those people are just being jerks and being immature. i know it's hard, but you kind of have to learn to ignore those kinds of comments. you also have to be careful not to fall into the trap of thinking everyone is like that because an overwhelming majority of people aren't like that. you can't let that skew your view of the world and think everyone is out to get you. try to take it all in stride unless it's done in a way that can't be ignored (like if it goes beyond insults and into something like a burning cross or physical assault).

i usually don't take one side all the way completely because i rarely ever feel as though one side is completely correct. so i'm usually the person who's kind of neutral because i usually can find some points of validity on both sides of a debate. i try to find some kind of middle ground with both sides and try to build some kind of understanding between them but it hardly works. i don't like the one sided nature of debating so i don't really participate in them anymore.

i don't know the answer to the first question but as for the second one you can simply use the model mod to change a different keyblade into Mickey's. any keyblade should work and simply equip it to Final Form.
i like this news, i personally would probably use both cartridges and digital depending on the game. i hope games that were already released get the digital treatment as well. i'm hoping for Resident Mercenaries 3D being a digital download game, i would always love to have that game nearby. i don't think they will be cheaper. i remember reading somewhere that New Super Mario Bros. 2 digitally will be the same price as the cartridge, though it's possible this will change or won't be something applied to all games i suppose.
