I dunno, it's pretty unpoplar yanno.
Did somebody say weeaboo?
Hue
I mean, I feel like that scenario is kind of out of the question because like I'd said before, the director is a perfectionist and would likely agonize over it. Just remember that even for less obsessive people a lot of the time difficulty settings actually change which enemies spawn and/or their AIs so it's not as stupidly easy as all that for people to implement, especially when you include design time for things like, "How much more or less should each of these number be?" Besides, if they did implement a really basic number change like the one you suggest is possible it'd be complete and utter garbage anyways and validate everyone's misgivings about it.
What are you talking about, that's Ice Cube.
Well, from my perspective that answers why we shouldn't add difficulty options. If it's going to cost more money or cause them to sacrifice other content I just don't want it. Which is something that I do want to emphasize, adding difficulty settings can make it a worse game, because it takes time away from other efforts which, at least from my perspective, I just value more. So maybe people won't put it that way, but I think that at it's core that's what they're feeling but unable to articulate. I'm pretty forgiving about communication because I know a lot of people can't do it so well whether they know it or not. I mean, that is where we differ in experience. Though, I don't see anything wrong with either of those comments out of context. If someone is being lazy they should expect bad results, simple as that. Telling someone to get good is just encouragement. It's believing in them and asking them to act on their unrealized potential. I feel like you've called me elitist about souls before, but I know I come off as such to people who don't know me so it's whatever.
So I'm one of those people you hate, and I've been following this for a while. I do have something helpful to say because it appears you're unaware of this. So I think they pretty much answered this conundrum if you will in one of the Design Works interviews. If I recall correctly, Miyazaki-san never wanted to make a hard game in the first place and tries to make it manageable already. He wanted to make an immersive game that gives weight to your actions. He's also a perfectionist who will spend large amounts of time and budget getting the art to look right, and designing the floorplan of levels. Add that Demon's Souls through Dark Souls 2 all either ran into development issues or had a comparatively small budget and timeframe to work on. So my guess is the last thing on anyone's mind was, "Should we make different difficulty tiers?" As far as I can tell, that's why there's no Easy mode. They don't have the time, money, or inclination on the dev side. Whatever some people say about it, that's probably the case. Also, people like me get miffed about people complaining about difficulty because a lot of the time people who complain about difficulty are very mean to us about it and call us liars or elitists or whatever else you call us when we try to be helpful. A friend of mine had to show video evidence to convince a guy he beat a boss in Bloodborne without the memory glitch to get him to stop being a prick about his very reasonable advice. So play nice kids.
Violent you say? Look for the author Yamaguchi Mikoto.
But how can hip hop be dead if Wu Tang is forever?
No, but that's not the reason.
You should learn to draw either way honestly. I know it seems kinda dumb, but I think that even if you're not doing the final work, someone like you is going to want to have a hand in composition and other minutiae of the process because it matters so much to storytelling. So sure, go look for someone who can draw, but first don't count yourself out and second know that you'll have reasons to be near artists and relate to them better if you are one yourself regardless of your perceived skill level.
The yellow sky of twilight will be my guide tonight.
Nothing left to do but fap until your dick falls off.
Reinstall the game on a fresh computer. Only way to be sure.
I mean, that's just true tho.
Bloodborne is the best here. Despite failing to be as sicknasty as Demon's Souls or Darkses Souls Uno and having lost its best weapon.
