Haven't gone there much either (there's not many people to talk to anymore. Which is a shame). But I will tonight, probably.
The only reason why people support it is because she takes the appearance of a girl, to Roxas, and then later, to Axel. Main characters only, it seems, since they have connections to Kairi (Axel saw the black haired female through Roxas, as confirmed, though he did meet Naminé). But that's more or less the real reason. Doubt this would get the same treatment if Xion actually looked like Sora from the beginning (unless you support SoRiku, Roxas/Sora. But even then Xion under all those illusions is an "it"). Which is why I hate double standards. I'm all saying on Roxas/Xion is good luck, considering its sole basis are memories, and now they are attached to Sora's other memories thanks to Naminé, who knows in what links. And, then of course, comes to explaining how they can "love" each other, considering where they are right now...
Yeah, we haven't. Kind of planning to have a new cellphone soon. Mine is...old.
AVATAR! Tell me when we can talk ^^.
Those weren't plot holes. That's a plot hole. What happened in the Organization or what happened with Roxas never did this. They just weren't completely seen or explained. Not that it was at all really difficult. The scenes they did manage to project showed Roxas's reason for leaving the Organization "Why do I have the Keyblade? I have to know", Riku's fight and capturing of Roxas under Diz's orders, and how he got to Data Twilight Town. The only thing that wasn't focused on was dual wielding, and that in itself wasn't much considering the connections Roxas has.
Don't spoil me in the process >.<. Shh. Nope, she doesn't. I didn't find anything appealing. In the beginning is giggle, nice, sweet, kind, the list of every positive aspect of a person. Then it all just goes down to angst to ignite pity. And I don't know which one I found worst. Kairi is one thing, but even Naminé is her complete opposite. Fragile, weak, pure, quiet, perceptive, calm, etc. Aqua is hard-driven, hard-working, tough, and perhaps the most tomboyish with a touch of femininity that she doesn't really show. So, ignoring the chameleon, since I answered it further down, you're basically saying that, yes, she has Mary-Sue traits, but it's the fault of other characters because she takes it from them? Despite the fact that she didn't even really recollect all of their personalities in the beginning? Didn't know who they were? Nor in the middle? Or had full memories? You know that makes her even worse, right? You're just giving more fuel on her already lack of originality. Not all Kairi clones are shunned, despite the overproduction; that's also getting on my nerves. Naminé isn't in that league anymore. And Aqua...so far, everyone LOVES her. Kairi can be hated, yes, but it's apparently due to all her bad points they pick up. I rather a character be hated by their flaws, rather than their perfection. Xion just gave the wrong vibes, and ended with the wrong vibes once 358/2 Days came. She moved some, but not all. Xion was a risk, and it would have been better if she wasn't advertised the way she was. It's enough that the idea of a 14th member actually did come true. I'm not going to get into Axel, because that's more of an opinionated view on his characterization (that can be argued), rather than anything factual. And the last thing I need is to get into Axel and his choices or motives into this. Now for the fainting, yes, Roxas is draining her energy. But it's also vice-versa. Yet you never see Roxas being carried, held on someone's arms like that, saved, or even have moments like Xion with Riku, brushing her bangs. All by way of touching in some form. Admit it. If this was anything else, you would have hated the hell out of it and called out Mary Sue immediately. Or abandoned it altogether. Not even Kairi and Naminé get such treatment by three different bishounen men. Not that this is a specific problem for me, but I don't blame others if this is a factor. The difference is that if Xion doesn't defeat said lizard like she was suppose to, her ass is in trouble, and it will be another failure of a mission. And, well, with Saïx being the one who oversees them, look how he treated her once she did fail (more so if he got news that she can't use the Keyblade). I'm sure if she had it easy, she would have left it alone. But then that would make her a Demyx. Laziness, or abandonment of responsibilities. And of course, we couldn't have that. That's a flaw. Impossible. The part with Axel was also one of those die and die choices. She was ready to return to Sora, and she couldn't stay because she could place Roxas in danger otherwise. It upset her, but it had to be done. She couldn't go back now. Kairi did these things when she didn't need to. Yeah, it's fine when you don't want to stay home anymore and you're tired of waiting. Admirable, maybe. It's another when you jump into a dark portal without having any idea where you are going, without thinking, and without anything to protect yourself with. And, lo and behold, she got captured. Twice >.