Should be fun. Makes up for the time I missed Obama when he came to town my freshman year, considering I'm seeing a candidate I'm much more enthused about it.
I mean...what's a coffee can doing a kid's bedroom anyway?
Which do you guys think is better? I dunno, they both look pretty good to me.
Long story short, Tracer, a female character, in the game has a pose in which she looks over her shoulder to the camera. Someone stated that this "sexualized" Tracer because it is a pose that shows off her butt, when really, every character in the game can do this pose, regardless of sex. This started a back and forth discussion. However, Blizzard, the developers of Overwatch, have decided to listen to the offended party and censor their game so that everyone can enjoy the game. What do you guys think? Do you think they made the right move to try being inclusive of everyone, or are they just caving in to the demands of an overly sensitive group of people? I personally think that they're just caving in to something that shouldn't be an issue in the first place. As stated before, every character in the game had that pose, so it isn't necessarily sexualizing her. And even then, what's wrong with having a butt? We all do, her showing it off in a video game isn't a crime. Additionally, what's wrong with sexualizing people (fictional, at that)? Most of us do it, both men and women. Human beings are sexual creatures. There are other female characters in the game who don't come off as sexy and others who do. So, this game isn't guilty of oversexualizing women, and actually has a huge diversity of characters in general to choose from. Bottom line, sex isn't bad and having some of it in video games isn't either. Caving in to groups that are easily offended and want everything in life to agree with their own ideals, however, is.
What happened?
In the face.
5) FFXV 4) Persona 5 3) Mirror's Edge 2 2) KH 2.8 1) Overwatch You heard it here first folks. Honerable mention to Mighty No. 9. What about you guys? What are your top 5?
Their new sound has potential to me, but I really miss their hectic guitar work and its prominence. Virtue, Into the Earth and Only He Can Heal Me are my favorites on there. Thoughts?
never b4 heard sounds s e n p a i
Would you guys like to have second visits to worlds in order to move along the story, kind of like how KH2 did? Why or why not?
What did you get your loved ones for Christmas this year? I got my gf a cool R2D2 wallet and Star Wars hat. I got her mom a little gift box from Bath and Body Works. I got her sister a scarf and I got her brother a $20 Steam card for dem Christmas sales. I got my older bro a nice dress shirt, got my little bro a Spiderman hat, and got my dad a card (he's a simple guy). Got a friend of mine a blue cardigan and another friend of mine a scarf I thought she'd like.
Showing trailers months early at exclusive events that cost tons of money, and not disclosing if they'd release it to the public or not. Dropping games in Japan earlier than the rest of the world. Only Japan gets Final Mix versions of games Kingdom Hearts Chi & KH Coded were originally only for Japan. For a game series that has both American and Japanese involvement, it sure does like to play favorites. And that's really annoying and unfair, in my opinion. What do you guys think?
I'm playing some Star Wars Battlefront and Final Fantasy Type-0. What's everyone's PSN names? Mine is Boku_No_Pyro.
KH1's plot twist was the Riku was evil. COM's plot twist was that Riku and Mickey were in the castle. KH2's plot twist was that Ansem isn't Ansem, that Sora was actually helping the organization by killing heartless and Riku had Ansem's Heartless's body. BBS's plot twist was that Vanitas looked like Sora. DDD's plot twists were that Xehanort can time travel, Lea gets a keyblade, and the organization is alive again. Day's plot twist was that Xion was a replica of Sora's memories. Not sure what Coded's was since I didn't play it. But my point is that the games have a history of having plot twists. The question is, what will the plot twist for this one be?
So, we all know how off-putting KH must be to the casual fan now that it has been on multiple gaming consoles, and has a convoluted story. Of course, Square tried to appease the casual KH fan by re-releasing handheld titles onto the PS3, but even this isn't enough for some (some of my friends who didn't play the handheld games won't play the ones on PS3 because of the confusing number titles, or the fact that they don't own a PS3). They're now releasing the final installment of remasters on the PS4, which is great news for fans who have either played all of the handheld games and own a PS4, or who have both a PS3 and PS4 and are gonna be caught up on the story. But it isn't great news for people who don't fall into either of these categories. Do you guys think that Square should somehow put in some extra effort to try to win back the casual fanbase (and if so, how?), or do you think that Kingdom Hearts is far too inaccessible at this point for the casual fan?
This may be the best song I've made yet. (Also, it's not a remix. Me and this other dude used the same sample, so I just labeled it as a remix to get more traffic.)
This. This is some next level ****. We are in the future, people. It's finally happened. We're finally living in the same time that Her took place. I can't fathom this. This will probably be the coolest addition to my new apartment.
Tell me khv. Does this get you going?
