Ignoring your Synchro hate... Slifer is the best out of the three yes. Gallant Lucifer is a Manga card from Aki. I... think Skill Drain negates if Skill Drain was already active. I could be wrong since it's like Exodia, you IMMEDIATELY win the duel. Okay, apparently, Exodia still works with Prohibition. So Horakhty might work with Skill Drain. EDIT: Never mind, it's a condition, Horakhty definitely works.
The scans all confirm what they're going to be. Gallant Lucifer and Ma'at are effect monsters. I agree, there is WAY too many ways to exploit Turn 1 Horakhty here.

That's the problem with it though. You have to basically tribute nine monsters to win. Unless you pull out 3 Phantoms Of Chaos at once and somehow have Gods in grave.
Guys, that's not how the plus and minus theory work. -1 to use card. (-1) +1 from draw. (+0) +s from S/T Destruction (+1-5) The burn isn't anything. Just, at the most, this could be a +5. Which is insanely broken. For jap, yes. But my ****ing god. It's the guy who never could be made possible in the game.
