Heartland... would certainly be interesting choice. Maybe not as a villain, but as secondary for Kaito. They could have a really interesting dynamic going on together. Maybe not evil guy henchman/evil guy henchman henchman dynamic they have in ZXL, but they could have even more interesting dynamic in AV. Maybe shady school director gone vengeance/star student that is still there because reasons also gone vengeance thing would work. It certainly would be more interesting that his current relation with jailbait.
At least it doesn't have a group of trained soldiers/students that have advantage over enemy giving up and almost literally say 'screw it, we're all egao now', just because one guy got beaten.
Well, we know one thing. It probably won't get worse than Xyz arc. Synchro arc was disappointing, but it was the Xyz/Aster meats Egao arc that is the biggest low for now.
Well if the climax cannot redeem it, nothing will.
Well, at least they can still get something rolling from it, despite that terrible Xyz arc.
Not really. But he was (and still is) an interesting character that they could gain so much more from using if the show was structured in better way.
In my opinion whole 'lets bring back old characters' thing was a bad call.
Right now he switched with Shun, so yeah, he takes too much spotlight. I hope that Aster and Asuka do anything useful in grand image, because right now their appearance is close to meaningless.
If you want, be my guest. Right now, I'm busy being hyped with new Ancient Gear support.
Well lets focus on the positives! Soon it will be over and there is a small chance that some talented fanficfag will reconstruct the whole thing and make it better.
If you really think about it, Sora never Vectored the cast. Sure, he switched sides, but his change of colours wasn't nearly strong enough to get to the level of Vectoring. Bennis did managed to Vector the **** out of oblivious characters, but that's about it. I still wait for a big reveal of Gongenzaka being the pawn of fusion. Bennis is an hero now.
He didn't replaced Sora. If you think about it, Sora was a obvious target for changing sides. EDIT: Dennis is absolutely redeemed for everything he ever did bad to the series. He carded himself, that absolute madman.
Kaiba - not really. That was just a add for upcoming cards. Denis is confirmed to be in next episode and lose to Kaito (c'mon its Kaito).
There would be a slight problem with including any of the Barians, as they try to at least keep some bigger traits of characters. Big point of Barians were the fact that they were reincarnations of figures of the past. Problem, without Astral/D1000 shenanigans, there is no reason for them to be alive in future of their dimensions in the first place. Arclights could be the ones that would make a sense to be there. But anyway, there is a second Zexal cameo, only we never seen that character on screen. Spoiler: Nobody excepts the Many times mentioned, already carded, Kaito's brother.
Ehh, it depends. For now it went from decent to meh, but it still didn't went to ZEXAL kind of low, even if, probably not on coincidence, it was the Xyz arc that was the worst one out of all until this point. Well, at least we got some D HERO support out of this.
Well, we don't kill people in current season, so carded.
He is carded.
join in Kaito join in Kaito in Kaito hawt Do it, anything that Kaito gets from Xyz arc is that one fairy that is always used to go into R4 by discarding 1 additional card, instead of playing, IDK, L4 Fairy instead. You know, this piece of shite: Oh and he also gets a big target to be shipped with, but that's about it when it comes to his mad gains. CARD GAMES ON ROLLERBLADES away with this arc. It's mostly fanservice for GX&Zexal ****. Lets just hope that they won't ruin "Fusion Dimension is superior Master Dimension" arc.
It seems pretty spot on.
"What's up YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!" Let's be honest, Zexal II was the only good thing about Zexal.