>. Yes, Xion was created to be pitied. That's undeniable. You even said it - there might have been an intention. Like I stated, the other characters had their tales as well, but it wasn't like it was the whole point of a story. Nor did their tales take over the plot, and extended the wangst over who knows how many hours was 358/2 Days. It wasn't in your face. Yes, you felt for the characters. They have to go through a lot of tribulations. But not only was it not in the forefront, considering they had limited screen time, they also had flaws enough to balance it and not only be there to gain sympathy. Roxas's actions can be seen as negative; throwing, hitting, and attacking things. Riku Replica has a long list that I'm not going to even bother with. Naminé herself was somewhat selfish, and was at first met with a lot of bashing. Or so I'm told. Her and Roxas had a bittersweet end, but better than anyone's too. Riku Replica had to die, yet, he did many wrong things. It was sort of passive. It was like, "here, you have these characters who have their own struggles to tell". It's up to you to decide whether it was truly sad. The fan reaction wasn't that bad either. Xion...she was written just so they can bash us over the head that she's suppose to be this tortured, tragic angel that we should feel heavily for. Look at the italics: should. Not choose. It's like if I didn't agree with the "poor Xion" quote in the game, I was heartless. Or I was suppose to feel sorry for her, and nod my head, saying, "yes, yes, poor Xion T_T". To be honest, it is too hopeful :/. There's no redemption in my eyes any longer. It's over, it's done with, the game is out, and I had enough time to gather my opinions for four months. If your reason to defend her is to get me to like Xion, or put her above a level than what she is to me now, you're fighting a losing battle. We'll be going in circles for nothing, and if that's the case, it's better to end it before it starts. Only a miracle can happen by now. Most of this is explained below as to what Roxas alone holds in importance to this. So I'm not going to answer most of what I already responded to, just to save any repetitiveness. To give a reply, though, Xion didn't need to be a main plan. Once Roxas was in their hands, that should have been it, truthfully. And it's not like Xion did anything contrasting to what he did to gain any favors. After all, Sora's memories leaked to Roxas first. Xion was just there to take it from him after, something that's confirmed by those who worked on it, and even Xion herself: "Roxas, you have given me so many memories..." in the final clock tower scene. See? Tacked. On. Roxas gets them, but Xion just happens to be there to not let him keep it so she can have something to do. I'm sure that if the game called for it, he could have collected a lot of Hearts to satisfy without needing "two to speed it up" to excuse Xion in. I'm sure that if the game called it, Roxas's existence would have been the only one to be their puppet and reign all the side effects. However, for certain purposes to create 358/2 Days, that smelled of fanservice, and is fanservice from the get-go, it didn't turn out to be that way. Does that mean that it was needed? No. In other words, yes, I'm saying that 358/2 Days didn't need to be made in itself. In reality, it could've been anything that occurred in that year instead of what it was chosen to be. Things left unanswered could have easy shrugs, like I, a fan, even did in a few seconds (or admitted in an interview, because Nomura loves to keep important stuff that wasn't in the game, only for him to later solve the confusion) and we could have moved on. In the end, even Xemnas only needed one wielder and he didn't care who it was. Having both wasn't that urgent, or essential. As long as he had one. In fact, 358/2 Days is full of "what if"s. I don't see what "genius" of the Organization needs to be shown. Riku Replica took care of the cloning process and mechanics, the castle itself served as a visual of high tech, and then the constant computers. For pete's sakes, Xemnas walking into the Room Of Sleep with all the secret passages of awesomeness was better than anything we saw in Days (let's not forget the places in KH2: FM+, where you can fight the Organization members). And in the novels, they also had a machine that allowed Axel to go into Data Twilight Town. Which is how they broke in. Wished that could have been in KH2. Still, showing the first six as a group of scientists is no excuse or reason. It got the point across all throughout the series. Starting even in KH1 with the artificial Heartless. Credit is given when it's due, that's true. But not here. And not for Xion. With Xion not even existing, Riku would still have gone on Diz's orders to capture Roxas, right? Or wrong? Like I said, he was the main key no matter how you proceed to view it. I haven't read that Diz had originally set up the false Twilight Town to experiment with transforming hearts into data, so I don't know. But, even if it was true, Diz obviously had planned ahead to use Roxas, or else, it wouldn't have been Twilight Town. It was created to be that world for that purpose. The idea was implemented way before Xion's death, I'm positive. And believe it or not, it wasn't that specifically that bothered me. It was Xion, interrupting the man to man battle with her voice (because, everything in this game has to have her in it somehow), and asking for Riku to stop Roxas. That's where the sound of a record scratching rattled my head, and