What did everyone think about Kanye's latest album? I thought it was genius. The production was amazing, very industrial and very revolutionary for mainstream hip hop, emphasis on mainstream. The type of sound he went for here obviously isn't anything new (see Death Grips, B L A C K I E, Tyler, the Creator to some extent etc.) but the aggression and the unprodictability is something to be admired. Moments like the choir singing in the middle of On Site, the ending of New Slaves, the tempo change in the bridge of Hold My Liquor, the Ratatat influenced guitar solo in Hold My Liquor, the dancehall vocal samples, the chorus of Bound 2, etc. are all unorthodox to mainstream rap music and its just so different and amazing. His lyrics were, of course, lacking (mostly revolving around sex and fame) and his flow throughout is nothing special. But, they do serve their purpose. All in all, a great album. This might be my favorite album of the year so far. I hope this wins a grammy. 8/10

Look at that ****ing ****. That ****ing heart is like a dot like it says "KH-VIDS <3 NET" or some ****, and it's clever as ****. Because KH-VIDS does <3 the net, am I right? And that ****ing "N" is all cursive and **** and it looks like it's part of Sora's ****ing neck and shoulder on some ****ing next level post-modern art school type ****. Can't do that **** with MS paint. Matter of fact, **** the "N". Let's look at ****ing Sora's profile art on the banner. Who comes up with this ****? It's just a bunch ****ing triangles set up to look like Sora's hair and it's ****ing brilliant. Minimalism at it's best. The artist is like "Naw, **** it. I'mma just outline Sora's silhouette. I'm not gonna ****ing color dis *****'s eyes in or some other ****. Naw, **** that. You *****s know who the **** that is. I ain't gotta do ****. Picasso's ballsack ain't ****ing wit me." I fux wit it. And then there's Sora's ****ing crown thrown in there because KHV is the ****ing king of KH media, am I right? OH WAIT A ****ING SECOND. "Your ultimate source for Kingdom Hearts media," IS RIGHT IN THE ****ING BANNER ITSELF. IT'S LIKE THE MAKER OF THE BANNER ALREADY KNEW WE WERE THE ****. Just in case some dense *******s couldn't read in between the lines by looking at Sora's mother ****ing crown to symbolize that WE DA BEST (I've got a masters in Symbology, so don't worry if you feel dumb as **** for not understanding the symbolism before), the mother ****er spelled it out for you in plain goddamn text. Holy ****. It cannot get any easier than that. FUCK. In conclusion, this banner gets a 10/10 for me. This ***** (the artist) incorporates ****ing post-modern symbolism in a ****ing video game banner. I say, if they pull the whole "IT WAS ALL A DREAM" thing, they'd piss so many people off. Also, if they never address Sora's mom.
Me personally? I would love to see a return of Drive Forms (via BBS), shot-locks, and I would love it if they would find a way to make party members more useful. Matter of fact, if they made KH3 with the same battle system as BBS, and with that sliding/flying/jumping **** that was in KH3D, I'd have no complaints.

I don't see myself buying a 3DS any time soon, unfortunately, but I do want to know what happens next in the story (I finished all the other games & I'm currently playing through BBS, but I totally skipped Re:Coded). So, how important is this game to the whole storyline? EDIT: Oh yeah, and please avoid spoilers if you can.

So, I'm thinking about starting a Vinyl/CD collection. Vinyls look freaking sick, but I dunno if they're worth it compared to CDs and stuff. What do you guys think? Any vinyl aficionados out there to put in their 2 cents?

Please tell me I'm not the only one who feels like this? I told my pops about a Japandroids concert that I was trying to go to like a month ago, he said yeah, so I bought a ticket and I reminded him yesterday, the day of the show, and he said yes. Now, RIGHT BEFORE I'm about to leave, he changes his mind and says no because he says he's "not feeling it" and that because its a rock band, he apparently believes that they MUST BE doing drugs and have tattoos and ****. He says this without even looking up the band or listening to their music. Whatever though. I got one more year until I'm free, so yeah. So, am I the only one who feels like this?
