I've finally figured out how to attach images, but how do you attach video's in your posts?

...with a little salt on it. It keeps crashing all the time, mostly on the most critical moments... Like when I'm downloading a cutscene or something. What can I do to put an end to this?
What did you use more? I probably used summons more,