made me say, "WTF". This is mere proof that they desperately tried - and keyword, tried, to make her have some semblance of importance. Except it utterly failed. Why? *sarcasm mode* OF COURSE. Why didn't I think of THAT before? Riku was already in the skyscraper, enjoying the wind suspiciously in TWTNW to have tea and cookies with Roxas, obviously waiting for Xion to get into his mind and tell him what to do, I'm so sure. Oh, oh! AND WHY DOES IT HAVE TO END THERE? She also magically told Diz to build the Data Twilight Town so we can put the unconscious Roxas in there, and left Naminé a message that she's suppose to erase all his memories of the time in the Organization. This was all her doing. OMG. OH WOW. Holy. No waaaai 8D. *sarcasm mode ends* Ridiculous. Completely Ridiculous. It doesn't even have to be Roxas wanting to destroy KH (that walk to the castle could have been a simple day, for all you know. And of course, the other explanation I gave in my first response to this thread). You're only giving other options that could have been done to the already possible ones. The reason it took Sora long to awaken (as it was originally said anyway) is because Roxas wasn't with him, and his other self was missing, taking half his power and probably other necessities that prevented him from progressing. That's a real high super plan of never getting Sora to wake up for the Organization, if you ask me. Especially since he didn't until Roxas did return to him (again). For the second time in saying this, when Xion died, Sora didn't get better. Remained the same. Nothing changed. Now it's a different ball game altogether when it all rests on Roxas. If you want to take the jab at him able to be captured earlier, then Xion could have been captured earlier as well. So why did Diz, or anyone else, for that matter, waited that long? It's answered in the game, so I don't want to get into this. Things weren't revealed to Diz until near the end, I believe, and how crucial it was. But they never acted until the last minute despite the "importance". Take Xion out, and just leave Roxas to take that place, and that more or less solves it. There's nothing that Xion could do that others couldn't have done for her. The thing is: they weren't "plot holes" at all. Just things that weren't expanded upon. Once more, simple explanations, like it being Sora or Ventus for dual wielding, could have been done instead of the complete problems and additions we were given that turned out to be for naught in the end anyway. Rounded up in a filler game. It was such a complication, that Xion's existence had to be erased out of everyone, not even one, EVERYONE, so it doesn't create a real plot hole in KH2 due to the fact that there was never a whiff of any "14th" at all. If we take Roxas completely out of the equation, you can take the Nobodies, Dusks, Naminé, and even the Organization out of the equation considering they share the exact same origins. Which makes for a very boring game, and what would have been the missed chance for colorful characters like the members to appear. Xion doesn't constitute this. She doesn't control the series, or has a big part in the whole spectrum like the idea of Nobodies do <--- Roxas is only a minimal section, or better, a product, of that idea. Hence, justifiable. Take those out, and you only still have KH1. Which is where the fault lies. The fact that you can completely erase Xion and it wouldn't effect anything like this speaks for itself. And while I appreciate Riku Replica, he didn't do anything outside of CoM either and wasn't really that important. Not really. 358/2 Days, the overall plot, was not in any way circumstantial enough to be brought up. It doesn't stem out of that specific game, and it doesn't do anything in the long run, especially once the whole thing is forgotten by everyone and their mother. All for the explanation that didn't even need an explanation in the first place of that sort of level. Sora's problem of merging with Roxas (being his other half), so he can complete his memory progression was fine. They made it complicated for no reason except to create a side game for the very thing that wasn't a big deal. That's the deal breaker: they had a simple reason, only to jumble it up even more. BBS, on the other hand, I can at least say that it builds up everything for the next main game, or other future titles to leave more mysteries to be resolved, while some answered of previous games. That's the thing: there were certain information missing. For all its convolution, it doesn't entirely focus on "clones" at all. It also at least has origins with Xehanort's past and the Ansem Reports, finally revealing what had occurred in the past that was hinted of. Nomura even stated that it would have been a main game if it wasn't for the fact that Sora isn't the main character. And...Roxas in KH2 just appeared in the tutorial and didn't even make a presence again until the end of the game. Which in itself was short. If that was raking a character in for money, that was a fail. KH2 wasn't about Roxas. He was minimal, at best. If Roxas didn't exist, you would still have the sequel in your hands no matter what it turned out to be. To top it of, the Organization, rather, the existence of Nobodies, were already introduced in CoM before this, and in Deep Dive before