I'm not sure about the attack mod, but you can get both zero EXP and a lv. 1 playthrough on critical mode. Now, on to my question. Is there a way to input these codes on a PSP action replay, or am I out of luck?

Welcome. That is your user title, and the green thing is Rep. Your user title goes up as you post, however certain areas don't apply. Rep is awarded by members of KH-V, and can be positive or negative. The more positive rep you amass, the more rep gems you get. Negative rep works the same way, but the gems are red instead of green.
I have to say, Tron OST aside, Daft punk's old stuff is really their better stuff. I personally only ever liked their Discovery album, Harder Better Faster Stronger in particular.
