Many interviews popping up all over the place since Tetsuya Nomura's grand announcement of Kingdom Hearts 3. These interviews are mainly lumped alongside future titles such as Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMix, but it's exciting nonetheless. Today, it's Edge Online who managed to get a word from our god the creator himself. Not a lot is revealed here other than some insight on Nomura's point of view regarding E3 and the next generation of consoles. But if you're a die hard fan and enjoy hearing from Nomura, give it a read.
KH-Vids.netA simple forum with simple purpose. It was honestly just a fan site.So how...How did it turn to something far more... Political. The Staff on this site contributed and shifted constantly. They had a few Administrators to run the show,Enough Moderators to keep things running,Designated Sectional moderators to keep things in check, and some Reporters to fulfill resource requirements.A bunch of fine cogs to keep the site moving. Like a clock. But no clock runs without a hitch or two. Before the site even hit a decade, select members began to call out staff members on their priorities with the site.Time and time again, had those members taken advantage of the absence of KHV's staff...Rallies of threads called "No Staff Online" were created in order to celebrate their absence. Eventually the common idea of running without government was installed into their minds. That the site could run off the members instead of the staff. There is only so much that a group of less then 20 could do to keep the peace and activity on a site. But they tried. Damnit, they tried...Being outnumbered 2,500 to one must have been pretty overwhelming.Surprised they lasted as long as they did. After the 45th thread in the year 2013, staff had had enough.Strict rules were put in place to avoid calling out the respected members of the community. The acting staff that summer had begun to question whether they were really needed.they had their own lives, and didn't need to put up with continuous reminders of them avoiding their responsibilities for a few hours or so. I would tell you their order of departure... But it's all too much of a blur. There are several rumors on their whereabouts though. Mixt and Miles resigned from the Recorder positions. With them, they deleted traces of their media contributions, virtually destroying the "Vids" in KH-vids.net Mike sadly left, but still keeps up with his fandubs and interviews on his other site. His main priority is to not have the KHV incidents repeat. Krowley's status is unknown. He never resigned and left his status as invisible. Clawtooth resigned during the third forum War. He traveled Europe for a while, Ienzo resigned, but not before closing the art section. She says there can be no art in such a nasty place. Kites resigned, but now writes Journalistic gaming pieces elsewhere. Llave resigned in pursuit of other forums. He deleted his account in sadness. Libregkd resigned and went off to play his games... He seems well. Mish and Forsaken resigned, but live happily elsewhere. It pained them to see the forum go to the parasites. Peace and War still continues the Podcast alone. Though no one ever listened to it since it's run by staff. He believes he can still reach the people. What? resigned and focused on his studies. He posted many adorable anime GIFs on his final day as staff. Plums took the writing section with him when he left. He literally just downloaded all the contents and deleted the section. Stardust resigned, but still roams the internet. Much of her saucy fanfictions on HTTYD and Star Trek are written on other sites. Much of it is unsuitable for children. The only clean stories she write regard Kingdom Hearts. Jayn resigned and took her all the music with her. Only dubstep remains... Chevalier was the last Mod to resign. Though he never officially resigned, he left the sight with little intention of returning until things changed. RVR is believed to have resigned and invested all his money into Anime figurines and online Gaming. Misty is said to have hidden herself away within the rules section. The only place the members don't go to anymore. She still keeps the site running and checks in once a week to update and keep it alive. She just hates looking at what it's become... The future of the website is now baron and bleak.Seriously.It's like a Youtube comment section in there.Everyone goes to the spam section and just picks on several different things. Several members are now miserable.A site that once rejoiced for Kingdom Hearts become the deformed offspring of trolls and lacked censors. And it was all because they celebrated the fact that there was NO STAFF ONLINE (I wrote this with no sense in mind. I'm just avoiding something for the next 12 hours)
Surprised there wasn't already a thread on this already, but "Frozen" is the given title to the next upcoming animated film from Walt Disney Studios. Very little is known on the film, other than it's loose adaptation on the "The Snow Queen." (a fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen) The film is set to release on November 27th 2013. VOICE CAST Kristen Bell as Anna, a member of a royal family Idina Menzel as Elsa, the Snow Queen and Anna's elder sister Jonathan Groff as Kristoff, a mountain man, who owns a reindeer Sven Josh Gad as Olaf, a snowman Santino Fontana as Prince Hans Alan Tudyk as as the Duke of Weselton Update: Teaser Trailer released Am I the only one disappointed by this snowman's design?...