that one. And they were given birth on the thought that when you turn into a Heartless "what happens to your body and soul?". It isn't really convoluted. I...don't know where you are getting this from. Try to read what I'm actually trying to say and what it's actually there. I'm not talking about that scene. It's obvious no one recalls Xion sooner or later. I'm talking about KH2 when Roxas's memories are completely gone when in data Twilight Town, and he slowly gets them back to remember Axel as his tutorial ends and re-imagine the clock tower scene with the two of them. Roxas practically understood, without the memories of Xion, why he left the Organization. Which was my point. He doesn't appear to think anything's missing, or a huge part is questionable as to the reason of why he turned coat. Thus, makes you wonder just how much Xion had in this situation at all. And for the record, you're wrong. Riku had nothing to do with the destruction of Xion's memories, because if you didn't notice, it was affecting him too, slowly. Naminé herself said that once Xion disappears, being a memory replica, everything goes with her. It was automatic. I don't care if she's a clone. I just don't think she did anything worth of her being there. No. While those are good reasons, though not for my standing, I dislike her for being nothing, but a plot device. Useless, pointless. Forced, shoved, and unneeded. Unlike Aqua, she didn't stand out, and she wasn't different. It's not unnatural for anyone to hate or dislike a character, nor am I the only one of this opinion. So I don't know why you think I have to "misjudge" her or you have to suspect why. The only interesting thing Xion has done is split the fandom in half concerning the hit or miss with her. And that's outside the game.
It would have been the same, considering the acts of friendship can easily rest on two certain people alone. The duo, and what were the best male friends. Roxas himself has proceeded to mature on his own, and with the probability of him having a Heart, the "emotions" that are quoted are more or less possible to be real and have a life of their own. The seashells she left are just simple reactions of the fact that...well, she left seashells for him while he was unconscious. He returned the favor. That doesn't really have to do with anything except another act of friendship. It doesn't even matter much in the game except for it being her signature from time to time. That was probably the introduction to that motif, actually. So I don't understand what you're attempting to project, if you can make it a bit more clearer. The truth is: it all started with Axel and Roxas. Sea salt ice cream, which was Axel's idea, was way more important, more meaningful, and more symbolic to the situation. It's even the icon that you see in the DS screen. It's what Roxas constituted as what friends do, to the point where it was his words as Xion was dying. You mean to tell me he learned how to care, worry, and defend a friend because of her? His attitude? His personality? All that he's shown since the very beginning? Smart-aleck words like "I could've done that blindfolded" and speaking back to Vexen wasn't Xion's doing. And feeling alone when eating ice cream by himself was her cause? So Axel has no role, right? Roxas never mentioned him, of course. And yes, I'm not being serious. You're heavily leaving him out. Aren't these natural feelings in themselves? Just like he was feeling sick about whether or not Axel was dead? In reality, from what I see, Roxas (and her, if we have to) learned a lot more from Axel, who not only taught him many meanings, but solidified what friends do the most. He was the teacher and the adult figure, the person that was most went to when he wanted answers. The other half was covered by the Disney worlds Roxas visited. Most of the questions, if not all, stem from what he witnesses every moment he goes on a mission and the people there. Which was even made a point of by Nomura before 358/2 Days came out about what role the worlds play in an interview. And these said questions hauled over to the Organization and their motives. Even before Xion ever died or he discovered the truth, I remember a conversation with Axel very clearly where he inquires a lot about what Organization XIII does. I'll find the quote if I have to. Xion didn't change Axel either. Axel doesn't even remember Xion and he has, like Roxas, no problem recalling anything else as to what made him different. He wouldn't have stated Roxas made him feel like he had a Heart, was the only one he liked, and basically got through the whole of KH2 trying to protect and bring him back. As it was originally. Again, natural reactions to people you care about. Xion also wasn't in Castle Oblivion, where notes of Axel changing began to be said in the game after his return. In the secret reports, he also doesn't alienate Roxas when he said they remind him of his childhood memories. It was both, but if you wan to take Xion out, we all know it could have been Roxas only as well if she didn't exist (which, let's face it: she didn't). To be truthful, he never alienates Roxas when concerning his views. Xion just sort of tacked on. So don't peg all this growth solely on her part, because that's not true. There were other forces at work. I can safely even bigger ones.
