Mysterious Figure revealed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DCLDSjSLu0Q
Spoiler spoiler spoiler Spoiler Yeah, pretty much EVERYONE called it. It doesn't directly come out and say it, but you can tell by the boss's stance and certain attacks he uses and the theme playing in the background that the Mysterious Figure is. . . well, just watch. EDIT: I didn't watch further into the battle. THE mysterious figure appears as it goes on.
To be honest, by the way the report is worded the actual childhood dream was discovering a world no one else had stepped foot on. Opening Kingdom Hearts and creating a world of equilibrium is spoken in first person, therefore it is an idea forged when writing the report itself, therefore it was his motive for first attempting to begin the Keyblade war. Additionally we see Xemnas forming The World That Never Was after Xehanort meddled with the darkness, so the idea is far from the back of his mind.
I'm less attracted to the actual breasts than I am the nipples and areolas (SP?). And I'll explain that when females explain why they're attracted to a man's balls.
I must admit, if this is just a form of prank Andrew is playing it's quite the elaborate one. If it is true, then it would likely have to be EXTREMELY hacked by an experienced hacker, who for some reason sold it to a gaming store instead of one of his friends for like $20. Or Nomura made some kind of alternate story (as stated by other members) And the previous owner just happened to discover it, which still leaves the question of why not just sell it for $20 to a friend. If it's a prank, keep going, it's an interesting one 8D If it's real, keep going, I'm interested by this 8D
To some extent I agree with you, in that riots will not plague the streets and homosexuals won't be murdered in cold blood. But there will be opposition, no matter how minor. Whether or not the purpose of "separation of church and state" was meant to keep the church from being corrupted is irrelevant. The fact of the matter is that the church has corrupted the state. This whole debate itself is proof. The topic is gay marriage, but do the majority of religious debaters address marriage itself as a topic? No. They argue that the bible is against it, therefore it is law. That is corruption. Most do not express sentiments for homosexuals in their plight of not receiving the same rights as married couples; they jump straight to their religious rights. And why? Because it threatens their religion. There is little logic in these arguments because their spiritual beliefs are threatened, not their logical ones. It is obvious that homosexuals deserve the benefits of marriage, yet it is not so because the religious issue has been glamorized. The same resistance will be met should marriage be removed from law, but I concede that it will be on a FAR lesser scale. But there will be resistance nonetheless.
You can never tell how people will react when a negative aspect is directed to a part of their religion. Some might argue that the legal benefits combined with their spiritual bonding is what makes the whole point of a legal contract special, others could twist the decision around to argue it's discrimination against religion. Not everyone who is pro-marriage will understand the logic behind these arguments. Again, this mindset is a result of marriage's implementation into culture. Marriage will still exist if removed from law, just as a spiritual bonding, not a legal one.
Oh it does, it's just been overlooked and has survived for so long as a law that it's been implemented deep into American culture. Similar to what I've said to Makaze, I agree with this. But (as a continuation to the reply of above quote) the only negative side effect I can see occurring from this plan is the protest of an age-old tradition that's engraved itself for so many long years as both a part of America's law and culture. People will not approve of the face of that idea, no matter how you word it. It's sad and unfortunate, but true. With this in mind, we could either lay down logic on the hearts of the people (a very dangerous prospect) or appease them by leaving regular marriage as is and simply insert a separate, non-religious version of it. I am pro-latter.
In regards to the legal privileges of marriage, I agree with you on your ideal. However it is not so simple as getting rid of them. A significantly LARGE portion of U.S. citizens are currently benefiting from those privileges, and to simply take them away would cause unfathomable protest. To remove those same privileges from what could be a homosexual's alternative to marriage will most definitely be misinterpreted as an act of descrimination, and will also cause unfathomable protest. They are simply a thorn that's been pushed too deep to ply out.
Yet we can't disregard its religious ties either. Since marriage is a religious ceremony that was implemented into law, we must either remove it from law or change the definition of marriage to solve this dispute. Since changing the definition tramples on religious beliefs and removing it from law will only cause problems, neither option is appealing to either side of the debate. Therefore, as far as I can see, the only answer to the marriage debate is to enforce an equivalent bonding between two human beings into law, with absolutely no religious ties. The only difference it would be from marriage would simply be its name, and its religious origins. Honestly I don't see why homosexuals would frown on the decision as the religious origins of marriage contrast with gay marriage itself. /enter debate.
Red Eyes boss battle http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQF27_ruUuI
Ah, my apologies then.
First, FREAKING AMAZING. Second, the player is way too annoying =/ He needs to learn when to shut up. I can't pick out the gist of conversation with my (very limited) grasp on Japanese.
All codes tend to give some unexpected side-effect. Magic could be a side-effect of the code.

Sounds like a hack. Lucky duckling ;~;
It is true that it's unfair to win with a single lucky draw. But that's the basis of all card games. You forget about the luck involved and just...
Spoiler Spoiler filler spoiler filler spoiler filler Okay, so I was watching a few battles for BBS and came across something interesting. In Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep Final Mix, we get a secret episode for Aqua (who I think gets way too much screen time). As the final boss for that episode, we get what we can only assume is a heartless with glowing red eyes. This heartless is Vanitas. (imo) Or at least, he has some relation to Vanitas, or he's of the same species (?) of Vanitas. In KH3D (see? The thread's on topic!) we've seen a trailer of a hooded, red-eyed figure who, by means of reading the manga, we've determined (or assumed) that he is Vanitas due to him being nothing but a red-eyed silhouette before Ven merges his heart with Sora's. We Have Not Seen A Single Heartless With Red Eyes. Additionally, why would Nomura throw in some random boss as the climax to Final Mix? It MUST hold some meaning, and the red eyes (which are emphasized upon many times in the battle) are the proof. Additionally, the texture of the heartless' skin is similar to that of Vanitas' suit. Spoiler Please note that the red eyes aren't there because they're animations and not part of the model (I think) EDIT: Just found a video on Red-Eyes in KH3D. Prepare for a shocker. Spoiler First of all, the texture of his coat. It obviously matches that of the Dark Hunter. Second, his first ability is to dim the room. Just like Dark Hunter. Can you see the connection? Discuss?
Understandable. It took all of Org. XIII to go against just Sora and Riku (and maybe Axel if you count the treachery). With all the known keybladers (besides Eraqus) returning to the stage, it'll take a force strong enough to match it. Xehanort's cunning alone won't save him from being bludgeoned to death, so I can only assume he has some plot to build up forces and take down the keybearers of light. Or hey, maybe all the keybearers returning is a sign of the Keyblade War? What if Xehanort is assembling his own keys of darkness? One can only speculate. One thing is for sure though, and that is Spoiler that Vanitas (the figure with the red eyes), cloaked figures, and the four forms of Xehanort (Heartless Ansem, Xemnas, young Xehanort, old Xehanort) will have a part in whatever scheme that old geezer has in mind, and you can bet your -censored- that it's gonna be big.