BURST Real World Digital World Digimon rules The Real worldKeeping with the young digidestined trend, you will all be high school children. This is to make bonding with your digimon harder since it's more difficult to digivolve them with age. (May or may not be true, but it also depends on the person) The year is locked in at 1995. Four years before the initial seven visited File Island in Digimon adventure. For a quick bit of history. It was around this time that the giant Greymon and Parrotmon were seen fighting in Japan. This prequel explains the event revolving around that, but that will be saved for later. All you need to know is that your character is in High School, and you are scheduled to go on a school trip today. Quick Note; Since the year is 1995, don't pull out anything that was invented or used afterword. (Ex; iPhones, Netflix, 9/11, etc.) "The Trigger""The Trigger" is my definitive word for the event that sends the kids into the digital world. In this variation, it will happen during a citywide field trip to the recently finished Akiyoshi Tower; A TV and communication platform that will boost area wide signals. (Tribute to the series creator Akiyoshi Hongo) After some tampering with a fuzzy signal accompanied by a lightning strike, all students will be transported into the digital world. The Digital WorldAs this is the first recorded event of a group of children, things will obviously be hard to understand and cope with the first time around in the digital world. For starters, the four main baddies will be introduced off the bat, but not all in one go. These four are known as "The O-Megas." Four powerful and ruthless dictators of the digital realm. These four aren't like the Dark Masters, oh no. They are one of the first major threats to the digital and human world. In fact, their power is revealed early on, and it's any wonder why they have yet to destroy you upon contact. ore on that later... DigivicesSince this is a prequel, don't expect digivices when you enter. The digital world is still fairly new and it won't stop it's natural system to make you devices that makes things easier. Starting from scratch, digivolving your digimon will rely on you and not your digivice. It's only until later on where the "D-0 Digivice" is made and given to provide the necessary boost for the stronger stages of digivolution CrestsWith 10 digidestined, I have planned for you, 3 major Digimon arcs. Each proving your skill as a person and bond with your Digimon. While in season one, there was only 1 type of crest, this story has 3 that reflect other season of digimon. Trait, Element, and Beast (Not in that order) Certain crests allow you to administer special abilites and forms of digivolution. With the Crest of tenacity recently added to the already existing 9, the way each crest is found and works will be revealed in time. The three types are Trait, Element, and Beast. While The Trait and element crests are selected from a pool of choices, The Beast crest is free for you to choose. DigimonLike Most Digimon roleplays, your Digimon's evolution line will consist of the 6 basic forms of evolution; Fresh, In-Training, Rookie, Champion, Ultimate, and Mega. Knowing this, you will see your digimon grow, as you first meet him or her in the egg state. Basically, you're in it together for the long run. The rate at which your digimon will be able to digivolve depends on factors like, resonance between yourselves, willpower, energy, etc. There will be a level system of sorts that decide when your Digimon can digivolve. You, as a Digimon partner, also posses a level that can grant you abilities when needed. Your Digimon has 3 attacks starting from Rookie Onward (Fresh has 1 very useless attack and In-Training has one or two fairly weak attacks) One of these 3 attacks MUST be a melee of sorts. Something like Scratch, Claw attack, Tackle, stuff like that 1) No digivolving your digimon until it's time has come to digivolve. There will be a sort of level system that determines when your digimon is ready to digivolve. (This includes hatching) It is determined by battle experience, understanding, and bond shared with your digimon. 2) No God modding. 3) Shun the person who breaks rule 2. SHUN THEM, I SAY! 4) Keep it PG-13 5) Like I said earlier, your character starts of sans Digivice, digimon, tags, or crests. Those will be awarded to you at the appropriate times... 