I hate her, and I think she's highly useless and pointless to the overall series. The only manner of importance she ever had was in 358/2 Days, which when you think about it, had more to do with the characters. And that went to crap at the end, regardless. I just feel that she's full of, bull, basically. Her whole existence...well, now that she does exist when she didn't. For the sake of actually answering the question, I'll start off why I think she's nothing, but a mere plot device. Or why her character just does not interest me whatsoever. This is rather big, because I never hated any KH character, let alone a female one. WARNING - LONG READ. ** Xion is more or less, a watered down version of Kairi with more angst. Her personality was bland. Boring. Nothing new we've seen, and nothing compelling. Nothing extravagant, and nothing original. Being cute does not constitute as a reason: why in the world would it? I'll be propping up a million female characters in my favorites list if that was the case. Especially when the truth on whose appearance we see, and who, in fact, "she" really is. I'm not so fond of Kairi either. I'm neutral until she is able to come out and be able to stand on her own. But I can at least give Kairi some appreciation because she seems to have flaws as a character (being impulsive, stubborn, and sort of asking for trouble when she can't really do much at the moment to defend herself. Kairi haters can give you a lot more). Xion has no flaws in personality. Absolutely none. The only problems she causes are on the thought that it's for the sake of everyone and her friends, and forcing Roxas to kill her is more or less a die or die situation of choices to the point where there isn't a good escape. So we have this sweet, kind, spunky, nice, giggly, perfect angel who oh so much suffers such travesties and tragedies. And who still, by the end of the game, remains this sweet, kind, spunky, nice, giggly, perfect angel, only more brave or something. Of course, give her more positive aspects, why don't you. If there is a perception of Mary Sue that she fits, is perfection. There's nothing wrong with the girl. Being a clone is circumstance. I wouldn't have a problem with Xion hanging around good-looking guys (or else I wouldn't love Larxene)...if she hadn't kept fainting all the time, and in "coincidence", all three (Roxas, Axel, and Riku) where there in time to capture her faint, weak self in their arms, hold her (or in Riku's case, brush her bangs too), or save her. That's where the line blurs. If this wasn't canon, I bet people reading this in fanfiction would immediately stop reading. Tell me one flaw Xion has, just one. I challenge you. Then maybe I can give her a break if I don't have an answer to it. ** Her tragedy. Don't get me wrong, I don't usually bash people who end up with sad fates. It's when the game forces it on me that I have a problem. And I said this before somewhere else. The whole game felt like Xion was merely created to be pitied, and we had to see how much she suffered, how a pathetic scream and tears got to her when Riku was a complete and utter stranger, whose words shouldn't even be trusted. Then the nightmare, how the evil villains (except the main characters, naturally) were so cruel to poor Xion, especially Saïx D:. Lord help us all for this sweet little girl, let's cry us all a river, shall we please? It's a ploy to get us all to like her and forget the fact that she came out of nowhere. So, please, fall for it. And all this wrapped up in her sparkly, more long than needed, death. The whole thing seemed so shoved down my throat that my response was negative, especially when the game actually stated "poor Xion" (which, if it didn't turn me off by that point, permanently did there). It couldn't get as more obvious as it was then what they were trying to do to the audience. And from what I see, it worked. To some, anyway. Roxas nor Riku Replica never made me feel like this, neither did Naminé. Their stories were pretty passive, and while you feel for Roxas, he was more angry than a moper, and Riku Replica is just full of antagonism. Naminé we didn't see much of her until the end (where, yes, it was possible for her not to steal screen time), but it was enough to understand her feelings. Both three of these people did not take over the story, plot, or overall game just to explain the reason of their angst. That's where Xion fails. Let alone the fact that when Xion isn't there, there is either the topic of her being discussed, or Roxas worrying about her. Or constant mentions. It's like impossible not to have her name in the topic long enough. It's okay for you to love this. I don't. And, seriously. Take out the music or drown it out, and her death isn't exactly so great. It was more of Shimomura's talents that made the scene close to worth it. My Organization