Got a few new records, cassettes, or CDs recently? Come share a pic of them in this thread and what you think of them, and rate other people's recent purchases. Going clockwise, we got: Flying Lotus - You're Dead! Really great jazzy/electronic album. Probably one of my AOTY so far. This Town Needs Guns - 13.0.0.0.0 Great math rock/emo-revival band, reminiscent of American Football, but better. Great guitar work. Can't believe it's only 3 guys in the band. Wu-Tang Clan - 36 Chambers I don't think this needs any introduction. Quintessential rap album, with griddy rhymes and even griddier beats. Tame Impala - Innerspeaker My favorite Tame Impala record that fuses modern day alt rock, with neo-psychedlica. Definitely worth a listen. Adventures - Supersonic Home Indie rawk/emo-revival band with a female vocalists. Never realized how much emo-revival needed female vocals until I heard this record. l=
And it made me cry like an infant, my lord, this show is good.
And being an adult is pretty fun.
Do you think Drive Forms/Command Styles will make a return? Do you want them to make a return? Why or why not? I personally think Drive Forms will make a return because they've just become such a big part of the series since KH2, minus a few games here and there. Not to mention, the excitement you get from earning a new drive form for the first time and getting to try it out is unmatched to most other things in the game. Plus, earning Final Form as that sort of surprise that could happen at any moment (after a certain point) was a really fun aspect and should really be put into KH3. And KH3 wouldn't be exciting to me without some form of Drive Forms being in the game.
Thoughts on Sora's new costume for KH3? Also, what order, from best to worst, would you rank Sora's outfits? I'm a bit disappointed in this new outfit, because it's just so much more basic and not as eye-catching as KH2's. I'd rank his outfits as KH2 > KH3 > KH3D > KH1.
I woke up around 5 am this morning, inspired to create. I've been kind of obsessed with this new vaporwave/seapunk (try google-ing it before critiquing to see what I was going for) graphic art style that's been getting popular as of late, so I thought it would be fun to just try and dabble in it a little bit. Let me know what you guys think.
Which do you guys prefer? I personally like both, but have had better, more consistently fun experiences with Action RPGs.
Is very blue. Spoiler
What difficulty do you guys usually like to play on, and why? Personally, I always choose the highest difficulty. Not because I wanna get trophies or whatever, but because it's so satisfying knowing that I can beat the very hardest, without breaking the game, that the devs can give me. However, I personally don't like doing lvl 1 runs, because it feels like artificial difficulty, and the game goes on for way too long. Plus, KH2FM on Critical mode feels like a COMPLETELY different game from Proud mode in vanilla KH2, in the sense that each boss battle is actually challenging, magic becomes necessary at some points, and it makes you a master of the game's mechanics.
I haven't got to finish KH2FM yet (I have vanilla KH2 though), but so far, I gotta say that the Larxene's Absent Silhouette battle was the most fun. Having to deal with her and her clone, cutting combos short so that you got out before she recovered, having to use the Kingdom Key so that you can take the extra hits, etc. What about you guys?
Behold.
Has anyone seen it yet? It just got on Netflix.
am i rite?
Source: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=968504 This info comes from the same person who leaked a CONFIRMED release date for Metro: Redux. Obviously, one should take this with a grain of salt (since we all know how ridiculous it is for KH3 to be coming out this year, let alone in September), but the fact that the person leaking this already has one successful leak under his belt with Goofy's VA saying KH3 is coming out this year AND SE not confirming nor denying Farmer's statements kinda has this all pointing towards this leak being close to the truth. Maybe it's just referring to a demo that'll be released in September? Afterall, Nomura did say that they're early in development, regretted revealing KH3 (saying that it was too early for them to show gameplay), and other things of that sort. So, there are many things pointing to this reveal being true and many things pointing to this just being a fake. What're y'alls thoughts?
People always ask me "Hey Chad Thundercawk, how are you so great with women?" And I tell them, "Well, I learned everything I know from Riku." Riku gets all the biddies.
Is 2.5 everything you dreamed it would be?
SOMEBODY FIND OUT IF KAIRI'S PANTY-SHOT IS STILL IN KH2.5, OR IF THE DISNEY EXECS FOUND OUT ABOUT IT AND REMOVED IT. THE WORLD MUST KNOW for science