6) if it didn't exist before summer 1995, you don't know what it is. Accepted OC Forms Updates Midnight Star Machina Bushy TB Bueno Maka DT Krowley MoK HoT Due to the fast nature of how many people wanted to join, along with my initial vision of how this roleplay progresses, there will only be 10 slots available for this roleplay. these slots have been filled and I will NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING ANY MORE OCs AT THIS TIME ~Human OC Form~ Username: Full Name: Appearance: Age and Grade/Year: Attended School: Personality: Skills: Hardships: (Any hard challenges or struggles in your characters everyday life) Emblem placement: (Your trait crest must be displayed somewhere on your character's body. As you know, I plan a lot of fun features for the future of SOS to make battles more exciting. Problem is, I think I'm adding too much to the game and over complicating it. I made this poll to see what players favor. Command Styles (Level ??) - Using the power of elements, Magic as well as other elemental attacks are empowered - Along with elemental resistance and Damage boost, they give slight boost stats until the style ends. - Cannot be use with Jobs D-Links (Level ??) - Using D-Links replaces your Abilities, Command Styles, Skill Commands, Jobs, and summons with that of the person you have made a connection with. You are just basically only allowed to use that Character's sole abilities. - D-Links also utilize powers from the Members of Organization XIII! Though The Organization hasn't even formed yet, Their Data is saved and free to battle against in order to earn their Connection link. (Each Organization member has only 10 moves) Drive Forms (Level ??) - Using Drive Forms, empower certain stats and offer new abilities to perform through certain fighting styles. (I question keeping this as it is essentially the same as the job system. Even certain command styles render this add on useless) Job System (Level ??) - Implementing Different Jobs to switch into battle with - Each Job has 10 exclusive Skill Commands/Abilities as well as Stat Strengths/Weaknesses - To gain a Job, you must defeat a Final Fantasy Protagonist or complete a certain requirement. - Cannot be used with Command Styles - Over 10 Jobs Confirmed!
Reviewing how popular each antagonist is in the game, so I'm doing a nice little poll on the matter. Views may be subject to change, but for Summer 2013, I'd like to see the viewpoints Aux Known accomplishments: Turned Ronno to darkness, Method for killing Bambi's mom, Turned Clayton into a heartless vessel, controls Heartless. Aux is cold, but logical. He seeks only what is most useful and powerful which is why he is so obsessed with unlocking the secrets of the human heart. His personality is very dark, but he is not without priorities. Unlike Nequa or Vanitas, Aux is very loyal to their master as he views him as not only a teacher, but a father figure as well. He was once good friends with Krowley in their own time, but once he tasted darkness, he abandoned his morals and did whatever he could to research as much as he could on the subject. Vanitas Known accomplishments: Misused Disney villain trust, controls the Unversed. Vanitas is also shown to be an uncaring, cold, and ruthless individual, having not the slightest sympathy for anyone but himself. Vanitas holds everything and everyone in contempt. He is more cocky and confident in SOS, knowing that things will eventually go his way so long as he follows the plan. Nequa Known accomplishments: Struck Lightning on the queen in dwarf Woodlands, controls heartless and nobodies, kidnaps keybladers. Unlike her Apprentice counterparts, Nequa has a sickly playful personality. Knowing far more than she lets on, she enjoys toying with the protaginst keybladers producing more questions than answers. Her motives are unknown, but she has somewhat of a dual personality, being childish one minute, then serious the next.
Alright, so with May's event, i thought I'd add something for June. This month's event will be... New June 2013 Event!48 hours of NeutralityTh objective is simple! during you're next boss fight, you are not to attack the enemy in any way, shape, or form. From your turn, to the 48 hour mark, you are not to harm your opponent. Why the hell would you do that? Well, there's a special prize in it for you if you manage to keep the peace for two days... (Hoping to start the event next week or the one after) What's the reward? Well, that's for you to decide. this special combat ability can come in the form of a special skill command or a new summon! AP or MP? You decide.