development and depth other than the one dimensional characteristics they kept throughout the game was forsaken for this? :/ ** Of course, since Nomura couldn't screw up the sequel, with no one mentioning her in any way whatsoever in the series, they made everyone lose the memories. The cop out didn't sit well with me at all, because if you were aware of the plot hole, why create it? For the sake of some story that could've been anything else? That's another one of my main gripes. And it isn't even starting. Now we'll really get down to her "plot importance". ** Xion had no purpose. Argue it with me, if you wish. Anything that had to do with BBS didn't concern her, and the only part that did was more or less the fact that Xigbar saw her as Ven at one point (and that rests on Sora and Roxas, considering that was more of a reaction to Sora's memories that Xion only holds, not her exactly). 2. Dual wielding can be easily explained by Sora or Ventus. You know it's true. 3. The Deep Dive scene....did anyone notice the fact that Riku was already there waiting in the skyscraper? What was going to happen, a peaceful talk? Tea party? So you mean to tell me he wasn't there in any possible way to stop Roxas, when Diz came right after Roxas was defeated, and had Data Twilight Town all set for this moment? Did Xion went into everyone's mind, then? That was perhaps the biggest slip of the whole game. Sorry, don't buy it, can't buy it. Especially since Roxas throwing the Keyblade could be explained in pure action that he was surrounded by Heartless, succumbed, jumped out of the way and looked around the swarm (honestly, why make it look this way if it wasn't going to serve anything?), and saw the hooded figure on top, and asked silently for his aid. Granted, we don't know the reason, but Roxas and Riku did meet in the game before. Something else could've went on. Or it can be the Sora inside Roxas, which also appeared when Riku was taunting him, and when he finally admitted, "You really are his Nobody." Done deal. 4. Roxas turned out to be needed regardless of whether Xion had been there or not. It's not like Sora recovered when she died, after all, even though his memories either returned to him or Roxas (still confused on that aspect). Take it this way - if Sora's memories did leak, and it was made a plot point still, it would go to Roxas if Xion was nowhere in the game (considering the interview with the creators stated that Sora's memories went through Roxas and into her...after) like 358/2 Days finished with. If Sora's memories didn't leak, they will remain with him or a part of Roxas like 358/2 Days finished with. Spot a pattern? KH2 wouldn't have changed, in other words. Roxas was more of the rightful key, no matter how it went. Xion exists? Xion does not exist? Makes no scratch, end of. So it was back to square one anyway. I mean, does anyone actually see the sense of this? Honest answer? 358/2 Days basically made a simple explanation more complicated, confusing, and convoluted than it needed to be to rake in some money. ** As if all this wasn't enough, we'll take the "impact" she had on Roxas. It's one thing to not remember somebody, even when some memories of your past life comes back, like Roxas's time in the Organization's did. Except that, for Xion being this GREAT, IMPORTANT REASON for Roxas to leave, and the "main", he finds no problem as to why he abandoned his former comrades when the supposed "source" of it is gone. Especially when you consider his argument with Axel in 358/2 Days and the "no one would miss me" scene. If someone had this much influence, wouldn't you think a huge part or piece is missing? Wouldn't Roxas think that there are some dots not connecting? He didn't question it, and whatever he did figure out, was fine with him as good reasons to have ditched Organization XIII, apparently. Which brings to question Xion's role as a whole. If you have an explanation, please, do so. Overall, it was a big waste of time. 358/2 Days was probably the most filler I have ever seen of a side game, and most of what happened isn't even remembered. ALL of it. It's not just Sora who forgets (who even was hinted to possibly have gained it back in KH2: FM+). ALL. And the reason why was the cop-out said above. Not that it needs to be remembered when you think it over. Was Xion advertised and made to be important? Maybe. Was she really? Absolutely not. And until she does, it will remain that way. She's a 'clone' of Sora/Roxas, created by the Organisation by out of something-about-Sora's-lost-memories-mumble-something because they apparently needed an extra keyblade user cause is whatever. Nomura finds it clever, I find it nonsensical. Like someone said: "What was her point, anyway, other than mass eye!tear-age and Roxas-character!mauling?" And even then I felt more for Roxas and Axel than I did Xion.
