They're probably just dummies, or incomplete models like the "Detection Saber" and "Edge of Ultima" in KH2. In the description, he says he used ARMAX.
If your in Sora's story, it pretty much depends on when you go there. I went there later, so I had some later cards and sleights to hit him. FOLLOW Misty's ADVICE! NO FIRE! If you're in Riku's story, I used Dark Break on him, then just physically attacked when he collapsed.
I think the Keyblade eisn't really just one physical onject, but more like a... prescence, if that makes sense. Sora, Riku, Mickey and Kairi can use it because of the strength of their hearts. Riku was denied the Keyblade originally because he submitted to darkness, but he was able to use it in Hollow Bastion because he had overcome his weakness. I'm not sure if it makes sense to some people, but it kind of makes sense to me.
It had some funny moments, but the humor didn't really amuse me much. The action scenes were the best, especially the fight in the forest (well, before the end of the scene). BAYSPLSIONS!!!!!!!!! BOOM!
Personally, I hate it. I like my bulky, original PSP better.
