Okay I am quite sure of a certain person being kira at this point. If I presented the evidence that: this person made no posts in the time interval that the people I asked were "Kira repped" and had posts directly before and after. They are in the area where they would give the amount of rep was given, would I be able to use this as evidence as a second accusation? They also have made no accusations to this point, which isn't prove but makes me curious.