That's more or less the reality. If you support Roxas/Xion and Riku/Xion, then don't come whining about self-cest like Roxas/Sora and yaoi like Sora/Riku.
I used to love RPing here as well, but everyone, that's good anyway, has sort of gone away.
IT WILL NEVER DIE! RPing died, though. For sure.
Everyone has moved on D': Oh, and hi, y'all 8D.
TARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH! *glomps* And now I'm going to Atlantic City and will be back on Wednesday. Be in MSN soon, or I shall...give you tickles :P.
Tgh, edited already ^-^.
Boogery, me wants joinage :3. User Name: SuggaBaby...nah. *TwilightNight* Name: Meylin Gender: Female Age: 17 Appearance: http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w232/DemonAusicca2007/Anime Girls/Purple and Pink Hair/94fa.jpg Starting location: Village Side: Humans Bio: N/A (will be revealed throughout the story) Personality: A very fluctuating character to meet. Naturally, she has a cheerful, and outgoing demeanor. And can have extreme fun when the time calls for it. However, the facade hides a sad and dark part of her, something that's rarely seen, if ever at all. Everything in the past happening at such tender age left her affected, and for this, she sometimes, if annoyed, or hurt, becomes distant and cold, almost unreasonable to deal with. At times, she has a very hidden short-temper that will only spark if she gets pushed enough to the brink, and will talk back at anyone spitefully if need be. Despite the negatives, she's a very caring person at heart, and would do anything for those precious to her. Collected, witty, and a thinker, she gets serious when it is needed, and tends to focus and concentrate to attempt her best to do what she can. While not the greatest skilled fighter in existence, she is strong-willed, and once determined, she won't give up. While appearances can fool, she is not meek, and will not be pushed around. Race: Human Abilities: A very apt magic user, but with very minimal properties, as she's most useful in lending an extra hand. She can mimic a person's power, and use the skill for her own benefit three times. But it becomes stagnant and unable to be used again until 24 hours are up. Camouflaging herself to hide is another attribute, and it enables her to blend in with anything. When in this form, she cannot be smelled, detected, and sensed by any electronic devices unless she reveals herself. She uses her energy to heal as well, which includes any matter that is negative and has dark magic. The most offensive attack she has is concentrating an amount of energy and firing, sometimes mixing in with her weaponry. Due to the war ridden areas, and the power of Nobodies, she's also been trained in a number of martial arts for the sake of defending herself or others if need be. Not entirely skilled, but potential is there. Weapon: Giant shuriken
I believe in hypnotism, because I've witnessed it myself in my high school graduation party: funded by the school. One of the hired entertainers was a hypnotist. I wasn't skeptical at all, really, since I have a penchant to believing this type of surrealism. The first thing the hypnotists said to us was that we have to want to be hypnotized, no doubts, no refusal, and follow what he was saying. Or else, he won't be able to do anything. He put it as "I do not hypnotize you. You hypnotize yourself". In other words, yes, it does depend on the mindset you have at the moment. If you refuse subconsciously, obviously, you're holding back from being manipulated (especially that, even if you're hypnotized, you probably wouldn't do something that you wouldn't normally do i.e. killing someone). A lot of my peers volunteered (I wanted to do it, but I never got to), and needless to say, it was amazing. And freaking hilarious as hell. Never laughed that much in my life. And the real show was that they did do it. Like they were in a trance, and they just performed what was told. In the very beginning, most of them, when the hypnotists was telling them to let go and sleep, some really did fall asleep. In fact, some woke up faster than others when they were done with a demonstration. Neat stuff.
I like the covered one better. That damn little strip does not make sense enough to hold the latter front of her outfit, especially when it comes to battling. Even with the pink straps. It's ridiculous.
Me? I'm fine. Not as active as I used to be, as you can see.
You're very sensitive :/.
