

    Don't joker Infinite Health. Otherwise, the code itself is probably just unstable. It is incredibly outdated now.

    Suppose I should probably start posting my hacks here again.

    Description
    Code:
    Combining animation and A.I. mods have formed a Limit Cut Xemnas that is actually skilled. Behold him actually being unpredictable and making use of his warping capabilities.

    Phase 1 of Xemnas involves him toying with you by guarding repeatedly and warping around. Sabers will not be brought out unless for counterattacking or falling. You will notice he does not flinch during the walk, and he blocks projectiles such as Blizzaga. This stays true for the rest of the battle.

    Phase 2 gives a prelude of his warping capabilities and how he will only occasionally come out of them to use a quick guard or his massive saber combo. You can Guard Break him out of the guard attack, but you must execute the move fast for that to work. Otherwise, you must block his massive saber combo and counter with your own combo(s). Xemnas will start incorporating his two-hit slash into his warps.

    Phase 3 no longer allows you to break Xemnas out of his guards unless you are using something with extreme force like Limit Form moves or Trinity Limit. His warping becomes more aggressive, so you must wait for him to perform the massive saber combo. The rampant warping is there to throw you off until he uses that move.

    This isn't too difficult of a fight, but it makes Xemnas actually use his warping effectively, something that bugged me about his A.I. a lot. This also makes him a formidable fighter in boss vs boss fights simply because he will almost always be invincible until he decides to use the long saber combo. Also, his bosswalk deserved sturdy frames, so there.

    You will be life drained if you are too high in the air.

    Feel free to give me feedback about the hack.

    Reproduce
    Code:
    For those of you who want to go ahead and try the A.I. modding on your own, here's the reproduction digits. I won't have a tutorial out for a while.

    ---ANIMATIONS---
    00A = 01A
    04A = 60A
    05A = 51A
    41A = FAKE
    51A = FAKE
    01A's effect = 50A's effect

    ---ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE---
    idle_middle0 = move_combo (Guard to two-hit transitions into huge combo; Awkwardly pauses if no animation mods are inserted over 00A.)
    saber_effect_off = warp_target_near (Slightly reduces attack delay) [reconstructed]
    idle = FAKE
    freeze = FAKE
    idle_wait = atk_combo0de (You must change the data of the third line to 7462006f for it to work.)
    idle_long = move_combo (Long pauses transitions into huge combo)
    idle_short = move_combo(reconstructed) [Counters are more likely to be desperation move; Phase two utilizes this often.]
    warp_target_far = atk_counter (reconstructed) [Causes unpredictable warping in conjunction with animation mods. Otherwise, warps Xemnas back and performs two-hit slash.]

    NOTE: Here are the data digits utilized during testing or the final product. These are not all of Xemnas's available commands. The lines tagged with "reconstructed" were remade by me to fit into command slots.

    The revert glitch is present on any code that makes you play as one of Sora's forms.

    Do not hit revert. Problem solved.

    If you do not examine the front page, then nope.
    If you do actually look, but do not know how to open a URL, then nope.
    If you do actually look, and open a URL, but don't bother looking at the codes specifically above the link for replacing characters, then nope.

    For future reference: If you do not bother looking at the front page, do not expect anyone to help you. Things can be missed, but the category "Universal Character Modifier" is blatantly obvious. The front page has been compiled for hours upon days upon weeks upon years of hackers coming and going. That effort has not been placed there to be ignored.

    It replaces the door, not the data boss. Don't replace too many, or it crashes.

    It only works in the corresponding boss's battle.

    They'll only work on that map. However, if you replace Donald or Goofy with who you want to animation mod, you can activate the code in one area and go through the rest of the world with their moveset changed. You can also go to boss battles using room mods. Personally, I find it easier to just hack it for one battle, but do what you want.

    This is actually a very valid question and definitely possible. I've been trying to look into animations for party member limits, but they don't seem to be located with the rest of the party member animations. Annoying stuff.

    I don't think I'll get overly involved with this conversation that is clearly one-sided, but there are many flaws with these sentences.

    Number 1: For people learning how to manipulate code for their future, Kingdom Hearts can be seen as a queen to move around a chess board. You can go almost anywhere with the game at this point, but it's not always for the same reasons. Some people are here to enhance THEIR capabilities, not just the game's.

    Number 2: If you have to rely on people sharing the codes to do anything with the game, you are not defined as a hacker. You are a consumer.

    Number 3: Believe me, some people get very hurt around these parts. This site is an ever-growing source of wanna-be hackers who think they are instantly better than most because they can beg for a code to be released, add one or two pointless lines of infinite HP or whatever, and instantly call it their own. Compare some "Custom Form" codes sometime if you do not believe me. This attributes to two groups of people getting hurt: the real hacker who made the code what it is, and if the hacker does not release it, the angsty teenagers are the ones getting hurt.

    Number 4: Majik's, and any other hackers reasoning, should be none of anyone's concern. Every hacker on this site, whether wanna-be or real, is their own person. They are not obligated to do what someone wants whenever they want. Hell, nobody is even obligated to upload all the tutorials lingering around Youtube. It's an act of courtesy that too many people take for granted.

    Number 5: Imagine yourself sitting at a computer for weeks trying to enter a bunch of variable, symbols, etc. into a computer for hours on end, every day of those weeks. Now, imagine someone discrediting you simply because you didn't want to redo the whole process for another ISO.

    Number 6: Proceed to realize how one-sided this conversation is.
