Vanitas is probably Xehanort. That might explain who got found after keyblade war. Why Ansem(Xehanort's heartless) looks like his former Master. Why Riku resembles him when Ansem(Xehanort's heartless was in him). Why Soul Eater and Way to the Dawn resemble Vanitas' keyblade. I've kinda been thinking about this. In the FM+ secret trailer, Nomura descuised that with that thing he did with Vanitas. The way Vanitas appears out of Master Xehanort.

Well. Actually..it is. As Cloud said, we've figured out what his actual problem was a while ago. But we were too caught up thinking about more complicated things to notice it's simpleness. You see, Final/Twilight Xemnas uses 2 models. So replacing 2 things in the same room for Xemnas 2 times, would fill in the spot for the model, which is why Xemnas never worked when people simply replaced him for Donald or Goofy.
